Booked a total of 28 nights across 4 bookings involving 8 people. 1 x 1 night, 4 x4 nights, 3 x 3 nights, 1 x 2 nights. I arrived first on a 1 night booking in Business room with breakfast (to both check on breakfast and noise level at front of hotel) then I became 1 of the 4x4 in quiet (internal courtyard) rooms.

Rooms at front are very noisy. They do provide ear plugs but they have little effect on noise from bars & clubs opposite hotel entrance. This is particularly a problem on Thu/Fri/Sat when the noise goes on to after 3am.
Internal rooms are quiet.

Breakfast was disappointing for the standard of hotel. Hams and pork products are one of Poland’s strengths but all the cold cuts were chicken and the only hot pork was an American style hotdog sausage. Bread didn’t seem fresh. Juices were longlife carton standard not freshly squeezed. Labelling of items was very poor. Butter and margarine were indistinguishable kilo blocks. There were no little pots to transfer the jams & marmalades into so you had to pool them on a serving plate. Plus it’s very expensive in comparison to what’s available in the nearby cafes, bars and restaurants.

I requested a 4pm check out for 1 (of 8) people but was only allowed 2pm because they initially claimed the hotel was fully booked. When I showed them plenty of availability showing in all rooms they still insisted they wouldn’t be able to turn the rooms they needed around in time as they had 200+ arriving from 3pm. None arrived before 4p

Overall very nice, spacious rooms, kettle (not coffee pod machine - which is a plus! Great air con which was essential as very hot! Only issue we had was a lack of curtains / blinds - so was woken up at 4.15am every day when it got light. Only there for 2 nights so not a huge issue.

Hotel is showing its age. There was an event held in the lobby, created much inconveniences for the rest of guests. If you you don't have a proper event hall that does not impact all guests, don't have the event. The hotel is not memorable enough for the inconveniences. 4 star is too much for this hotel.

We had a great stay at Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town. Everything was really smooth - the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a brilliant location for exploring Old Town.

The room was really big and the bathroom (& shower) were great.

No complaints at all. Would happily stay again and give it 5 stars.

Two of my three nights were spent in a room facing the night club across the street. The provided ear plugs were no match for the deafening noise that continued until dawn. I was grateful to to move to a quiet courtyard facing room on the 3rd night but given the number of reviews about the noise and the hotel's treating these rooms as if they were the same as all others, this is the only place I would not stay again after a 3 month trip.

I’ve been traveling throughout Central Asia and Europe for months, and this hotel has been one of my favorites. The rooms are stellar, and the central location is ideal. It was very easy to walk to most Old Town locations from this hotel.

It was a perfect 7 night stay in Wroclaw.A excellent location 2 minutes from the main old town square. Our Junior suite was in a quiet part of the hotel on the 6th floor - no noise heard at all. The breakfast was amazing with multiple choices and cut your own freshly baked artisan bread.Our room was serviced every day without us even requesting it. Teas and coffees ,instant and pods , replenished every day. Cleanliness was A1, staff all very polite and respectful.Loved it , 5 stars from us.

The room was clean, amenities wonderful and staff friendly. The reason for the lower rating is the room location. We were unfortunately on the city street side and there are clubs right below us (even though we were many floors up). The music was so loud it was very difficult to sleep. The hotel did graciously provide earplugs which made it somewhat bearable, however the street noise was not something we were made aware of, or we would have asked for a quieter room.
The music and the bass was so loud you could few it vibrate in your chest and it went very late into the night, perhaps till 4-5am. It did rather ruin our experience, which up to that point was wonderful.

The hotel is in a prime location within walking distance to shops, grocery stores, the Old Town, and train station. We had arrived to the hotel 3 hours before check in time after 17 plus hours of flying with our toddler & without hesitation the staff contacted housekeeping if a room was clean & we were checked in instantly. We are extremely grateful for this & I know some hotels don’t offer this, even if rooms are available.

The two ladies from the spa who conducted a Thai coconut il massage are amazing, you must take advantage of this, facility whilst staying here, it's around £70 each, well worth it. The rooms are comfortable and clean, unfortunately the business rooms are directly opposite 3night clubs which are open until 6am over the weekend, other than that couldn't fault the stay at all. Not much of a breakfast person so for us it wasn't worth the money, cheap to eat out so no issue.

This was my return stay at this hotel, and once again it didn't change my opinion. The place is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is also a big plus - right next to the main square.
Highly recommended.

Jest bardzo czysto. Śniadania są genialne. Minus:Zarówno ja jak parę innych osób nie mogliśmy znaleźć jakiegoś znaku gdzie są windykrazylismy po korytarzu . Zastanawialiśmy się gdzie są schody kiedy nie można było zjechać w dół w porze śniadaniowej. Winda nie zatrzymywała się tylko jechała w dół lub w górę.

Overall an excellent stay and great value!
Very close to all the main attractions, restaurants & bars.
Reception staff helpful & happy for us to leave our luggage on the last day.
Room was clean, lovely ice cold water and a super big bed.
On the downside, so close to bars one night we heard bass from nearby bar/club till 1am.
Breakfast was very busy at weekends.
The biggest one for us was the temperature of our room - so hot !
No windows that opened so not fresh air.
Air con on so cold or heating on so hot.

Great newly redecorated room, but so noisy on Friday night with nightclubs right opposite and music past 3am making it difficult to sleep. Hotel provided earplugs (which I knew was not a good sign) but if you don’t get on sleeping with those I would not stay here on a weekend. Shame because it was such a nice room.

Unbearable noise from the nightclubs outside. Kept awake until 6am.

If you stay here make sure your room is not street facing, otherwise you will not sleep if its a weekend.

The hotel site or staff gave me no advance warning of this noise. Cheap earplugs left in the room are a joke of a gesture. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

I’m not even a light sleeper. I work in live music events so am used to noise so cannot understate how bad it was.

Staff was friendly and hotel was VERY clean with decent quality linens. Excellent location just one minute walk from Market Square. Also enjoyed the efficient glass elevators overlooking the hotel atrium.

Only a small negative - On Friday night there was loud dance music outside my window from 11 pm to 3 am. It didn't bother me, but if you are sensitive to noise, ask for an inside room. (Room was stocked with free earplugs.)

Very nice place to stay. The only pity was that our window faced the inside rather than the outside, which forced us to keep the light on, as it was too dark otherwise.

The location is fantastic! You are within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and cafes. The choices of food near the hotel are incredible. I would recommend breakfast at YERBA, just accross the river. 10 min walk.

We specifically booked a king room as we had read that these have an external view as opposed to an internal view overlooking the hotel atrium. We were disappointed on checking in to find out that our allocated room was an internal room so we had to go back to reception to get them to change it. This must have taken about 15 mins as they had to speak to housekeeping before confirming we could change. We then had to put our bags back into the luggage room and go back into the cold for another couple of hours

First night we were put in a street facing room which was terrible. The noise coming from the bars accross the road was unbearable. I didnt fall asleep until around 7am when the bars closed which by the time i woke up the main part of the day was wasted. We then got moved which in all fairness the staff were great to accommodate us however, the new room was terribly hot. Even with the heat right down the room was unbearably hot. I ended up going for a walk in a tshirt gone 3am in -2 weather to cool down.

Overall the rooms we had were clean etc however i didnt have 1 decent night sleep in 4 so i probably wouldn't return. Shame as the location is perfect and for what iys worth the stagg were quite helpful.

The room and location was lovely. The breakfast, that we only purchased once, was probably the worst one we have ever had. All 'hot' items were cold and the selection was very limited. So not value for the money. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows were also uncomfortable.

Fantastic location, a stone’s throw from the old town square. Classic twin room was spacious, clean, with a great, modern bathroom. Complimentary toiletries were lovely and hairdryer was a ‘proper’ one, not a cheap, rubbish hotel hairdryer! The only thing letting down the room was the overly soft and huge pillows. I asked at reception for a firmer pillow but they didn’t have any different pillow types. WiFi was very good throughout the hotel.
Breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately the hot food wasn’t very,…….well,…….hot!! Cold salads and fish etc were excellent, as was the fresh bread. The food stations were very cramped and busy and there was no obvious staff member to place your order with if you wanted, an omelette, fried egg etc. you just had to ‘grab’ a waiter and hope for the best.
