Very clean, spaciuos and quiet room. Tea and sugar available in the room. Very friendly reception staff. Quick and easy check in and check out. The only cons - bathroom door couldnt shut properly and one of the beds was squeeky.

The room smell the moment I walked in. It had a musky smell coming from the bathroom. The body wash and hand soap was not filled up. It had maybe quarter bottle left. The door fell backwards if it isn’t closed all the way. There was construction work going in the morning so it got noise. I don’t think the walls are noise-proof.

The hotel is new and modern, only a short walk from the bus and train stations. Just across the road is a tram number 2m which takes you to the National Museum. There is also a number 9 tram that takes you to the zoo.
I found the room a little hot and the windows did not open. IBIS breakfast is available from 6 am at a cost of 67 zloties which is very expensive for a Polish hotel. The staff were generally nice, except for one of the male reception desk workers by the name of Konrad!

Good choice for a hotel in Wrocław

Nice hotel. There was an issue on arriving to my room. The AC worked, but no lights worked. I returned to the lobby and they wanted to send up maintenance. I suggested a different room because I didn't want to deal with maintenance. They changed my room and the new one was fine. Breakfast was very complete. Staff were friendly.

Big room with a nice and clean bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I felt safe and it was quiet. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Hotel Ibis is located within walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend staying in this Ibis hotel.

Ibis Wroclaw Centrum was a good hotel. My only issue was the location next to the train tracks. I don't think the noise interrupted our sleep, but it did wake us early.

The room was bright, clean, upgraded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance of the train station, and close to attractions.

great hotel for very reasonable price, loved the sparkling water dispensers by the lifts, there could have been more towels available. very clean and modern, well maintained. only issue was breakfast a bit overpriced and for the ibis it is in a different dining room and confusing to find as the restaurant at front is for novotel and not ibis, whilst the reception and lobby is common for both hotels (both are in the same building, novotel top floors and ibis bottom floors). as a result of this confusion I have missed out on the apple pie for breakfast when we got it (breakfast about 11gbp per person). the tram stop is just outside and that is very helpful for getting just about anywhere in the city

Excellent hotel close to Rynek Square

Stayed here for a four night city break. Hotel was approx 15 mins from airport by taxi - cost around 80 pzl - this was less going back to the airport - fixed fee taxi arranged by hotel was 60 pzl. Check in was very easy and room warm clean and comfortable. Bottled water was in room but staff at reception will replenish if you ask. We stayed on a B&B basis. The breakfast buffet was excellent - hot food as well as fruit , breads , cold meats etc - really well stocked and very good value for us - added bonus is that breakfast is on until 11am so no need to get up too early. We did not eat in the restaurant but the food we saw being served looked very good. All staff members we came across were friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk form Rynek Square and certainly is very close to the attractions there. Would certainly stay here again if in Wroclaw.

Great hotel, not too far from the main square. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Room was spotless, however there was only one pillow each which was very uncomfortable on the first night. We asked for an extra pillow each on the second day but they could only find one. The staff was very apologetic and gave us a voucher for a free drink each which was very nice but only one of us slept properly for our four night stay

Great staff!

Pauline and her colleagues on reception, as well as the team at breakfast, and the team in NOVO2 restaurant/bar were all great.
Although there were some signs of small issues such as damp in the bathroom door frame, and a thin mattress on the bed, the great and positive attitude, and helpful approach from staff made our short stay enjoyable and memorable.

Very clean and modern hotel. Very polite staff and service.
I would say this hotel is tailored to business users as it is close to conference related buildings.

However, if you do not mind walking. It is 15 minutes walk to the nearest train station. 25 minutes slow walk to the old market area.

A bed, a TV and a bathroom. Little amenity but equally small price. Personally, I don't need anything else. Staff is helpful. And one more thing : the breakfast (included in our rate) is very complete and diversified. We enjoyed everything.

The hotel is adjoined to the Novotel next door, you can eat in the restaurant with a 15% discount. The breakfast manager is a warm and friendly man, the reception staff are the most hospitibal I have encountered. A very friendly place and not too expensive. I have no problem recommending this hotel.

Exactly what we were after for our short 4 night trip, excellent location only 15 minutes into the old town and plenty of shops along the way, also just around the corner from the sky tower with amazing views from the top of the whole city. Food was delicious from the novo2 restaurant inside the hotel and all staff were very helpful. Would definitely return :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Quiet location about 10 mins walk from the Centre at Rynek and the central train Station.
A good Continental buffet breakfast (Cheaper on weekends than week days!!!!) but good value.
The room had a comfy bed, a Good ~TV but not much in the way of English speaking channels.
Well provided shower room.

A great location allowing me to see and explore the town

Next time i visit I'd probably choose the IBIS again.

Great Business Stay Hotel

Good Location, Hotel is located within walking distance to the newest shopping centre 'Wroclavia' and ten minutes walk to the city square. Very nice service, however, do not expect the room to be more than 3-star standard. Rooms are nice simple and clean.

Great Budget Stay!

Great for a budget stay with spacious rooms

Really spacious as for a standard double room. Received 2xtwin bed instead of king size bed that we ordered. Realised too late to bother asking for proper room. Clean, comfortable room with LCD TV that included Canal+ offer for free. Food in the restaurant was bit too pricey in my opinion though.

Well decorated and presented, shares a lobby with the four star Novotel, felt like a much plusher hotel than the price and star rating indicated.

It is a short walk from the historic centre, but only about 10 minutes away, there is also a tram stop directly outside if you wanted to get further afield. Like wise it was less than 15 minute walk to the station.

my new favourite hotel in Wroclaw

I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel. This is not your average IBIS value hotel. the rooms were ultra modern, great value for money at £37 it was an absolute steal.

One of the biggest shopping centres 5 min walk and central station 10 min walk - we saved on taxis

we arrived on a super hot day 29C so it was very welcomed surprise when we were offered ice tea while waiting to check in.

staff were super helpful. honestly - it is well worth a visit!

A very good hotel for a very good price.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room was spectacular, I did not see any unclean areas throughout my stay. The quality of service was also amazing, every single staff member that I came across was very helpful and resolved any queries that I had within seconds.
The hotel amenities included shampoo, body gel, soap, plastic cups and some towels. The basic items but it was helpful for me as I didn't have to carry additional products in my suitcase.
The hotel location was also very good for the price that I paid. It is located right next to a bus and tram stop, from where trams can get you anywhere in the city. It is close to attractions such as the Renoma shopping centre as well as Old Town.

Could not relax in our room in the afternoons because of construction works being done. Complaints fell on deaf ears and no compensatory benefits. No coffee tea in room just 2 bottles water. no spare pillows nor towels. Bare minimum comfort. Restaurant pricey & 1 star rating. Bar pricey eg a small beer was 12pln down the road the same beer was 5.50pln

comfortable night stay for a good price

Stayed for one night and found the room very accommodating. There was a towel hanging in the shower when we arrived and unsure if that was from precious guests or not. Sink also had minor issues which I took care of myself. Comfortable beds. The outdoor parking was lax as we had to wait for someone at the front desk to realize that we were trying to get in or out.

Frokosten kunne ha godt av og bli reformert .fks litt forandringer vær dag så man ikke fikk den samme maten vær dag.og sengen på hotellet var ok.gidt mrd parkerings plasser for de ankommer med bil.men alti i alt ett greit familie hotell.med enn liten lekepass for barn.og igang avstand til det meste resturanger og badeland.

Godt hotel med god beliggenhed - Dyr parkering

Man ved, hvad man får med Ibis. God morgenmad og værelser. Desværre var der ekstra gebyr for at bruge fitness. Og parkeringen endte med at blive dyrere end den oplyste pris. Der var åbenbårt billigere parkering for hotelgæster, men P-automaten var på polsk, så vi fik ikke hotelrabat, men vi endte i stedet med at betale 100 polske zloty pr. nat i stedet. Ærgerligt.

Unkomplizierter Check in im schön dekorieren Empfangsbereich und ein aufgeräumtes Zimmer ohne Schnickschnack. Wassersprudler auf jeder Etage im Kampf gegen den Plastikmüll und beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es auch Mandel- und Hafermilch.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Größtes Manko waren das eintönige, teilweise ungenießbare Frühstück (in besonderem das Rührei) und das teilweise unhöfliche Personal. Die Lichtschranke für den Parkplatz hat einige Probleme bereitet.
