The apartment was lovely, very clean, great location next to a fantastic bakery and near the city centre. We did unfortunately get ants in the bathroom which was strange given the cold weather.

Hotel was in excellent location and room nice and large. Unfortunately heating only comes on when it is 10c outside. Therefore I was freezing cold indoors in the evening and then too hot to sleep in the early hours of the morning. When I adked for my hesting to be turned on at 8pm one night I was told use an extra blanket, I was working not houng to bed. Petson on reception didn't seem to vare byt the heating was on.there so cold wasn't affecting her.

Went to check in at 0100 in the morning after arriving by plane. No room for me, no manager to ask, placed in random apartment in another part of town. Had to get own taxi at 2am. Nasty apartment and horrible bed. Back at hotel next morning to complain, but no manager and no contact number to speak to anyone. Given email address for manager - sent email 3 times - no reply. Advice - avoid this badly run dump at all costs

The hotel was fine for one night whilst visiting the Christmas market. The room was large, clean and was pretty warm as I think it has under floor heating. The hotel does need to invest in some new pillows and a couple of UHT milk with the teas/coffees would be great.

At first glance the property looked nice. Once we turned the AC we quickly discovered it was broken. Leaked non stop even after one attempt of the staff trying to fix it. We had wet towels and dripping noise for entire stay. Additionally the shower stall floor was very soft and we worried of breaking it. Ni where to hang the towel. Poor service.

Didn't enjoy this stay at all. Room was nothing like in website photograph. Nothing comfortable about the spartan room. What electronically adjustable beds?!! Certainly not in our room, they couldn't even give us another pillow, despite the website photos showing at least 2 on the beds. There was no milk to have with the coffee making facilities ie ONE coffee only. When we asked if they could supply us with anymore coffee....NO....not \"I'm ever so sorry but\" etc. Any more milk....NO....So we have to drink it black?....YES. Where is the hotel bar as mentioned on the website? No Bar! The staff were just downright monosyllabically rude. Do you have any maps of the city or leaflets on venues and attractions?....NO. There were no instructions in the room on how to use hotel facilities or anything. A thoroughly miserable experience. We will certainly NOT be recommending this 'hotel' to anybody. Thoroughly overpriced in our opinion. We have stayed in four hotels in Krakow and Gdansk which were far cheaper and absolutely excellent. This stay ruined our break.

I went with my granddaughter,after one person shower we had bathroom flooded. I asked for fresh towel but no one bothered to bring the towels. The room haven’t been cleaned for all my stay. I will never go back to this hotel.

Hotel Dikul is convenient to the Rynek without being inside it. The location is very quiet. The breakfast is quite good. The internet worked well. Having said that, it is not as exceptional as other reviewers seem to say. I was particularly disappointed with the mattress, which was very firm, much firmer than I like. Others might not consider this an issue, but for me it was uncomfortable. Also, the in-room safe was essentially on the floor. This made it nearly impossible to use. I did not bring my laptop on this trip, so I had no need for the safe, but using it would be difficult.

As a business traveler staying in this hotel for 2 nights I was most surprised that laundering facilities were not available even if the cleaned laundry took 48 hours to come back. The receptionist stated that the hotel didn't have the drying facilities to which I asked if there was a local laundry somebody could deliver the items to. The response was 'No'. Also, I was not given an invoice for my stay and told to get it through Expedia which I am still trying to do.

A lovely hotel with free parking. We arrived when the film and entertainment festival was on and this created late night noise issues ( I think everywhere). The hotel offered us a room change and were very accommodating. They were not aware there was to be a venue up the road! Breakfast was great. We had a great time and actually enjoyed some of the entertainment.

Though I had a hard time to find this hotel when I just arrived, I soon realized that it was quite close to the old town (only 4-5 minute walk) - very convenience location for sightseeing.

This hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to everything. The room was extremely clean and was larger than expected with the added extras of a small dining table and chairs, large bathroom with a walk in shower, comfortable bed with automatic adjustment and automatic blinds. Complimentary water each day was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with a large choice including eggs, cereals, fruit and juices. Parking was extremely simple, monitored and free. The décor wasn't as charming as other places we stayed in Poland but the hotel had everything you could possibly want to make your stay comfortable. Adjustable beds, soft sheets, automatic black-out shades, coffee, tea, water, two TVs (in superior room), etc., and breakfast buffet was amazing!! Also only 5 minute walk to Old Town. The front desk staff even helped us figure out what movie to see and when at Wroclaw's independent moving theater close by. Other things we could have taken advantage of but didn't have time were an indoor lobby bar and an outdoor sitting area. Super quiet rooms despite the hotel being fairly full - must have thick walls.

Disappointing customer service.
Right from the moment I booked, I had doubts. Unlike all the other hotels booked on my current trip around Poland, the Centrum Dikul were not co-operative. I noticed that they had not processed my payment upon booking and contacted them, to be told that they would not do so until the time of my stay. I explained that I would rather they process my payment straightaway, in order to avoid exchange rate fluctuations distorting the GBP price Expedia were stating. They would not do so - saying it was not policy. So I took more Polish currency with me in order to pay in cash at the exchange rate I was comfortable with. Upon check out I was then told that I could not pay in cash and that they had processed the credit card payment on the day of my check in. Very disappointing, inflexible customer service. In addition, I pointed out to reception that there was a loose, cut, electric cable, lying on the base inside of the room safe. Odd, and worrying. Could they ask someone to look at it and confirm that it was not connected to the electricity supply? Nobody ever came back with an answer. Not the standard of customer service one would expect.

Lovely Hotel with great breakfast. More like a 4* Rooms are huge with Hairdryer, iron & ironing board. Tea/Coffee too. No Resturant or Bar but only 5 mins walk to Old Square that have plenty. Staff very helpfull and Taxis were cheaper when they organized.

Great hotel within easy walking distance to the river and old town. Although in an older building, the decor and facilities were very modern. Excellent breakfast buffet with a varied selection of freshly prepared good. The rooms were really spacious with equally large bathrooms.

Very pleasant hotel close to the Old Town
The hotel is five minutes easy walk from the Old Town. In terms of accommodation, the rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. The staff are professional, obliging and courteous and they responded positively to our requests both prior our arrival and during our stay. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

The Hotel was very clean and bright , bedroom was spacious, and shower a double one , ensuite was very clean also.
Electric bed was comfortable but we did have a problem with it as we found that the foam mattress made us sweat a lot and the covering did not allow the mattress to breathe.
Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of food and drinks and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hotel is in perfect location for walking to the main square and the patio is clean and well kept.
Room service daily and free fresh water each day.
Husband booked a massage and it was very disappointing, as the ambience in the room did not give relaxation feeling and there is only curtain to divide between the massage beds and a lot of loud talking going on, due to this I cancelled my one.

Wroclaw is fun to visit, lots of little Dwarf statues to go and find, apparently there are over 300, and we managed to find around 60 of them in two days.

Location is walking distance form Old Town/Old Market (walking for 4 and 2 years old kids). Free, guarded parking where I was allowed to leave my car for few hours after checkout.
All facilities are in great condition (like in the best hotels in Singapore/Mexico City, much better than in NYC or Miami)

Very helpful staff, spotlessly maintained room, rear building off-street parking, excellent breakfast to suit wide range of preferences but poor, unreliable and frequently non-existent wireless Internet access for guests occupying room 309. Very slow with unexpected \"disconnects\" Internet access available in reception area. Hopefully this aspect will be addressed very soon to provide reasonable bandwidth for guests using either a laptop or iPad and occupying rooms on all levels.

This newly renovated and beautifully designed hotel was a treat. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful; breakfast buffet was generous and varied; room was very large and exceptionally updated with: contemporary bathroom,40 inch flat screen TV, adjustable bed, lots of closet and storage space, even a remote controlled window screen.An outdoor patio was a plus and the neighborhood was very quiet.
