There was a problem with the original point of stay....however hotel management went out of their way to upgrade us to a different place. The studio has a decent size, good bathroom. I used both the washing machine and the dishwasher. The building is located in a death-endstreet which I used as a servicealley too. Can be noisy due to carbishtrucks and vans and trucks unloading. Better have an appartment on the backside

Our apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. It was located very centrally to the city center and was a convenient walk to many places.
However, the one complaint I have is that the check in process could use some improvement. I didn’t get my check in info/code until 2 pm the day of our arrival after requesting it multiple times. It was also sent via a WhatsApp message, not via my email. The hot water also stopped working the morning of our check out day. These were not major deficiencies. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

The apartment was great, very close to old town and the Christmas market. We did not use the kitchen and just be aware that the washer is the smallest washer EVER, you can barely fit 2 items in it, so be prepared to do several washings. They only provide 1 pod. Also we did not use the kitchen but it's very basic with minimal amenites in terms of salt/pepper/coffee fixing etc. Be prepared to go grocery shopping. We did

This has to be one of the nicer stays we have been to in a long time. The apartment was very well equipped and nicely decorated and renovated. Kitchen had everything you needed and coffee pods. Slippers were a nice touch as well.

However, I called the apartment's business number and confirmed it was indeed their business. I sent the payment after I arrived to the apartment just to make sure.
- Also, the address to the apartment was given to me the day before i arrived, which is different than advertised. However, it was not far from the original address and the apartment had lots of great restaurants in the same building.

The apartment is extremely well located in a quiet cul de sac that is 300m from the main square (Reynek) with its huge selection of restaurants/bars, one of the main malls is 200m via an underground walkway, convenient for main transports links.

Amazing aparthotel right by Rynek. It is located in a quiet street that is 5 minutes walk to the centre of Stare Miasto with all the restaurants and shops. The woman at the reception was kind and pleasant at check in and check out. The room had everything I needed for my 4 night stay. The AC was perfectly cool on those 30°C days. The room had the kitchenette, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, laundry, etc. Really perfect and I will book this place again next time I'm in Wrocław.

This was our second stay at this property. Amazing apartment style hotel. Girls at reception are friendly. Rooms are really nicely done and clean kitchen comes with everything you need in case you wanted to cook. This hotel is right downtown. 10 min walk to main train station as well. Highly recommend and will be back.

We stayed here 5 years ago although in a different apartment. So we knew what to expect. The location is amazing for trams, shopping and the Christmas market. All within a few minute walk. The apartment itself was nice, clean and spacious. Our main issue with the stay was the bed was so so uncomfortable. One of the adults ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. Another disappointment was the refusal to give any sort of late checkout knowing we had a late flight and young child. We offered to pay and told absolutely cannot. We rushed out and annoyingly no house keeping was waiting to get in and the receptionist wasn’t even at the front desk for checkout.

We had a large room for relaxing and a large bedroom, we stayed over the weekend so there was noise from outside, the stay was comfortable and the breakfast and staff were great. Maybe an upgrade to a smart TV would be nice. Central position for Poznan and what it has to offer.

Excellent place to stay near everything. The apartment itself was beautiful, very well maintained and really felt like a home with all the amenities. Bed was comfortable, we has a balcony, it was perfect! The only downside was that the alley going to the apartments had lots of broken glasses and garbage on the pavement. We booked two apartments for our city break - unfortunately we could not be accommodated near each other - after chatting with reception they offered us a bigger apartment to stay together. Apartment was fantastic - modern clean and well equipped with fabulous city views...close to the main square with lots of shops and restaurants close by. This hotel has lovely rooms at very high standard this was second time we stayed in this property. Although this time round we must have got the worst possible room. When you opened the door the was s smell of dampness. Leather was peeling of chairs in dining area and it just wasn’t nice room comparing to the room we stayed in last year. Girl in reception was very kind and transferred us to another room which was perfect. We were staying 4 nights so I was glad we were moved.

A compact but well equiped apartment with modern furnishings and a spacious bathroom (shower only) and a great air-cooling system that I was grateful for during the hot weather of my stay. The apartment is near the centre of the old town with lots to see and do within easy walking distance. Wroclaw is quite flat everywhere so getting about on foot would suit most people very well. This is a great location to be based in.

Amazing 4 day trip
We arrived in the early part of the afternoon, girls at reception were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they brought us to the apartment and showed us around. The apartment was clean and beautiful, kitchen was well equipped even a Nespresso!. The only complaint I have is we had an issue with the television and was told someone would fix it they never did, this is a minor issue but had our stay been longer it would have been an issue. Location was great easy access to trams, train and shopping, a short distance to the square which was beautiful. Highly recommended the apartments and to the two amazing reception staff who were so warm friendly and helpful a great big thank you, I am already looking forward to returning.

What a fantastic place to stay in Wroclaw! Apartment was in a fantastic location to walk to everywhere you'd want to visit (Solny Square 5 mins, Tumski Bridge 15 mins). Also conveniently situated near tram stops if you don't want to walk around, and across the road from a large supermarket if you want to get supplies in during your stay. The apartment was very clean, and also warm which was helpful given it was snowing and minus temperatures during my visit! I did read reviews that people found it difficult to find but I didn't have this issue at all. The reception is clearly marked and staff were very friendly in giving me instructions on how to access the apartment. They also organised an airport collection for me as well as storing my luggage securely on the day I checked out.

We had three studios booked, upon check in we ended up with two x one bedroom and a studio but all in different buildings, for us it wasn't an issue. We were shown to the apartments not in the main building by a helpful lady on reception. The rooms were clean, comfortable and great value for money.

The room is much smaller then you see in the picture, there are no views. Toilet paper is limited, I know this is an apartment but this is not very good.

Our stay at this property was terrific. There were good facilities and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area is small with little space for food preparation but it is well kitted out with delph, cutlery and glassware and there is a good table for dining. The apartment was bright and clean. The location was also great being close to a shopping area and a short walk from Rynek. The staff at reception spoke English, were friendly & helpful and organised a taxi for us when required. We would happily stay here again and would rate it highly and recommend it to others based on our experience.

Walking in to the studio apartment was like walking in to an Ikea room setting. Very clean and modern, great location for the square. But, it is on a very busy road. Traffic and trams, so take ear plugs. Would definite stay there again.

Had a really nice stay at the Goldfinger apartment! Karolina was very friendly and helped with a quick check-in! The property is well-located 2 minutes away from the town square. 24 hr reception, security and elevator on the premises. The studio apartment is spacious, modern and good for a couple or small family. Excellent Wifi. It has a full kitchen with water, coffee provided, stove, utensils, full sized fridge. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. There is no AC but a huge fan provided which was fine. All in all, excellent place to stay, and would definitely recommend when visiting Wroclaw. We rented two of these apartments for our group, both were great. There are numerous restaurants nearby, and a grocery store around the corner. Having a washing machine was great, although without directions we could only get the machine in one of the apartments to work, the other was inscrutable. Finding our way around the complex was a little complicated, as one apartment required two different elevators and a bridge, we figured it out pretty quickly. Cute dwarf sculpture out front!

When booking we were looking for apartment style accommodation and this apartment was found to be almost ideal. It was easy to locate after a 15 minute walk from the train station, the check-in procedure was easy and the apartment was in a very safe location in a block with 24 hour service. The flat overlooked the river and the main street but was on the 5th floor so no street noise was heard. The flat was relatively new with modern appliances and plenty of room. The old town was about 5 minutes walk away.
There was a large supermarket across the road with plenty of food options for catering.
The only criticisms are that there was bad smell occasionally from the shower drain and there was two high stools at the breakfast bar which were unsteady due to loose and missing screws in their construction. These faults were brought to the notice of the reception when we left.
Overall a very good property and good value for the money.

This is a tough one. Giving a bad review is out of character, but in this case. Our arrival was fine. The room was in a different building a few minutes' walk from the original place. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working nor was there any linen for the fold out couch. I called and never got a return call in the three days that we were there. I did call hotels.com service and they must not have had any luck, either. Again, n one came up or returned the call for service. This is a first. Now, the hotel is in an excellent location, and easy walk to the city, restaurants, the train station, etc.

Nice, spacious 1 bedroom apartment. So spacious in fact, that it took me minutes to walk around and find my own junk (as I was by myself) and didn't have much with me. The staff at the reception, especially the two young ladies working the day shift (don't have names unfortunately), should be commended for the work that they do, their friendly manner and attitude towards guests are unparalleled! My absolute favourite reception staff globally! And I'm from Last Vegas - the entertainment capital of the world. If I'm ever back in Wroclaw, that's where I'll stay. Thank you.

This place is in a great location and within walking distance of all the main sights, the main square, plus the train station. It's more a condo than a hotel room, and while very nice (everything looked new), it seemed a bit overkill for just a few night's stay. The internet was flaky and the room temp was a bit cool. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The most annoying thing about the place though is getting to the room. The staff prints out instructions e.g. take this elevator, then walk up stairwell #X, then take another elevator... it all was kind of silly.

The check in was OK, but in almost all hotels the reception normally provides with map and high light the restaurants, way to city centre etc, but here it wasnt the case

This is the best place I've stayed so far. You walk in to an aladin's cave. It's got everything you'll ever need whether you're staying for a long weekend or a week. There's even a washing but you'll have to stay their to find it. If your looking for a wow factor when you walk in the door then you wont go wrong with this apartment. It's a 5 min walk to Rynek main square, where there is an abundence of pubs, cafe's an restaurants to suit your needs.

The hotel was really clean and recently refurbished. We had a small balcony which was nice to watch the sunset from with a cold beer in hand. The receptionist was lovely and went out of her way to help us get oriented and settled in.
The bed was new and like many beds in former eastern block countries, it is quite firm compared to what us North American softies are used to.

This is a apartment rather than a hotel but my stay was only one night. It was quite spacious, with small kitchen and lounge areas. The room was clean and comfortable. It's on the edge of the touristy old city centre and was nice to be in a area where the locals live. Breakfast can be provided in your room but I chose to purchase some food from the nearby shop and made my own breakfast. This place would be great for a a longer stay as it's relatively spacious and the location is within easy walking distance of all the facilities. I'll happily stay there again.
