Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna, śniadanie smaczne, nawet pieką własne pieczywo. co do czystości to mamy pewne zastrzeżenia. Sprzątanie na bieżąco jest OK, ale wykładzina w pokoju brudna i śmierdząca ze starości, okna nie można było zamknąć, bo było zwichrowane. Za tą jakość usługi powinna być zdecydowanie niższa cena.

The service here was great but my room smelled of cigarettes and the air conditioner was not working the entire time I was there. I told staff about the broken air conditioner and they said nothing could be done. The bathroom ventilation wasn’t working as well so the stay for three days was a bit smelly, humid and warm.

Accommodation was clean and well-maintained, staff pleasant and helpful. On both evenings of my stay, the dining area was entirely given over to large school-parties. This meant I had to walk back into town to procure evening meals. Fortunately, the weather was kind on both occasions.

Carpet in the room was very dirty, hairdryer had been disconnected due to COVID???? Had to ask for tea and coffee as there was a kettle but nothing else. Restaurant was open but had very little on the menu. Bar service was very slow or non existent.

The only negative I have is that our lamp didn't work and the rooms are a little dark. This is so minor it is obvious that this is a good choice. For the very low price we paid I am happy with this hotel. On site parking, clean and smart rooms, plenty of space, decent facilities and friendly staff. Well located for transport with the bus and train stations a short walk away too!

A harder training for workers

Hotel is located in a very convenient place, rooms are quite a good size, but carpet it’s a little old and TV set is really outdated.
They serve good breakfast in a buffet style: cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, oatmeal etc., but servants are inattentive unless you approach one and asked for something specific. They don’t greet guests (sic!).
Overall the hotel is not bad, easy to get everywhere and not expensive.

It was a 50th University re-union,a very happy occasion that was celebrated in the hotel,hence very good location for staying in this hotel.
We had a good time,food was good and atmosphere very festive.
The Restaurant was nice.Breakfast was good,food selection was adequate.Good coffee machine with nice selection of coffees.

Cheap, clean, excellent WiFi

We stayed for 2 nights over new year's eve and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate for what we wanted. The bed was comfy, the room was warm and the showers were good (2 head, not the best water pressure but still fine). The WiFi was excellent and we were able to stream a Netflix movie, as well as a live football game the following day. The parking is chargeable at 35zl per day. They let us leave the car there until 6pm after we had checked out at 12pm which was nice. We were also allowed to use the bar / seating area to watch the football before we left too, which was really appreciated. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel for the price. Though beware it has a very Euroepan attitude to tea (no milk)!

(Also a note to stay that we are a same-gender couple and this seemed to cause no issues for the hotel or its staff. This kind of info is important to some so I try to note it!)

Low cost safe hotel relatively close to Old Town.

I liked the room, very comfy bed, good temperature control. Low cost was a plus. New and clean, although the staff will not make bed every day on longer stays. Good buffet type breakfast (you need to pay extra). Walking distance to Old Town, but only if you like walking (some 25 minutes of brisk walking).

Please fix air conditioning

This would be an excellent hotel if they fixed the problems with the air conditionng. The air condtioning was in a heat only mode in my room during the week of my stay. It could not be fixed. The outside temperature maximum during the day was mid seventies, but the room was always much hotter. If I opened the window, which could only be opened a small amount presumably because they did not want to disrupt the temperature control for the room, late in the night the room would cool to a reasonable temperature. Otherwise it was unbearably hot. In some floors of the hotel the temperature controls worked, but not on my floor.

The staff was very pleasant, and we tried changing rooms once, but it was much the same in the new one.

Decent place to sleep.

Breakfast was a one big misunderstanding. I highly recommend to skip it.
It seems that the carpet was designed to withstand shoes. Cultural thing I guess.
No smoking sing on the table and a faint smell of cigarettes while entering the room for the first time.
Plastic cups, not every person might like it.
Private mineral water disappeared along with the chocolate during my visit to the City Center and the Old Town.

Room was small but clean with towels and amenities refreshed everyday of our 5 day stay. Staff was attentive and polite. Wifi didn't work in our room but did in lobby and restaurant. Good moderately priced breakfast in hotel, but there are no other convenient alternatives. 15/20 minute walk to the Rynek puts you in the middle of things for sights, dinner and shopping. Gated parking lot also a plus.

good deal if on a budget

Had really bad stay here but that is not the hotels fault, on the third floor woken from 03.00 with drunken groups running up the corridor and in and out of the room next to me bang the doors and shouting in the room with what seems to be all night party, but again this was just bad luck, stayed here before and good value for money, cheap price, 5 minute walk to bus and train station and 25 minute walk into town, rooms comfortable and given the price a good deal.

Not when you are paying

Room cost around 40 euro but breakfast costs another 20 and parking another 10 euro. If you are traveling on company's expense it's good, but for visit as a couple I strongly advise to look elsewhere. I stayed in much more expensive Netherlands paying less than at this hotel. They didn't even let us borrow wine glasses to the room.

Modern Hotel But Lacking Some Of The Basics

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights, modern with good car parking facilities. The evening restaurant menu was limited and uneventful and service was slow. The room was modern but housekeeping was poor with my bed being forgotten to be made on 1 day and a ripped sheet being placed on the bed on another day.

With great public transport links, tram and bus literally stopping in front of the hotel and around the corner, respectively. Amazing level of comfort for tiny price. All mod cons including hair drier, shampoo, very functional wardrobe, lightingm ZtV, double glazing and lots of plug ins for your iPad.

Hotel new ,rooms on the smaller size but clean .Beds not comfy,two nights were a struggle .Staff friendly,we changed a room without problems because of the noise from tramps and ambulances passing by.Overall a good stay but not for long. There is premier part of hotel which probably has better facilities.

This was a modern hotel in excellent condition - I did not notice anything wrong during my stay. It had the fastest wifi connection of any hotel I visited on this trip, lots of power outlets, and other conveniences to support business travelers. The hotel is within walking distance of the Wroclaw central train station, as well as multiple tram routes which can take you into the city. The staff spoke good English and were able to assist me throughout my stay.

Couldn't really have asked for more!!

I went on here on my stag do in May 2013 and couldn't really have asked for more. It was only 20 minutes from the airport and only 5 minutes in a taxi away from the main centre. The hotel was great. Brand new hotel with comfortable and tidy rooms. Staff were pleasant but can't speak a lot of English. The only thing is it only does breakfast which is extra money and doesn't do meals after that but we spent most of our time in the market square anyway which is full of restaurants and take away places. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people and would definitely stay here again if I was to visit Wroclaw.

Great if you are looking for economy in the city.

It was very nice - comfortable room, not huge, but big enough. Very clean. The staff was superb - they were very very helpful. The restaurant was nice, though I only ate breakfast there. It is very close to the Economic University of Wroclaw and the new AquaPark. Highly recommended.

Schade nur, dass es keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer gibt. Und natürlich wäre es bei diesem Teppichboden ganz super wenn es Wegwerf-Pantoffeln gäbe.

De kamer was prima maar het ontbijt slecht. Tafels worden niet schoongemaakt en opgeruimd. Heel jong personeel die alleen oog hebben voor elkaar en bovendien tijdens het ontbijt het pand uit sluipen met zijn drieën en de boel de boel laten.
Er is geen leiding en niemand lijkt verstand te hebben van een ontbijtzaal runnen

Загалом готель непоганий. Вцілому залишились приємні враження від перебування.
РЕЦЕПЦІЯ. На рецепції працюють в основному молоді хлопці та дівчата, тому було дивно, що, працюючи у готелі і будучи обличчям готелю, англійською мовою вони володіють 50/50. Деякі розуміють трохи російську. Є працівники, але це вже менеджери, котрі добре володіють англійською, українською, російською.
Конс‘єржа немає, тому гостям потрібно самостійно шукати свій номер після заселення.
НОМЕР. Номери компактні, є все необхідне окрім міні-версій косметики для ванної. Є лише рідке мило та гель, він же й шампунь.
Загалом кімната охайна, продуманий дизайн. Але! Чомусь матраци застелені порваними наматрацниками, які проклеєні клейонкою (яка до того ж і вся потріскана), певно, щоб не лишалось плям на самому матраці в разі чого. Тому перші дні спати було неможливо, кожен рух призводив до шуму. Під кінець нашого перебування зняли той наматрацник.
ПРИБИРАННЯ НОМЕРІВ. Номери прибирають ввічливі, привітні дівчата. У моєму випадку це були українки, що лиш додало радості від того, що поруч свої люди.
РЕСТОРАН. Затишний, стильний. В ресторані також працюють молоді дівчата й хлопці. Деякі офіціанти розмовляють англійською, російською, українською, деякі ж лише польською і чомусь дуже непривітні до тих, хто не розуміє польську. Меню хочеться розширити, дуже мало позицій. Чай для ресторану краще закупити заварний, а не пакетований (пакетики люди і в номері можуть заварити, а в ресторані хочеться якості).

Hotel w porządku. Na plus - dobra lokalizacja tuż przy przystanku autobusowym i tramwajowym, galerii handlowej. W pokoju czajnik. Na minus - słabe wyciszenie pokoi, ściany się dosłownie trzęsły kiedy ktoś nieuważnie puszczał drzwi, hotel wymaga renowacji. Tuż przy hotelu jest droga z kostki brukowej. Przy wzmożonym ruchu samochodowym powoduje to bardzo duży hałas i wibracje w pokoju.
Szefowa recepcji bardzo miła i profesjonalna.
Jeśli zależy ci na cenie i wpadasz do miasta na krótki pobyt to polecam. Dłuższy pobyt moze być męczący ze względu na powyższe uwagi.

Hotel ogólnie jest ładny i położony w świetnej lokalizacji. Niestety, stan pokoju i samego obiektu wymaga kilku napraw:
- w moim pokoju, sufit pomalowany byl tylko do polowy (zielono-bialy)
- wąż prysznicowy byl uszkodzony i woda tryskała we wszystkich kierunkach
- woda z samego prysznica lała się na podłogę łazienki, którą musiałem wycierać po każdej kąpieli
- przez cały pobyt, nie było w łazience mydła
dziury w ścianach, uszkodzone szafki przy łóżku (uszkodzona okleina)

Niby drobnostki, ale za cene 200zł za noc, jednak oczekiwałbym czegoś więcej.

Lite for pengene

Bra beliggenhet i nærheten av Jernbanestasjon, ca 4 km fra Rynek, nær til buss og trikk. Jenter i resepsjonen var hyggelige, vi kunne oppbevare bagasje før innsjekking. Rommet var romslig , rent. Baderom var ganske enkelt , rent, håndklær med tegn på slitasje.
En del støy pga boligenhet.
Stor minus for frokost - når vi kom kl 9.30 så var det tom for eggerøre og te-vann, kaffekopp- vi fikk beskjed at det kommer snart men det tok ca 25 min. og da var vi nesten ferdig. Lite utvalgt av grønnsaker og øst, ingen frukt.
Vi synes at hotellet er overpriset.

We sliepen maar één nacht hier en dan is een goed bed belangrijk en dat was er. Verder was alles netjes en schoon. Er waren dichtbij winkels en eetgelegenheden maar op de kamer hoorde je het lawaai van het verkeer behoorlijk goed. Het viel ons wel tegen dat bovenop de kosten voor een nacht nog parkeerkosten kwamen. Dat wisten we niet van te voren.

Très bon emplacement

Hôtel très bien situé qui permet de se rendre au centre ville de Wroclaw en une vingtaine de minutes à pieds seulement !
Literie confortable et équipements très bons.

Kocham Wrocław miasto mojej młodości

Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania pod każdym względem; nawet przy nie najlepszej pogodzie możliwy był spacer do Teatru Capitol i powrót z Opery; lokalizacja ok; dostępne przystanki tramwajowe na wycieczkę po mieście, dla której nie warto uruchamiać samochodu. Wszystko ok. Kocham Wrocław i chętnie wracam co jakiś czas.
