Clean room but for a price like I paid this is very basic. Not even a fridge nor a coffee bar. Coffee machine is at the main reception so you have to go down to get your coffee. Different but very inconvenient for the customer. Selections of food are ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room in general is not too bad . Very central to the old town .

J’avais besoin de réfrigérer mes médicaments (insuline) et malgré le fait qu’il n’y avait pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, ils n’ont pas voulu prendre les médicaments pour raison de sécurité.

Plus tard ils ont laissé un petit frigo dans la chambre, réduisant encore plus la surface disponible pour bouger.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms are small but efficient, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Located on the edge of the old town, the hotel offers easy access to historical sites and local attractions. I appreciated the free coffee and tea available, a nice touch for guests. The rooms also have AC, which made my stay comfortable even during warmer nights.

So the Wroclaw hotel was lovely. However, when booking through *Your Website* the webpage refreshed and fed us Puro in Gdansk. Pressed confirm, then almost immediately recognized the error. Called Expedia Customer Service and got a Huge run-around, concluding with “sorry, you agreed to our terms. The charge is non-refundable.” Complete garbage. Immediately disputed with our credit card company and yes, they are customer-forward. Forever more, we will tell people what crooks Expedia is.

Generally nice hotel with great localization

Generally room is comfortable, however not cosy. No rooms with bath tube. No coffe machine or kettle to boil water in room. There is tea/coffe next to reception desk but I do not feel like going down in pyjamas and carrying hot cup of tea to my room.

The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is delicious! Also the pictures on the website of the gym should be changed because it doesn’t even come close to doing it justice. You have to walk to it, but it’s a three minute gym and it’s a full, huge very good one.

canal side location boutique hotel.

design centered boutique, well located hotel on edge of old town and next to a canal. beautiful grounds and lobby/lounge area. Room on 3rd floor was comfortable, bright, quiet and clean but missing a full length mirror and had a semi transparent toilet/shower (obvs the designer never used one of these toilets while their colleague was in the bedroom!... we used the toilet in the basement (-1) instead!..see pic). Breakfast was OK (not as good a selection as in Puro Poznan) but the orange juice was the worst ever tasted.. coloured, flavourless water.. (defo no oranges were hurt in the making of it!!!).. Table staff were a bit surly.. is an occasional smile and polite comment too much to ask before 11am? the exception was Kinga on reception who was really lovely and very professional... only other issue.. one evening we returned to our floor at 7pm and passed a tray of half eaten food outside one room on the corridor floor.. at 10am next morning the tray was still there.. gross.. surely with all the security cameras, someone noticed it and could have removed it.. very bad image of lack of service and care for a nice hotel like this...

Great Modern Hotel in a Beautiful Old City

A perfect location in old town. Close enough to the center and yet situated near cafes and restaurants right off the river walk of this beautiful city. Helpful, interested staff with a terrific breakfast and lovely cafe that serves until eleven at night. Modern ergonomic rooms with a comfortable bed and terrific shower. And the real bonus is the city of Wroclaw itselt.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room. I was in was a bit small for a double bedroom. There is no mirror except in the bathroom. I would have preferred to have a kettle in the room instead of going down in the lobby to have free unlimited coffee from the machine each time you fancy one.

I love this hotel, the staff are friendly, extremely helpful whilst at the same time professional. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are very comfortable. The only thing to be aware of with the rooms, is they are a little on the small side, but once you get used to that (very quickly) you realise everything you need is there. And being a technology freak I love the central control for everything :)

I first visited this hotel somewhere around 9 or 10 years ago and they have updated and maintained it perfectly. They also have a small number of hotels in other cities and I would recommend those too, this is a great chain of hotels

Couple get away

The hotel is located on a street full of fantastic bars and restaurants.
We had a wonderful time eating out and seeing the sights, most of which was found through info at the hotel and the staff there.
The breakfast was expensive but really lovely, the free hot drinks were such a bonus too.

Fantastic Hotel

I am more than happy to have chosen PURO Hotel for the romantic getaway for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is well located and tastefully designed. Staff is super friendly and professional. I had made a special request that was perfectly organised, for which I am very grateful. The rooms were immaculately clean.
Hotel serves a free coffee in their lobby and their cappuccino was one of the tastiest I tried in months.
I highly recommend PURO Hotel and will definitely stay with them in the future.

We are returning guests to this specific hotel, our daughter and family live just in front of the street, so we usually request a room in the first floor facing our grandson's room (109-111). Though we requested this single request about a couple of months ago, they just ignored our request and gave us the last room on the other side of the building... although the same room and same bed, this is a real simple request to satisfy a young child who looks forward to seeing his grandparents' window. Very upsetting.

Room was small and hotel is characterless modern business style you will find in any city. Annoying sensor lights in the bathroom that would switch off every couple of minutes. Breakfast way over-priced - we didn't have it. However, bed was very comfortable and high quality bed linen. Helpful efficient staff.

Hotel is modern, very nice common areas and outside space. Great location, 5 min walk to the main square. Very good restaurants nearby.

We've stayed here before and it's an excellent hotel.
This time the staff were fantastic when we got confused about when we would be flying home - first booking our room for an extra night and then cancelling it when we realised we'd made a mistake about the flight - all without making us feel stupid or a nuisance - I bet they chuckled when we were out of earshot!

Best for us!

We are returning guests, and stay at the hotel because it is in front of our daughter's home, so we need to stay as close as possible, and the hotel is perfect for us: clean, nice staff and best location. The one big minus is that, as returning guests, we do not have any better rate and your accumulation of noghts usually ends up before we can collect even one single night...

Nice modern hotel

Very modern hotel.
Bed was a bit bouncy and the shower was very messy but these are not big problems. Massive internet enabled TV in the room and tablet-controlled lights and heating made the room feel very modern. Nice breakfast and free coffee machine in the lobby.

Nice reception staff and quick check-in with a welcoming, modern reception area. However, the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Uncomfortable beds with top mattresses that slide off. A top-notch computerized room system that never seems to do what you want it to. A room that had a distinct bathroom odor. And the bathroom with glass walls - just no, no, no. Would never stay here again.

Trendy hotel centre of Wroclaw

Very comfortable room, loved the bed. Room operation a little un-necessarily complex based on a Samsung Tablet. Great location. Breakfast nice but a little off beat, not a mainstream breakfast but this is what they are intending.

Very comfortable bed with a good shower and clean room. The entire bathroom is surrounded by glass which while looks cool would have been uncomfortable if someone else was staying in the room.
