Very friendly, professional and helpful staff.
Rooms are spacious, comfy bed.
Good breakfast but would suggest complimentary coffee in the lobby.
The location is fantastic! You are within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and cafes. The choices of food near the hotel are incredible. I would recommend breakfast at YERBA, just accross the river. 10 min walk.
Wroclaw is a party town;) Stare Miasto in the evening is hopping

Rooms are decorated to very high standards, spotless, quiet, friendly and welcoming staff.
We had a great massage and the spa facilities were very good.
Excellent location, right in the old town. And just 20 min. Taxi drive from the airport.

The room itself was nice and comfortable bed but the noise from the street with bars and nightclubs were ridiculously noisy from 10 - 5 with loud music and cars revving. Would not recommend a city view if you want a quiet room.

Amazing hotel, very close to everything. Breakfast delicious. Only minus is the car park fee as 100 zł per night is way too expensive and should be half of that at least or included in your stay. We come here often and the parking fee always shock us. Will be good for the hotel to review this

The hotel is very close to the square in Old Town, just a couple of minutes walk. Very friendly staff, nice & clean rooms. We had a junior suite and it was very spacious - still very affordable. Would stay here again.

We specifically booked a king room as we had read that these have an external view as opposed to an internal view overlooking the hotel atrium. We were disappointed on checking in to find out that our allocated room was an internal room so we had to go back to reception to get them to change it. This must have taken about 15 mins as they had to speak to housekeeping before confirming we could change. We then had to put our bags back into the luggage room and go back into the cold for another couple of hours

First night we were put in a street facing room which was terrible. The noise coming from the bars accross the road was unbearable. I didnt fall asleep until around 7am when the bars closed which by the time i woke up the main part of the day was wasted. We then got moved which in all fairness the staff were great to accommodate us however, the new room was terribly hot. Even with the heat right down the room was unbearably hot. I ended up going for a walk in a tshirt gone 3am in -2 weather to cool down.

Overall the rooms we had were clean etc however i didnt have 1 decent night sleep in 4 so i probably wouldn't return. Shame as the location is perfect and for what iys worth the stagg were quite helpful.

The room and location was lovely. The breakfast, that we only purchased once, was probably the worst one we have ever had. All 'hot' items were cold and the selection was very limited. So not value for the money. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows were also uncomfortable.

Fantastic location, a stone’s throw from the old town square. Classic twin room was spacious, clean, with a great, modern bathroom. Complimentary toiletries were lovely and hairdryer was a ‘proper’ one, not a cheap, rubbish hotel hairdryer! The only thing letting down the room was the overly soft and huge pillows. I asked at reception for a firmer pillow but they didn’t have any different pillow types. WiFi was very good throughout the hotel.
Breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately the hot food wasn’t very,…….well,…….hot!! Cold salads and fish etc were excellent, as was the fresh bread. The food stations were very cramped and busy and there was no obvious staff member to place your order with if you wanted, an omelette, fried egg etc. you just had to ‘grab’ a waiter and hope for the best.

The room comes with earplugs.
If your in a room facing out onto a street you will need the earplugs. We stopped mid week, Wednesday and thursday evening were ok but Friday evening was not good. The noise was off the scale. It went on till 05.00. Just a massive noisey party all out on the street with the odd boy racer popping and banging just for good measure. I had the earplugs in and the did help.
You have been warned.

The arrival check in was very good. Helped by I think Dominic who speaks very good English. Our room on the fourth floor was spacious and clean. The bed was fine. The only downside was the air-con that was very noisy. However, the weather was very mild for December @ +14, so I just turned it off.
We only had breakfast in the hotel which was very good. Plenty of choice including porridge, meats, cheeses, salad, fruit, assorted breads and cooked. The scrambled egg was very good. The location is about 100 metres to the Old Town Square so ideal for the Xmas markets. Would I come back to Wroclaw? Probably not. But if I did, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Plenty of cafés around, Indian restaurants and an Irish pub serving Guinness within 200 metres.

The room was lovely and clean. The only issue was it was far too warm and stuffy. No window to open. The air con didn’t work. I even had a staff member come to the room to try fix it. I went to reception and explained this. They give me a mini air con unit which done absolutely nothing. The room was so uncomfortable and stuffy. Neither of us slept any of the nights. We couldn’t wait to get out of the room. The hotel is lovely and very central.

I had an excellent stay at the Wyndham Hotel, praising its perfect location, spacious room with modern appliances, and convenient in-room refrigerator. They especially enjoyed the spa on the 6th floor, which was a welcome treat after several days of traveling in Poland. The staff were polite, friendly, and made check-in and check-out easy. Public transport was just a six-minute walk away, making it simple to reach Wroclaw’s main station—and even enjoy spotting gnomes along the way.

It was just a one night stay. I was in a new part of the hotel. The building itself is just a short walk away from the Old Town.
Very clean, restaurant and a bar on site.
Breakfast was amazing with many options but not included in the price of the room. It's an option though. Unfortunately guests have been slicing bread on their own (no gloves!!).
The staff was very nice and can communicate in several languages.

One issue - I booked a queen size bed and received an email confirmation. However I ended up with 2 single beds. At the reception they showed the \"cheapest room\", but I know I paid and used One key cash to lower the price. Who's at fault - I don't know...

I believe this hotel was refurbished fairly recently, and everything still looks brand new. Our room was lovely, slight noise from a night club opposite but ear plugs are provided. We didn't get any cleaners attending the room over our 4 days, so no extra tea bags but that's a minor criticism. The hotel would benefit in having a concierge service so that someone who knows the area can offer advice on general matters (we asked about trains and other services and were met with blank looks). On a better note, the breakfast was amazing, all freshly cooked and prepared it was delicious. I would recommend this hotel for all types of visitors, the location in the old town is perfect to see the sights.

All good, apart from the elevators which seem to have a problem with their computer. Several times they went the wrong direction or skipped the correct floor. Twice, they went to -2 instead of 2. Also, the room fan would not operate it would be nice if the hotel bar would stay open later than 11pm.

Aside from the modern luxury of the hotel, it was the close proximity to the Old Town which struck me. One small negative was when I decided to take breakfast one morning, it was quite expensive compared to taking it outside the hotel. I didn't go for the inclusive option at booking as wanted to explore local options on a couple of occasions.

Great location. Didn’t eat breakfast or use the bar or restaurant. Also didn’t use the spa. Hotel very nice. Room was described as city view but the window was internal into the atrium of the hotel. Not sure this was a bad thing as it was very quiet in our room and the outside streets were loud at night due to proximity to nightlife.

A really good hotel with excellent staff and in a great location.
My Junior King Suite was very good value for money.
I was slightly disappointed to find, apart from desserts, that everything on the menu had garlic in it. However, the staff were really good about sorting that out for me and found an alternative.
One strange thing was that the curtains were narrower than the windows!
I shall return to Wroclaw at some point as it is a beautiful city, and will hope to get the same room here when I do.

Great hotel in almost every way except for 2 things:

Elevators are slow and you will end up waiting a long time.

Check in- the queue was horrendous.

Apart from that, nice hotel with good breakfast. Room was big. The earplugs were a worry, and after some research, it seems they are needed on a weekend. We were there on a Monday, so we had a quiet night.

We were positively surprised booking our stay. We opted for breakfast and had everything we needed from healthy options and freshly squeezed juice to lovely pancakes. Amazing stay

I absolutely loved my stay here! The interior design is beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better. The whole hotel smells wonderful the moment you walk in. My room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
