Excellent location but nowhere in the hotel to sit & have a coffee or meet up with other members of our party, we chose to pay on arrival & paid in full(4 rooms booked)a hold was put on my card for €500 the day before arrival and was not refunded until 5 days after we had checked out which was very annoying.

This hotel is easy to access via rental car and has easily accessible onsite parking. Our room was one of the largest my daughter and I shared during our two-week trip and was well appointed.

The evening desk clerk was most helpful with helping us plan our evening activities after arriving, including telling us how to witness the evening gas lamp lighting, which we did not know about prior to arriving, and made a couple of recommendations for where to have dinner.

We did not know much about Wrocław before visiting other than it looked like a convenient location to break up the drive between Kraków and Berlin as we completed our central European roadtrip. We left with it being one of our favorite stops of the trip and plan to return here and to Poland in general in the future.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable and handy for the Old Town. But the noise of revving motorbikes and souped up cars on the main road until the early hours was a serious sleep problem. They even give you ear plugs in the room! The authorities should sort the problem out.

An EXCELLENT hotel!! We traveled with a baby and they provided everything to support (even a towel)! Amazing and friendly staff! The location is great and they have parking spot, with some additional cost, but still very convenient because you can just go for walk around! The room was super clean and great space! We really liked it and recommend it!! No regrets!

Too hot in room

I was in room 27 it was far too hot. I turned all heaters off and put fan on coolest setting the whole time and still it was too hot. The windows cannot be opened. The hotel is good except the intense heat in the room

NONE OF THE WINDOWS OPEN IN THIS HOTEL.
Many things do not work (lamps, curtains, hairdryers...). Blackout drapes are a complete joke. Rooms are very small so perfect for suffocation. Price / quantity ration is disastrous. Never again!

Great location,nice clean hotel,friendly staff .Downsides were ,windows that don,t open (i do like a bit of fresh air),room was rather warm ,even though we had it on the lowest setting.
Breakfast......Although the breakfast was lovely ,the hot food did keep running out eg. When there were eggs the bacon had gone and vice versa.This is not to criticise the waiting on staff ,the girl was running around ,and could have done with help

The one problem was that the amount of food was very little or none and we had to wait a while for it to be cooked and still very little brought out. That was the only thing we had a problem with . We realy liked this hotel. Big room - a lot of sapce for every thing includind double place for suitcases and shlefes for shoes. huge bathroom- very comfortable shower. Wonderfull. Super comfort beds. Extra good location at the old city.
Great service at reception desk and also from cleaning lady.
We were realy surprised for good. Great value.
We didnt have breakfast as we but when orderd eggs from breakfast kitchen it took a lot of time.

This was a good hotel in an excellent position for the old town square and many restaurants. Very clean with friendly staff. The rooms were bright and spacious with very comfy beds. The bathrooms/shower rooms were large too. The only minor complaint I would have was that each morning when we arrived for breakfast the hot food was always very low. We had to ask for it to be filled up on several occasions. I think it would be better if, when you sat down at your table, you were asked if you would like to order bacon etc and then it could be cooked fresh for each table. There would then be no waste because by the time we left around 10 am everything was filled up again and there was only fifteen minutes left before closing. I must say that everything that we had was delicious it was just a matter of waiting.

Wonderful stay. Short 20 minute walk from train station and then you are on the corner of the main square. Cross the street and this wonderful city is before you. Great food and drink in the square and the botanical gardens is very well done. Hotel is very clean, comforatable, large room with great staff.

Near main amenities

Located on a busy road stones throw from main square and shops ,bars and restaurants. It was suitable for our few days in Wroclaw. It was a modern but small hotel with some beautiful art work. The reception girls were friendly on check in and check out and organized our taxis to the airport at a reasonable 50zlotys. The room was clean and adequate but it did not have tea or coffee making facilities which we missed 1st thing in the morning. There was a minibar which we didn't use as there was a shop a few steps down the road. We didn't get clean towels daily or our pillowcases changed the maid threw away our plastic water bottles (ours) which was on our bedside tables, really annoyed about this! The air conditioning was fantastic it was very hot during our stay and the window does not open in the room( safety rule I think) Because our room was on the front of th e building facing a busy road we were disturbed by the trams late at night and very early morning going past constantly. In the few hours they didn't run the boy races were out using the road like a race track. Would not stay in a room on the front again!
The breakfast was good and lots of choice , seemed quite relaxed and no mad rush around buffet like some o f the large chains. We didn't use the restaurant in the evening because the menu only had 4 dishes to choose from which none I particularly liked. We didn't use the sauna. Good inexpensive hotel, but probably stay elsewhere next time.

We stayed here one night while traveling through to Krakow. Overall great hotel. Will stay here again next time we are in Wroclaw. Only remark is that the room is a tad small but the quality of the room was by far worth the size. Needs a shower curtain on the shower... we made a mess in the bathroom because there is no way to keep the water inside the tub.

Bad Experience

We had a horrible experience at this hotel and it ruined our visit to Wroclaw. When we drove into the basement level parking lot, the lights went on by sensor, but then went out before we were out of the car. It was dark and we had a hard time trying to find out where the elevator was. When we found the elevator there was a sign that said it was out of order. So we had to climb two flights of stairs with luggage to get to the reception area. We were informed that the elevators were not working in the hotel. Our room was nice but we discovered that the phones were not working. The room was hot and the windows did not open and the A/C was turned off, it was very uncomfortable. In the night we were awakened by a smell. We could not locate where it was coming from and it became hazardous and we found ourselves gasping for air. The phones were not working so we had to run downstairs to get help. The receptionist came up to our room. He too had a hard time breathing. He immediately helped us get our belongings out of the room and relocated us to another room. We found out later that the smell was ammonia from a broken air conditioner pipe. As we were checking out our lungs, eyes and noses were still burning from the smell. To add to the burn, the manager only gave us a 25% percent discount. We fully expected that we would not have to pay for anything!!

Wroclaw in winter

The Hotel Europeum was everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. It was modern but comfortable and the staff so helpful and friendly. It was ideally placed to be very convenient for the Old City and the bus stop for the airport was close too. The room was well-appointed, the bathroom huge and the breakfast extremely good. The best museum in Wroclaw was literally next door but one to the hotel and I was able to spend the only wet half-day learning of the history of this important city from the very well-presented permanent exhibit. Unusually for Europe, entry was free. I was in Wroclaw for the opera. The impressive opera house was a five minute walk from the hotel. The huge Christmas market had just opened and the main square was beautifully lit for the occasion. Every other building seemed to be a restaurant of some kind, from cheap and cheerful to more sophisticated venues. I was able to eat genuine Polish cuisine which was very good but also ate in a Greek restaurant (not really Greek!) and, close to the university, devoured the best pizza I have ever tasted. My five day visit in winter (three whole days) was enough to sample most of the attractions of Wroclaw.

Stayed there on a recommendation of local friends... Excellent location, 5 mins walk to the main square. Restaurant downstairs had excellent menu for breakfast/lunch/dinner and the staff was very helpful and polite. Car parking is also underground.. Little tight to go down the driveway into the garage so it's not ideal if you have a massive car.. Will be staying there again next visit.

Staff was helpful and breakfast tasty. My one complaint is that while the lobby wifi worked well, the wifi in our room hardly worked at all (connected, but so slow that most webpages timed out)

Good overall. Staff very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The room clean,the bathroom with modern tiles , good shower....My only complaint was that my room was facing street with a noisy street car that disturbed my rest. Important for me, as I had to get up at 3.30 am to catch my flight home. Unfortunately, as I was told no other room was available.Probably no issue for party guys. Food at an attached restaurant was very good(Polish chef but foreign ownership like with most things here now...) and at reasonable price. Wroclaw is booming, hard to be recognized from my previous visit over 30 years ago. Best thing would be to stay there for a week or two and party!

Fab hotel and fab location

The room we had was a reasonable size but the bed was massive! We had a superking size and we could both starfish without touching! I requested a bath in the bathroom and it was a good size with shower overhead. The room was always lovely and warm, which was needed as it -4 outside! The hotel restaurant was very nice and the prices reasonable. Hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the old town/town square (Rynek). Taxi costs £10 (50PLN) from the airport but the bus cost 60p (3PLN) but takes about 35 mins and then is about a 15-10 min walk to the hotel. I would definitely recommend.

Even better than expected.........

We booked here for one night to unwind after a typical two day polish wedding. We had already seen the excellent reviews so our expectations were high but the hotel far exceeded them. The room was very stylish with a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom was great with an overhead and a hand held shower. We had the breakfast buffet the following day which had everything from bacon, sausage, egg, to cold meat cheese, cereals fruit and yoghurt. The staff are friendly and helpful and gave us a map. The hotel is only a couple of minutes from the old square which is an absolute must to visit. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to visiting again.

However, the room - single occupancy - had a very narrow bed and while the room would have been good for someone in a wheelchair or physically feeble I´d rather have preferred a bathroom with a shower not equipped for \"special needs\"

Very comfortable hotel with a polite staff, good restaurant, very close to the Old Market Square as well as tram stops. Just a few steps from the Lutheran Church which holds free summer organ concerts every Sunday. There are several museums nearby. One of them the Arsenal hold an annual Festival of the Chamber Music (late June/early July)

I would recommend this hotel very highly, we had booked a 4 bed room and when we arrived everything was set up for us perfectly from the glasses to the towels - very rare when we have booked extra beds before in 5 star hotels! The Reception staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble from Champagne on arrival to a late check out. The room was spacious even with 4 single beds and extremely clean. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again. Thank you all the staff at the Europeum xx

Very short walk to the main square and attractions. The underground parking garage was very limited and tight spaces. We had difficulty parking, but someone from the hotel guided us to a surface parking space. You can hear street noise from the room, but that is expected being so close to the downtown. En general tanto las personas que nos han atendido, el desayuno (muy completo tenia todo lo que uno le puede gustar) y la habitación, todo como podiamos esperar...la unica pega es que teniamos bañera en la habitacion y era bastante alta (no muy comoda para el acceso) y luego el flexo de la ducha al elevarlo hacia que se cerrase el agua...una pena...pero en general perfecto, para recomendarlo.

Das Hotel ist auf jedem Fall zu empfehlen, tolle Lage direkt fussläufig zum Marktplatz, guter Preis, sauber, modern und freundliches Personal. Das Auto konnte man gut für 50 Zt am Tag in der Tiefgarage parken. Drei kleine Sachen fehlen aber für die Fünfsterne Bewertung, der Wasserdruck beim Duschen war so gering, haben wir nicht mal so wenig in den USA erlebt, dass man die Fenster überhaupt nicht zum Lüften öffnen konnte und die gemeinsame Bettdecke war zu knapp bemessen für zwei normale Menschen. Aber ansonsten schönes Hotel zu einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhälniss!

Eccellente nonostante sia tre stelle.

Cinque minuti per raggiungere il centro. Nonostante è localizzato su una strada a fote scorrimento è sufficentemente silenzioso. Le stanze sono luminose per le ampie vetrate oscurate con doppia tenda. Pulizia giornaliera accurata. Bagno spazioso ma senza bidet come da tradizione nordica. Ambienti molto profumati. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Non ho informazioni sulla colazione poiché ho preferito farla in piazza Rinek presso una panetteria che consiglio.

Nahe der Altstadt liegendes Hotel ist einwandfrei sauber, komfortabel ( sogar flauschige Bademäntel stehen (liegen) zur Verfügung).
Das Frühstücksangebot ist auch groß genug.

Rent og pent, litt varmt kjøleskap, lyd fra veien. Veldig flinke i resepsjonen. Vennlige og blide. Unntatt en person som gjorde og sa kun det hun måtte. Et smil og venlige ord, hilsen når du går forbi manglet på denne personen. De andre var helt perfekt. Flott frokost. Veldig nærme gamlebyen. Lett og ta trikk. Alt du ønsker i gangavstand.

Great family-friendly hotel in central location

The hotel is very family-friendly with a lot of toys in the room. The location is great since it is close to the old town. Very convenient with a garage although it requires great driving skills since it is very narrow.

Ein kleines Hotel in einer tollen Lage.
Das Personal ist höflich und zuvorkommend, ganz besonders beim Frühstück. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.
Die Tiefgarage ist etwas eng, aber wer Auto fahren kann, der hat hier eine gute Parkmöglichkeit. Ansonsten gibt es auch Parkplätze im Hinterhof. Die Parkgebühren sind im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotels in Breslau günstig.
Das Zimmer ist zum Flur hin etwas hellhörig, aber da dort niemand dauerhaft ist, war das für uns kein Problem.
Die Lage ist super, die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Einmal über die Straße und man ist da. Zum Marktplatz sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Godt hotel, med god beliggenhed

Hotellet var ganske udmærket, og beliggenheden var helt perfekt. Dog lugtede der meget parfumeret på hele hotellet, og parkeringskælderen er ikke egnet til andet end microbiler, da adgangsvejen er meget smal og snoet. Morgenmaden var virkelig god.

Centralt hotel med ekstra god service.

Dejligt hotet tæt på det hele. Det er et lille hotel. De 2 piger i receptionen er noget af det mest hjælpsomme. Altid smilende ikke med et påtagende smil, men det følses bare så naturligt og det virker som om de virklige elsker deres arbejde, så meget stor ros til dem. Rengøring var perfekt, man kunne hænge skilt på døren om man ville have gjort rent eller ej. Dejlige senge, der er hovedpudemenu. Wifi fungeret perfekt. Den lækkerste morgenmad. Så skal du forkælde dig selv lidt ekstra er det dette hotel du skal vælge. Igen pigerne i receptionen de gør bare en forskel.
