I went to complain to the receptionist in the morning, asked for manager, but there was no manager on duty and told that they will notify manager about the issue. Two hours later we were checking out and I asked again about the noise issue and I was told there was nothing they can do. Terrible service, I demand full refund for our booking!

Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodated my elderly mom’s request for a room on a floor with an elevator (not all floors have direct elevator access some rooms have stair access because the elevator stops in between floors). Overall we had a nice time in Wroclaw and a very comfortable stay.

Great location - just a short walk to Wrocław Town Square. On-site self-parking was complimentary (for Hotels.com Gold status) but there are only a few spaces available, so at weekends and busy periods make sure you reserve ahead of time and/or don’t arrive too late. Parking access is in a different street, so download the PARKING MAP from the Contacts page on the hotel’s own website (sleepwalker.pl/en).

We were on 4/F which was ideal - the elevator stops at 4/F, but also stops between 2/F and 3/F, so with heavy bags if you are on 2/F or 3/F you have to carry them up/down half a flight of stairs!
We would stay here again for the convenient location and the great staff.

I was really surprised how amazing the suite was, I was expecting your run of the mill hotel room. It was a beautiful suite and if I could I would stay there for months on end. It also has a great location, it takes about 3-5 minutes to walk to the main town square and the town square is a beauty.

I had a very good stay here. I had a deluxe single room and was happy to find the bed wasn't a single bed but a small double. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and spacious. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk to the main square and restaurants immediately around. Breakfast was good too. I would certainly stay here again next time I visit.

The rooms are beautufully decorated, each room has a different color. The only problem was that the windows are not isolatong windows so the noise and the cold come into the rooms. The heating system is covered by heavy curtains that avoid the heat to get into the room. The heating systems was on a very low temperature so the room was frezzing!!

We loved the 2 level set up of our suite. Very spacious and clean, one negative comment would be that the microwave still had food pieces left in it from previous guests. We visited in July, so AC made it comfortable. I wish the bathrooms had AC vents as well. Will definitely stay there again.

The location was close to the old town, and also in walking distance or a tram ride from Wroclaw points of interest. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very pretty and clean room, staff helpful and polite. I was under impression there were coffee machines in rooms after reading other reviews but ours didn't have one. Although there was a note that coffee pods could have been purchased from reception... Small bottles of water were provided at some nights but not all so worth buying your own, shops are easily accessible and near the hotel. The tea tray consisted of English breakfast, coffee and sugar, no biscuits,milk or choice of tea bags but they have everything downstairs so I'm sure you could go and ask. No turn down service as advertised. Bathroom toiletries consist of bottle of soap by the sink and 2 in 1 wash by the bath, nothing else in the bathroom but again, shops are nearby and everything can be bought cheaply once there. There was a fridge in our room (102) even though it says on the hotel site that those are available on request. Iron and ironing board are already in the room too so no need to go down and ask.

The property is absolutely beautifully designed and maintained and the photographs certainly do not do it justice. The staff are amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast buffet was very varied and the choice was fantastic - very high quality. The property is in a brilliant position for seeing all that Wroclaw has to offer. I can certainly recommend the stunning penthouse!

The reception staff at the hotel have been amazing, we were not happy with first suite and they changed us to another, anything asked for was done. Suite itself was ok - bit run down and certainly not deluxe. Beds were very comfy and good quality pillows and quilts. Daily housekeeping but pretty basic cleaning. Location is great close to shops, eateries and Xmas market square. All in all a decent stay

Beautiful boutique hotelin Wroclaw
This is an excellent little hotel near the Old town, which was great for the Christmas market, pubs and restaurants. The room was beautifully done, was very clean and had all the facilities we needed. I could not fault anything about this hotel and would certainly recommend it and would stay there again.
The only reason I am not giving it top marks, is because we were situated on the top floor and the lift was broken for our entire stay. It was certainly a trek up and down the many steps every day and the hotel should have informed us that the hotel was broken and wouldnt be fixed.

Really nice , only complaint was the drain for shower was clogged , and after my daughter used it , flooding the upstairs landing of the apartment. The lift was out of service which was inconvenient but was an unforeseen circumstance for the hotel and they informed us on check in and were very apologetic , so was not a problem , can be noisy when the trams are passing if you are a light sleeper like my wife and daughter although it did not disturb myself whatsoever . The location is great as you are a 3 minute walk to old town. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Sleepwalker suites is located close to old town on a very busy street. We stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse which was nicely furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. The third bedroom does not have its own AC/Heat unit (as do the other two) and with very hot outside temperatures it was warm and stuffy for sleeping. The unit has 3 balconies and nice views from the windows. It has 2 full baths and a half bath on the living level. Access is directly to the room from the lift - a nice feature.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel. First of all, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We were able to park our car behind the hotel in a secure lot, The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Just perfect for a family of 5. We especially appreciated the the 2 bathrooms. The city center is just a 5 minute walk. The furniture was a bit worn, but all in all we enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I spent the night at SleepWalker Boutique Suites after spending the day exploring Wroclaw. The hotel receptionists were very helpful and even gave us a map to the city center. Our room was very comfortable and it was great having really cold AC! Also, the hotel was less than a 5 min walk to the city center, so it was really easy to get around Wroclaw. Overall, my husband and I would stay here again!
