Great location for enjoying the centre of Krakow. Not too far to walk from the station - 15 mins. A little difficult to find as the entrance on the main street is not that obvious. Room was not huge but well presented. No noise from the night life outside! Breakfast was fine - but for me a limited choice opf hot food as I like the full English (at least from the buffet - maybe more options on the a la carte)

A nice stay in a nice and clean hotel

I stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott with my wife and son for two nights. We didn't eat here but very much enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi (open 7am-9pm during week days) for three days.
The hotel is a reasonable walk (20-25 mins) from the train and bus stations and is only a 5 minute walk to the centre.
There are some great places to eat and drink nearby.
The room was clean and quiet.
We stored a couple of bags at the hotel for a several hours after we checked out, which the receptionist was happy to help with.
Overall, a really nice time spent at a lovely hotel.

3-night relaxing stay

Lovely relaxing stay, we made use of all the spa facilities - pool, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi (although note the steam room and sauna are only available in the evening). Small but well equipped gym overlooking the pool. Breakfast was great, lots of buffet choice and breakfast to order as required. Rooms spacious and light. Beds big and comfortable, although I would question the mattress toppers, a bit lumpy :-)

No hot water in 5 star hotel

There was no hot water in shower for 2 days. In addition Sauna and Steam room were not working well. Disappointing stay given it is one of most expensive hotels in Wroclaw. I am Gold member of Marriott and this experience was not up to standard expected from AC Marriott.

I like this hotel and have been here several times before, but this time my room was not cleaned properly.... for 4 days the floor was not vacuumed.... there were marks on the bedding.
The breakfast is average for the price, however the food on the menu is very tasty. The service was absolutely great!

Good location

Hotel is very nice and the staff are very fiendly. A convenient location for the old town, market square. However, the hotel lets itself down by the balcony on the 4th floor. Unless your are giant, or have a ladder, you are not able to see anything apart from the sky. Certainly no city view!

I didn't enjoy staying in wroclow because it was Independence day, everything was closed was there for 3 days doing nothing just walking around
Staff are not freindly and not helpful at all

Superb, superb and superb!

Such amazing stay, there is nothing I could improve or more to wish for. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. I wish I spent all my stay in Wroclaw at this AC Marriott.
I also had dinner there and it was superb, the best Caesar salad I ever had. It is well located in the old town. Definitely will go back.

Great base for business travel

Great hotel for business travel, have now stayed here a couple of times while working in Wroclaw. It's ideally situated, the staff can't do enough (sorting out taxis and reservations for us), the rooms are always super clean and quiet! Highly recommend.

Hotel is located nearby shopping area and plaza. Its not within the plaza so it is free from heavy pedestrian traffic.

Nice central hotel. Room service could have been a bit better. Day 2 the bed was made but no toilet paper or shower gel or tea and coffee etc was replaced. I had to go ask for it but was only given towels and shower gel. Was woken up early then by room service on Day 3. Went out a while later but room was not made up. Apart from this hotel was great.

The AC by Marriott in Wroclaw is a quite standard hotel, accurate and convenient in general, but is not perfect and has no attractive perks according to my experience. The breakfasts were good enough, the room was convenient. We faced just two problems - lack of power sockets in the room and no soap bar for the first night. 8 of 10 is the fair score, I think.

Awesome new hotel

Our stay at AC Marriot was short but very enjoyable. The hotel is very well maintained, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s a classy but modern hotel in the heart of Wroclaw- located a walking distance to the city center (rynek), very close to the courthouse and the Neon street. Even though it is close to all the action, the rooms are quiet and we were able to get some good rest there. The hotel has its own, nice and elegant restaurant with a nice bar but is also very close to many hip places for breakfast and brunch. The staff is very nice and attentive - we were struggling a bit with out coffee maker in the room and they brought us a new one right away. Great customer service, great amenities (we didn’t have a chance to check their spa but it looked promising) and an awesome location.

Beautiful New Hotel (minutes walk from restaurants

This is a lovely hotel with good size rooms. we booked two rooms and stayed two nights as part of a wedding visit. Both had a seating area and outside area facing the concert hall. Breakfast is five star and good value for money in uk terms (even at the moment).

Staff at the desk, bar and restaurant were first class and vertually everyone speaks a remarkably high level of English.

The hotel is on the same side of Wroclaw city centre as the airport which can be important when driving a L H drive car for the first time in 20 years. It’s not clear on the website but the hotel has no car park but is right next to a huge new underground car park build as part of the concert hall development with wide parking bays, security cameras and green lights to show empty car park spaces. You can actually pull up to unload by the hotel steps (which are down the side road - not facing the main road) or you drive down into the underground car park entrance by the hotel and look for the signs saying “AC Marriott” .

My only complaint about the hotel is that the air conditioning switched off after 20 mins and that happened in both rooms so you have to get up in the middle of the night to cool the room down. I spoke to several staff and they said that the AC system was fully automated for efficiency.

Best Marriott in Europe

Amazing standard represented by Marriott chain hotel, well done. Never have had such a lovely Marriott before. Spacious room with its own huge terrace, cosy restaurant with tasty local fresh food, good choice of alcohol drinks, waiters who are professionals and can give you good recommendations, relaxing spa area with sauna and pool etc. I am very pleased that I can say so many good words about it, nothing negative to add, it was just outstanding experience. You hardly will find Marriott chain hotel for such a reasonable price somewhere else in Europe. Definitely will come back one day.

Great hotel with charterer & excellent facilities

Newly converted hotel in heart of town. Building has character and you can even open the windows in the bedrooms!Room quality is very good both in looks and functionality. Gym /pool is not massive but better then a lot and again quality of equipment and service by staff is excellent. Breakfast very good too. I don't have any negative comments about this hotel apart from the parking is expensive - but this is not their own car park but a public parking so they don't control the price. To be honest its the same for all hotels in this city. I stop in a lot of hotels - I would definitely stop here again

Wonderful hotel, most comfortable bed I ever had.

The hotel is very new (opened in late 2017), friendly staff and great value for money. Same hotel in New York would cost quadruple of its price in Wroclaw. Spacious rooms and great shower. I'd be definitely coming back soon.

Das Hotel in Mitten von Breslau ist wirklich ein Schmuckstück. Wir hatten nicht wirklich große Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne Hotel gehabt. Jedoch hat uns vor allem der große Balkon in dem Premium-Zimmer gefallen und als wir das Zimmer betreten haben, waren wir sehr überrascht vom hohen Standard des Hotels und der Zimmer. Alles war wunderbar. Vor allem die Speisen in dem Restaurant des Hotels haben wir sehr genossen. Um alle Gerichte probieren zu können, waren wir jeden Tag im Restaurant "Fungo" des Hotels und diese Mahlzeiten waren jeden Cent wert, den wir ausgegeben haben sowie der großartige Service, der stets verfügbar war. Sehr zu empfehlen und immer wieder gerne.
