Loved the hotel in a very convenient location. My only suggeation would be to have a toaster at breakfast time as it was just bread/ rolls on offer. Also a microwave as well

For a cheap hotel.. it's ok,Don't look into the reviews to much,if you want more,spend more...

Breakfast is nothing to shout about,but you can find a bit of something to set you up till later...the restaurant room itself was cold,along with the hot food.But there again,it's a cheap hotel in January and the gas will cost to much I guess.

It is what it is!

Good location,15 minutes walk to the tourist area.

It's worth paying the difference for the upgraded room,we had to change rooms as the first room was painfully cold to sleep in,,quite a large room with a 24cm radiator.,used 2x duvet and my coat,and still cold

Although the staff were helpful in the morning and gave us different room with 2 x radiators which made the rest of the stay pleasant

I'd stay again, but only I'm the upgrade rooms

Hi Stayed here before and we knew it would be convenient for the station, an easy walk, a good hearty breakfast and well walkable into the Old Town. We also knew it might be a bit noisy from the trams outside, perhaps we should have asked for a rear room! No air con and it was 30'C so a bit hot in the room - great value stay and as we remembered a good breakfast to leave with...Staff were helpful and friendly.... .thanks

Service exellent. There were same ants or othere ants-looking insects on your carperts and a lot of mosquitos - I had a lot of bits from both. This was the only negative for your hotel this time.

Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Property is quite safe. Beautiful historic interior. Convenient location, just 15 min walk from the main station. Delicious and wholesome buffet breakfast. Clean and tidy. 10/10 for the service. But as my room was on the roadside, sometimes can be bit noisg if windows are kept open. Otherwise the location is also very good. Public transport accessible and close to all the tourist spots. Nevertheless the place is a 100❤️

Our room, 315, was very basic, but satisfactory.
The bed sheets & pillowcase had holes in them.
The shower head was broken and just dribbled out water.
We were only given 1 cup with sugar, but no tea or coffee.

Rooms are very high and have space, but it needs a total modernisation.

Paid for breakfast, but as a gluten free customer, I could only have coffee, fruit juices and salad.

In need of an update

The rooms were very basic snd in need of update. Bathroom very old. Only one socket in room so which was under desk and gard to reach. Also not close to mirror to use hairdryer etc. Reception staff didn't seem to know wgat they were doing as they gave key to friend's for their room even though soneone was already in it

Three stars? Only just…

Room was comfortable.
A kettle and mugs were provided but there was no tea, coffee or milk.
Our room wasn’t serviced even though we left the sign on the door asking for it to be cleaned.
The headboard of the bed is poorly designed. In the middle of it is a lamp and a socket so you have to balance on the side of the bed if you want to sit and read.

Breakfast was decent but chaotic. Staff did not keep on top of making sure the coffee machine was filled and long queues formed.

Overall, staff were not overly helpful, apart from the nice man who cleaned our table at breakfast.

Reception staff were not very friendly.

They also mistakenly gave one of our friends a key to a room that was occupied (at 2am)
This must have been quite scary.

Hotel alone look ok from.the outside and reception area nice staff friendly enough after a few hrs we decided to book into another hotel it didnt feel right something was off, tends in the wall toilet door was stuck to.close, wood chip coming off no pictures on the wall. As family we went to restraunt and there was no one there to greet us, it was dead which tells you something. So we end up leaving and the hotel it worth while to check other hotels first before bookong this one.

Good location but really dated

It is a solid 4 out of 5. Rooms are a bit dated could do with an upgrade, breakfast was ok. Location is great and very close to train station. Not too far from the centre as well. If someone is travelling on the budget and doesnt spend too much time in the room, and just need it for a quick sleep then it is ok.

The problem for us was that the windows lacked any screens as is typical in Europe. Our daughter ended up with 35 mosquito bites on her arms alone and this does not include how many she had on legs and neck and face. It was a nightmare.

The hotel is well situated, within easy walking distance of the old town. The breakfast was very good, with a varied selection which was constantly being topped up to keep everything available. Our room was spacious, although the bathroom could do with being updated. It looked as if other parts of the hotel had been updated, they just hadn't reached our little corridor yet. Tea / coffee making facilities (even if payable) would also be good.

Lack of kettle and coffee/tea making availability was missing during the evenings.
The group I share the breakfast time with was very selfish, but this is something hotel has no control over. Service at the reception very nice and extremely helpful. 👌

Happy day in Wroclaw

We were only staying 1 night but found the staff to be pleasant and helpful.
Hotel seemed quite old and basic although clean throughout.
Located close to theatres and around 5 minute walk to city centre.
Aircon would have been nice during this hot period, but room wasn't overly hot and had no problem sleeping anyway.
Breakfast in courtyard was perfect.
Overall a pleasant short stay.

The hotel is well situated for both rail / bus stations and market square. There is a convenience store nearby which is useful. Brerakfast is OK but due to COVID it is no longer self service, so there was some waiting for food on a morning.

Great location, excellent value, friendly helpful staff, clean and comfy. Not the most modern decor and there's no bar, but at these prices you can't moan. If I have to find something to gripe about, there's a smaller choice of breakfast items than on my previous visits here, but if that keeps the price down I don't mind at all. I'll be returning again. Tip - in the street-facing rooms on the lower floors, you can hear the rumble of the trams; the staff readily acknowledge this and will happily swap rooms if there's an alternative one available

Cheap but has everything you need during stay

Initially when we arrived the hotel did not know we had booked and said that they couldn't find the booking. To their credit seeing as they had rooms available they let us into a room, after a short wait, and sorted the problem out later. The hotel room was quite big, clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a room at the front though and the trams were very loud and started early in the morning. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of options: tea & coffee machine, fresh juices, cereals, cheese, different hams, pancakes, boiled egg, scrambled egg and sausages. A good location that is only 15 minutes walk to the market square (Rynek), <5 mins walk to the train station and there is a tram stop immediately outside to get around the city. Cheap hotel and for the price you couldn't expect anymore.

Hotel room was filthy, had hair from previous guest in shower cubicle, the same hair all over bathroom floor and when i tried to get it up with some tissue the tissue was black and i mean black, cleaner was not happy when we told her and didn't believe us so i showed her the tissue that I'd put in bin, she stormed off but still didn't clean. Got bit 3 times whist in bed. Curtains were very poor fit. Breakfast was just ok but the dinner we had was very good. Wouldn't stay there again. Staff not very chatty or helpful.

Great hotel, convenient to the old town hall. The staff were great, really friendly and helped with a quick check-in and check-out. The hotel itself is old and could do with an update, but the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast is excellent with lots of choice. Would highly recommend for a cheap and cheerful stay in a beautiful city.

Hotel is older style, and there are minor niggles, such as the toilet being positioned for the ease of the plumber fitting it rather than the person using it, but it was certainly value for money and perfectly acceptable overall. The breakfast buffet was also good.

Hotel was poor plug sockets hanging if the walls just as well I had no children. Dirty around shower area. Bulb out in the lighting only two sockets in the room one the tv was plugged into TV was tiny and too far away from the bed
We had a leak in the bathroom which I asked to be repaired and was not by the time we left
Only good thing was the comfy bed and average breakfast which never changed from day to day

Very dirty and outdated hotel. Although the location was goid as it was central the noise from outside was unbearable. It was hit so we had to have the balcony door opened which meant all the noise from the trams and drunk and loud people at night. Avoid.

Service in the restaurant average, for breakfast there was no butter, they serve margarine, a small selection. The hotel is located right on the tram tracks, at night it was loud, we could not sleep. Room clean, very well equipped, service at the reception and service is profesional. The hotel provides parking, close to the hotel.

The position of the hotel was ideal, really close to the city center. Good variety of food for breakfast! In our last day we left at 4am to catch our flight and I was surprised that they prepared for us breakfast to take away. Really nice experience, I would definitely stay there again if I come back to Wroclaw.

A nice enough hotel, in an ideal location for the train station, trams, bus to the airport & walking into the main square. Breakfast and the restaurant were really nice. Only issue we had, which sadly, is quite an important thing, is that the trams run right by the front of the hotel (and our room) which made it impossible to sleep when the trams were running, so we only got a few hours.

I regularly stay next to train lines and they very rarely cause me any issue sleeping, but this was very loud rumbling, so just be aware you may have to contend with that too.

More minor issues were that the wi-fi didn't reach up to our room.
