Pleasant staff. Room was a single room but very high ceilings so felt very airy and perfect for a single. Also was absolutely spotless. Breakfast included, exactly the kind of breakfast i want whole abroad. Great location.

Wonderful breakfast buffet included. Very close to shopping and transportation options. Only downside was that we were at the end of the hotel and the wifi signal was weak to non existent, I had to go to the lobby to check email. It is an old stone building so I wasnt that surprised with the weak signal. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very central with good transport links. Being an older hotel it's within keeping of the oldest part of town. The single bed I had was a little on the low side and made my life a bit difficult getting in and out of it but, apart from that, a really good experience. The breakfast was good too

We arrived at the hotel a day later than originally booked due to our flight being rescheduled. We had emailed the hotel a couple of times a few days before arrival as we didn't want them to think we weren't turning up but received no acknowledgement. When we checked, we asked if they'd received the email and they had but couldn't be bothered to respond.

Our room was pretty basic and as we had booked some time ago, couldn't recall what it should look like. It had a bed, a bedside, two chairs, etc. nothing fancy. However, onwe of us had to shuffle down between the bed and the bathroom wall as space was limited. The bathroom wasn't up to much, with just the basics. Bed linen and towels were of poor quality. The kettle couldn't be plugged in on the table, instead it had to sit on the floor in the narrow space between the bed and bathroom wall as that was the only available socket.

Day 2, we checked on Expedia to see what our room should look like. It turned out that we had a single room where they replaced the single bed for a double. We should have had two bedside table and we didn't, neither was there room to put one, hence the bedside shuffle.

Could have complained but didn't find the staff very helpful so didn't bother asking why we had a single and moving us to a double, probably an argument that wasn't going to go too well.

Breakfast selection was limited and there is no toaster!
Overall not a great Polish experience apart from seeing Andrea Bocelli.

Location excellent however we were not informed that there are major renovations taking place currently. Our room was fine but every room around it is being gutted causing serious dust and noise from 7am onwards.
Breakfast was enjoyable with lovely music. We did not realise that there was no bar or lounge which meant we had to spend much more time in our room. We intend to request a refund when we collect our luggage later today.

Wonderful Wroclaw.

A rather austere looking hotel but a very comfortable hotel. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic shower. Facilities were limited but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very peaceful nights sleep.
The breakfast was good although there was a queue to get in to the breakfast room on one of the busier days

I only had working Wi-Fi in my room for a few minutes each day during my stay. Don’t claim you have something like Wi-Fi when you don’t. Also, there was no Wi-Fi in the restaurant or anywhere in the public areas in the hotel. If the Wi-Fi had been working, I Would have rated the hotel better than I did

Great location, good breakfast (don’t wait till 30 min to closing though, as they don’t restock), friendly staff.

I booked this place because it listed laundry facilities on site — they do not exist.

Rooms definitely dated; whole property is so much darker than it looks online. Carpets filthy and stained. Walls pretty thin. Sink had hot water but shower did not; tried it twice (morning and evening).

I want to be kind, but this was an uncomfortable stay and I would not recommend to a friend.

The location and breakfast are great but everything else is terrible. Our room was broken into and everything stolen. The elevator was broken and clearly had been for quite some time. There is no air conditioning and the staff rarely helps in any way. I will never stay here again. Worst experience ever.

Its a bit dated, but my bed was very comfy, and I had a really good nights sleep. I had everything I could want/need in my room. Excellent location- 2 min walk from town square, really close to a lot of the tourist sights and also less than 15 min walk to airport bus stop (if you have an early flight). Breakfast was a nice bonus!

Very disappointing stay. Room at hotel was sparse at best. One bath size towel, no hand towel until last day (complete with holes). No bedside table, sheet too small to be securely tucked in which meant that I woke up lying on the bare matress. Only one teabag (and no coffee) for the whole of the 4 day stay. Shaving light in bathroom not working. All this was sent to Expedia in the initial property and check-in feed back. Nothing was done to make amends.

I saw no restaurant or bar at the hotel although they were supposed to be available according to the Expedia booking page. Expedia must take some responsibility for the poor situation as I would expect that all hotels are checked before being put on web page.

I will be very unlikely to trust Expedia sufficiently to use them in the future.

Hotel.com, this is not a 3 star hotel!!!

Bed mattress is obsolete!! Need a new mattress! Horrible! The best selling point for a hotel is a confortable bed and you failed. Carpets are stained and need replacement. Shower condition is unacceptable. I don’t think the rating for the hotel is correct. We travel a lot around the world and seriously, regardless the conditions of the hotel, I believe this is a 2 star hotel.

A great place to stay

The stay could not have been better. Though an older hotel, it was immaculate and well maintained. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. The staff was superb----helpful beyond the call of duty. The manager helped solve a problem with my Polish Sim card.
The breakfast offered was excellent with a great variety of choices . So glad I stayed there

The hotel was a little older and it showed. Some of the furniture and beds could be modernized. That said we had no problem with the room and slept comfortably. The reason we picked this hotel was because it was close to the old town square and the hotel didn't disappoint. Breakfast was good.

Rooms were standard rooms, uncomfortable bed & pillows. We booked 3 separate rooms all paying the same price but one room was half the size of the others and one of the rooms the door didn’t lock, to which they changed the lock on the door whilst we was out but didn’t bother to inform anyone that this was happening or had happened. One night one room had someone keep knocking on their door waking them up and then the same night another room had someone keep trying to open their door moving the handle. Over all the service, condition and help was poor.

Fantastic location, 1 minute from the main square. Airport stop for Centrum 1 minute walk to hotel and very good service. Breakfast had a good selection and was topped up regularly. Overall would recommend this hotel for a short break to Wroclaw.
Royal Palace Museum worth a visit and it's free.

Great location to square, we were in room 101 & our room was really good nice bathroom although friends we travelled with were on the 3rd floor & wasn’t the best. Staff friendly, breakfast limited & usually hot selection empty. Tables weren’t cleared & staff didn’t speak but what more do you want than a good cup of coffee in a morning. We were there for 3 nites & cleaner came in room just once, we only knew she’d been in as water bottles had been replaced. We had to make our own beds and find the trolley for tissue. Towels not changed but we were only there Friday - Monday & for what we paid we wernt bothered.

The hotel is slowly being refurbished; it used to be the old Saigon Hotel and consequently retains much of the Oriental decor of the former owners, especially in its dining room, all red walls and asian art. I stayed in a superior double which was spacious enough. However I think the word 'superior' only refers to the size, there are no extras that one might expect like tea and coffee making faclities. (How much is a kettle for goodness sake?) Toiletries consist of cheap shampoo sachets and little bars of soap. Be warned, there is no aircon so in the summer, these rooms must be stifling - the only way to get air would be to open the window and the traffic noise outside would make sleep almost impossible. Breakfast was adequate. 2 coffee machines though one broke down during my stay which meant that when a large group of elderly German tourists arrived the queue was unbearable - these ladies hogged the machine filling vacuum flasks for their day excursion! The hotel has fixed the hot trays so at least the scrambled eggs and sausges were warm. For the rest, it's processed ham and cheese, a mix of salads, dairlea cheesespreads and just 3 varieties of cereal, plus a daily sticky cake. The main plus points for this hotel are its great location (just a short walk to the old town in one direction and to the big shopping mall Doninanska in the other good for tram and bus connections). In addition, the young reception staff are helpful and charming. For an off-season stay, it's good.

I liked the location, helpful staff and copious breakfast. I did not like the clumsy chairs and the table arrangement in the dining room, which made it crammed. Some little improvements would mean a lot: a fridge in the room, a clothes line in the bathroom, an additional and bigger waste basket.

The staff were nice and friendly i had trouble with my bath as when tried filling it was getting stuff coming out of the plug did report this but nothing was done about it. There was a rip in my beddin too but apart from that was a nice place.

Great little Hotel

Having looked at many other Hotels and apartments in Wroclaw I was very pleased by what we booked. The Hotel offered good comfort and a good breakfast which we thought was very good.
We occupied a courtyard view which there was nothing really to see but we only sleep and rest in the room. It was quiet and easy to sleep without noise. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

The Hotel is situated not far from the main square which was a delight. Close to the Hotel were tram stops where you can get to many of the attractions.
The staff are very helpful and you only need to ask which tram to get or where and what to do they will offer good help.
Very good Hotel which we shall use should we ever visit Wroclaw again.

This hotel was well-located - near both the train station and near historic sites. There was no air conditioning which wasn't an issue because the weather was cool and rainy when I visited. Air conditioning might have reduced the humidity in the room as I opened windows instead to keep the room cool. The breakfast was first rate. I opted to include the hotel dinner as part of my stay and I did find the choices limiting. I did not realize that \"Lothus\" is really the word \"Lotus\" and the meal choices skewed toward Oriental dishes. I was expecting either a dinner buffet or more Polish fare. That said, both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. If I was to offer another criticism, the hotel did offer free WiFi but I found it quite slow. For a small investment, I am sure the hotel could offer higher speed Internet to guests.

I found the hotel very satisfactory overall. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful and spoke good English, the breakfast buffet was very generous, and the hotel's public areas and rooms were clean and well maintained. Fantastic Hotel, the rooms are small and basic, but everything was very clean. The bathrooms are great, very clean with very hot water and loads of water pressure. Staff were helpful and friendly, always keen to answer questions, translate or give recommendations.

Location couldnt be better for the Rynek, great places to eat and drink only a 5 minute walk away.

I needed to send a package to the Hotel which I wasn't able to take onto the plane, the staff helped arrange this and loked after the package for me until I arrived. Will definately stay again.

Hotel is very nice. Breakfast is fantastic! Staff is kind and helping.
Minuses
There is no free parking nearby so I had to park 20 minutes from the hotel
I couldn't get satisfying temperature from the heater.

Overall
Good hotel. Great location!
