Great Stay in a Convenient Location
I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and polite, which made the whole experience feel welcoming from start to finish.
The entrance lobby and common areas had a modern and inviting look, creating a great first impression. My room was clean and well presented, although the colour scheme and furniture felt a bit dated. That said, everything was comfortable and functional. The bathroom was a standout—modern, fresh, and well-maintained.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city centre and with great transport links nearby, making it easy to explore the area. Free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus, although it’s worth noting that only two TV channels were available in English.
Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay with great service and a prime location. I’d be happy to return!

Bed comfortable but didn’t find the pillows very comfortable. Only USB ports are on the back of the TV.
Friendly staff, would recommend the hotel for anyone with walking difficulties- no steps, flat walk up the centre. Good transport links available. A great destination.!

The hotel was nice. Just know you are on a very busy street (not that you really hear it. Soundproof windows.
But very convenient to get into the heart of the old city.
If you’re driving it’s kinda tricky. They only have have about 6 free parking spaces out front (I did find one of them) but plenty of parking in the garage (for a fee) that is connected to the hotel.

Excellent stay at the Mercure Wroclaw. Everything perfect the only small issue was the room was very warm and no window that opens for air. There was air conditioning but made very little difference. The pillows also weren't the most comfortable but again very small issues. The hotel was very clean and the service was very good

Nice comfortable and central

Very comfortable, central hotel. Nice selection for breakfast.
Lots of little ways they are trying to be more environmentally friendly and reduce waste.
The only downside was the shower didn't have great pressure.

The Hotel is ideally located for the city centre yet still far enough away for some peace and quiet. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. We ate the hotel breakfast each morning and would highly recommend it due to the wide selection of tasty fresh food options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when we asked for information of how to get around and find things in the city.

Wroclaw Revisited

On our second visit to Wroclaw, we decided not to use the hotel from our previous visit. We are very pleased to have selected Hotel Mercure Wroclaw. We found the location convenient for walking to the old city center (Rynek), Wroclaw University and the churches on Wyspa Piasek. We also found many traditional Polish restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in answering questions we had on arrival. Rooms were clean, well -appointed and spacious. Though we selected the third floor for our stay, we had nice views of the of the old town and its churches.

The included breakfast offered a wide selection typical of those found in Polish hotels. The dining room was clean and spacious with attentive staff clearing and cleaning tables.

The lobby area and and the Winestone restaurant/bar were clean and nicely decorated with prompt and attentive service. We would definitely recommend the Mercure for anyone wishing hotel accommodations in Wroclaw!

Great hotel pity about policy under circumstances!

We were staying for 2 nights and booked and paid in advance. After the first night we were told we had to be evacuated from the country and had to leave that day. We were unable to get a refund for our second night which we paid for to include breakfast

Great anniversary weekend in Wroclaw!

Great hotel in an ideal location to see all the main tourist sights of Wroclaw. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. The hotel noticed it was our anniversary and after a day out we came back to cakes, card and strawberries, a very thoughtful gesture. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel staff were fantastic, they were helpful, pleasant and friendly. I must give special mention to Alexandra at breakfast time, thank you for your wonderful service and attention.
Breakfast was also very good, I loved the fresh juices and the lovely freshly made waffles and great fruit.
Our room was amazingly clean and kept that way by excellent housekeeping staff.

Fabulous hotel next to Galeria and a short stroll to the centre. Staff at the hotel are super friendly and very knowledgable, sharing information about the Christmas festival. We ate in the Winestore twice and could not fault the food. Although the menu is set out with wine as the main feature it’s pretty easy to work out. Thinking of going back in the summer to try out the spa which looked lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and our Christmas adventure in Wroclaw.

Frequent short visit to Wroclaw. This hotel is well situated for the old town and city centre. It's quite quiet and is a business hotel. I like the staff and am happy staying here. It is getting an update. It's not far from main station and only around 50 zloty (pre-booked) from the airport.

Room was very hot even with the air conditioning blowing non-stop at the lowest setting. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. We never looked forward to going to sleep. The lobby, room and bathroom was nice. Above average water pressure for Europe was a plus. Amenities were great.

Well located, modern hotel with good service

This is a very nice modern hotel in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the main attractions. The service is friendly and good. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and high quality presentation and food. We mentioned it was our anniversary and they upgraded our room, gave us a free drink/cake and a card (signed by the staff) which was a really nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again
