Lady at reception could have been a lot nicer and helpful. Room had no hand towels, head towels, a shower mat, shampoo or shower gel. Not even a couple of tea bags. Location is great the rest is just about acceptable

The location is great, not far from the train station and also close to bus stop for the bus to the airport. When I stayed, the place of relatively quiet apart from a few loud Chinese tourist, who as usual, were shouting at each other across the hall way.

The property is basically a serviced apartment with basic cooking utensils, and fridge.

The to in the room wasn’t working.

I didn’t know that they don’t have shower gel/ shampoo, which was a bit inconvenient.

They do have a very strict check-in policy so there is no chance of checking in even a minute before three.

Also there are no toilets in the common area.

Ignore photo’s. Hotel is ok but nothing like ohot

After looking at the photos online and choosing a beautiful deluxe apartment we were very disappointed when we checked in. The room was nothing like the photo’s.
The hotel is in a good centre location and was a good price and if the photos were of the actual rooms I may still have booked it but would not have been so disappointed. Please change your photos and give an honest representation of your rooms.

Walls are thin and you can hear the conversations in the apartment room. Everything is just pretty standard just the basics required. Overall it’s an average 3 star stay with more than enough comfort. Did not use the WiFi so can’t rate that. Bring your entertainment, TV are basic with Polish TV channels

3 of us stayed for two nights. The first night we arrived gone midnight and had instructions to access our room key from a key safe. The room was clean, bathroom a little smelly presumably from drains. Only 3 bath towels, no hand towels too. We had to go to reception to ask for a hairdryer, useful to know that's what you need to do. Sofabed was a little hard, but generally expected from a sofabed. Main bed mattress was comfy. We really only used the room to sleep & wash in, as we had such a short stay and it was perfectly adequate for that.

AVOID - Scam, dirty property falling apart that bears no resemblance to the advertised pictures or contents.

Disastrous stay - our first room was nowhere near what was advertised on Expedia or in the pictures. Old, tired furniture and a dirty room missing many basic items listed in the description. The 'kitchen' was not suitable for making anything, we had a single set of cutlery to share and two tiny, dirty pans. The shower was missing a door, which meant it could not be used without flooding the bathroom.
We were given a replacement room, this was no better with the same quality and many basic items missing. This room had ANTS CRAWLING FROM THE FLOORBOARDS UNDER THE BED.
Even the corridors of the building are partly lit with faulty lights, overall the ambience is somewhere between a YMCA hostel and a 1980s hospital.

We gave up and checked out first thing the next morning, the hotel made us complain in writing and would get back to us, after weeks of chasing still no refund.

Disaster / scam / avoid at all costs.

For context I visit Wroclaw approx. 5 times a year and have staid in most of the main hotels in town. This is the only hotel I have had this issue with in the entire time, there are so many better places to stay - AVOID!

All that you need

The property is less than. a 10 minute or walk to the city centre and there is a large shopping mall a 5 minute walk away. Public transport is easily accessible and convenient.

Shocking customer service!

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean and amenities good...although a microwave would be a useful addition. But the service here is shocking. Booked a family room but had to ring down for bedding...at the cost of my phone bill as no phone in apartment, said she didn’t understand why I needed more bedding other than what was on the bed. I had to explain the sofa doubled as a bed and I would require bedding for it, I actually had to list each item of bedding I wanted...but still only received a duvet, no sheet or pillows. This apartment advertises free WiFi! No it does not! We stayed here 3 days and rang/spoke to reception 4 times stating the WiFi username and password did not reach our apartment, we were told by 3 different members of staff that they would deal with it, but nothing. And to make things worse the majority of the tv channels needed WiFi too. Although I didn’t visit Wroclaw to use phones and iPads o would never have booked a hotel/apartment without WiFi especially when travelling with young children that like to use their devices at the end of the day. What was a reasonably priced apartment turned out being expensive due to phone calls to reception and cost of data on devices!

This apartment is awesome!! Ultra modern, spacious, immaculately presented and absolutely spotless.
Great bathroom with show and deep soak bath tub. Underfloor heating keep all rooms nice and cosy.
Very close to the city centre and lots of interesting things to see and do, highly recommended and I will be staying again!

The location, cleanliness, property all great, the only thing is painful checking-in process. The check-in desk was in the different building not far but with luggage it was very inconvenient. Perfect location, nice apartment

Perfect location close to (actually already in) the city centre. The reception is on another location, however it is nearby, just across the street at Krawiecka 1. During the weekend you can easily find free parking in one of surrounding alleys. Apartment is nicely furnished, clean and big enough to easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

Wonderful Apartments

These apartments are great. Wonderful location, very comfortable, clean apartments and friendly staff. I will definitely stay at this property next time I am in Wroclaw. The only negative is that the office to pick up your key is a bit hard to find, only a few blocks away but it is a bit tucked away so hopefully you have access to GPS or maybe if you call them, they would meet you on the main street.

Wonderful apartments in a beautiful city!

I loved the apartments and actually stayed in two different ones, both wonderful. The apartments are clean, spacious, modern, in a great location and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative is that the reception desk is a few blocks away on a difficult to find side street. I was arriving by tram and even with my GPS it took a bit of time to find. Great value overall and I will return.

If you are booking an apartment at Wierzbowa with Absynt - you have to check in and get the keys in Absynt office at different address. It's about 200m away but obviously not convenient. Checkout is also at the office, not at the lobby. The rest is very satisfactory.

L'appuntamento potrebbe essere interessante se solo mantenesse le promesse. Rete wifi praticamente inesistente. Manca una tenda alla zona cucina/camera con conseguente scarsa privacy e luce invadente al mattino. Staff del tutto disinteressato che si preoccupa solo di dirci che per un loro problema non ci saranno gli asciugamani in stanza. Dotazione stoviglie limitatissima (neppure uno scolapasta e 1 solo cucchiaino). Abbastanza centrale e comodo da raggiungere

Te dejan sin toallas

Cuando entramos a la habitación, vimos un apartamento confortable, bonito pero sin toallas ni papel higiénico. Éramos 3 y solo estaba hecha una cama, el sofá cama no. Buscamos las sábanas que las encontramos en un armario . Habia una bajera enrollada de una forma extraña pero al estar ahí supusimos que era limpia y una funda nórdica. Al día siguiente vimos que la bajera tenía manchas.parecía no estar bien lavada.
Lo peor no fue eso. Como no habían toallas, bajamos a recepcion y nos dijeron que nos habian informado por e-mail de que la empresa que les hacía la limpieza de toallas los habia dejado tirados y no tenían. Que no podían hacer nada hasta el día siguiente Yo les dije q el email no lo tenia pero que de haberlo tenido tampoco me solucionaba nada
Que no tenía por qué ir yo a por toallas si no ellos. Y que aunque entendía que la recepcionista no tenía culpa, la gerencia debía proporcionarme toallas de la forma que fuera. Me ofreció una hoja de reclamaciones. Y le insistí que aunque fuera con una sábana debia darme algo para secarme. Me dijo que miraria una solución. Y a las dos horas me subió una toalla de baño para las 3. UNA. Ah, y un rollo de papel para 5 dias.
Al día siguiente a la habitación no habían subido las toallas, asi que bajanos y nos dio 2 toallas mas, de baño. Ni una para las manos o para el pelo. Le dijimos somos 3, nos dice que ayerr ya nos dio una.No era cuestion ya de enfrentarme mas a la recepcionista, pero vaya poca empatía que tiene.

Appartement ne ressemblant en rien aux photos diffusées sur le site. Literie épouventable, d'un inconfort innommable, lumbalgie assurée au bout de 2 jours.
Salle de bain mal équipée, pas de sèche-cheveux, 2 draps de bain pour 3 personnes le premier soir, pas de serviette de toilette, pas de tapis de bain etc... Pas de petit-déjeuner sur place mais dans un autre établissement situé à environ 400m. Seul point positif, l'emplacement.

Intanto inviano una email con il check online ma poi una volta li lo devi rifare (con tanto della ragazza che non trovava la prenotazione)
Prendiamo una camera da 3 specificando che siamo in 3 e in stanza abbiamo 1 asciugamano soltanto. Ne chiediamo 2 e ne hanno a disposizione 1 solo.
Nel letto matrimoniale viene messa una coperta da una piazza, ne chiediamo un'altra e ovviamente non la avevano. C'è ne danno 1 che era palesemente un copridivano. Assurdo

The pictures in the offer are misleading. Reality doesnt match this.
I booked two apartments, one was ok - the other far worse. Beds are very uncomfortable..

Value is still ok as i paid not much.

The owners should just show the real state of their places and not fake it

Die Wohnungen sind bereits renovierungsbedürftig. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht. nicht sehr gute Reinigung, Böden sind schmutzig.

Fint lejligheds hotel. Desværre frem gik det ikke at man skal forhånds booke en p plads så vi måtte parkere 10 min fra hotellet.

Alt kostet penge også hvis du skulle have mere toiletpapir.

Offen gesagt handelt es sich hierbei um eine Zweckunterkuft, aber der Preis ist unschlagbar! Es gibt Doppelbett und Schlafsofa. Die Dusche hat gut funktioniert. Es war sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert.
Jederzeit gerne wieder!
