Stayed 2 nights. The entire staff was excellent. They went out of their way to make our stay great. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast has been the best on our trip so far. It will be hard to beat. Every place was with in walking distance.

We had a fantastic room with a balcony which was a special bonus. The hotel has a pool, hot tub and sauna which were great to relax in. Bed was very comfortable. We only had breakfast one morning and was a little disappointed but would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The hotel is in a great location, 2 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Rooms aren't big but are adequate and have iron and kettle. Didn't hear anybody else in neighbouring rooms and its very quiet for a central location.

A fantastic hotel

A lovely hotel, right in the heart of the old town, the square on your doorstep. The breakfast was amazing! The only downside is that they're doesn't seem to be enough tables and chairs for when it's busy.
The bar is good, reasonably priced drinks and the staff are great.

The room was comfortable and clean, another little downside is that the body and hair wash in the shower is watered down. Bit the bathroom itself was great, hot showers and plenty of space.

Would definitely recommend.

Can't fault this hotel for a lovely city break ...

Check in excellent, lady on reception so friendly and kind. Room clean and warm, great size bathroom and good shower. Used the pool and jacuzzi this morning and it had lockers, towels, slippers and a cool pool and lovely warm jacuzzi. There is a sauna but i didnt use it.
All the staff we encountered were helpful and nice.
Perfect location for the city.
Would highly recommend to everyone.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of June 2024 and were amazed at the quality and the price we paid through Expedia. The position was good at about 200 meters from the main square which was pedestrianised with a great choice of eating and drinking options. Can't fault the size and cleanliness of the rooms or the friendliness of the staff.

Found the hotel to be in a really location for everything we needed, the hotel was clean and tidy and offered great facilities. Staff were really friendly and offered great advice for all local activities.

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel. Single bed the mattress very narrow bed and mattress move veey quickly. Mattress too soft. We didn't order breakfast as part of the room.

And LAST, we ordered one more room for 1 night. I went to the reception and been told that get the room at 10AM IS EARLY CHECKING AND THIS BY EXTRA PAYMENT. I am traveling alot. First time in my life hotel asked for special payment for get the room earlier.

This is my 3rd time stay in this hotel. But will be the last time.

Request extra payment for early checking is rude, this isn't the way I am expecting hotel to serve customer, especially when bring group of friends to book 4 rooms.

Last. Towels are very very poor. Thin. Small. And old. Not expecting in 4 star hotel. In the gym the towels are much better.

Good location in old town. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel is very comfortable but I feel it is frozen in the 1990s - i would suggest updating the baths (towels have seen better days). The carpet in the room was stained but the room was clean and spacious. The twin beds are really narrow, as is the case with many less expensive hotels in Poland so I was surprised to see them at this hotel (4*). Off-site parking is a bit of a drag - it's several blocks away.

Badly in need of renovation, this hotel is stuck in the '70s. It's a brilliant location, but the worn furniture, stained carpets and cold rooms really do not justify the price. The pool is a bonus but the changing-rooms are likewise antiquated.

Not a four star hotel

Only there for four nights had to change room the second day because air con wasn't working. Had to order bfast day before and give a time. Breakfast not the best. I was given scrambled egg and bacon on a side plate as my bfast then had to give it back because it was cold. Carpets in the hall ways badly stained. Location was good hotel just wasn't what I was expecting. Embarrassing as it took a while to find out we had paid before arrival. So would advise to print out your receipt

For me it was located down a side street near a nightclub which was very noisy on Saturday night, the carpets in the hotel were filthy in the corridoors all big stains ? damp not sure but horrible looking.
The hotel staff were very helpful and really nice. The room was perfectly suitable for my needs on the nights though I did have to add the extra duvet from the spare bed but that was not a big problem. No toiletries as you had to go to reception to get those and that is not good if you are undressed for d shower as i was.

Fantastic location, just a minute from the square. Helpful friendly staff at check in, and also serving at the bar and restaurant. The pool, sauna and small gym are an added bonus. We returned to this hotel having been here last year. The service and decoration of the hotel seems even better than last year. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic hotel, lovely friendly staff. Location of hotel couldn't be better for the old town square. Certainly put's some of the four star British Hotel's to shame!!! Thanks Qubus Hotels for a lovely stay.

Going to miss this hotel the most

Where to begin wish I find this place first lovely staff all can speck English well the food is amazing and the swimming pool gym was great if you going to stay anywhere it here your in the town but it not noisy there ungrounded parking as well if your drinking and the rooms great WiFi which is so good

Great hotel location straight onto main square. We had a shock on arrival thinking carpet on landing was really old with bleach/damp marks then realised it was pattern 😂. Staff polite. Bonus of swimming pool/sauna/jacuzzi with complimentary flip flops and towels.
