Location is unreal. You’re basically right on the beach, so morning coffees hit different when you’re staring straight out at the ocean instead of a car park.

Lovely sea view from the slider doors/patio. Two TV’s. Guest laundry facilities on site. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

We had a very nice room on the ground floor on the beach front. So the view is lovely, The road was a bit busy at times but didn't effect us. It did get hot in the room if the drapes where open but the AC would rectify that quickly. The motel is very well maintained.

The staff are incredible - very helpful with late check-in and local recommendations. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. Parking was a bit tight, but because they are located right on the main road you can walk to the beach and restaurants easily. We would definitely stay again.

Staff & Quin were excellent! the only drawback, with our one bedroom sea view, it was extremely compact. Not much room to store luggage or hang clothes. The larger units with full kitchen are another preferred option. I was able to see one, if you require more room book the larger units. It most certainly served our needs. Laundry is available at a charge.

Hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating allowing us to have a sea view room for part of the stay (surcharge payable) and looked after our bags on our departure date as our return was later that day. A great spot, less than a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Paihia, spacious and very well equipped accommodation. Would definitely recommend, but book a sea view room as the view over the water to Russell is stunning.

There are only motels here so we drove past this one on the way to see where the ferry’s leave. Was right on the main road but had full views of the bay. We got ground floor Room 1 and was great. Sat outside and watched the world go by along with the cars which was the only issue. Bed a bit small and soft for our liking but bathroom, kitchen and seating area all good sizes. You do pay for the view!

This is a lovely motel in Paihia. We loved our stay here. We had enough space to get unpacked and comfortable and the view out our bedroom and living area were stunning. We loved waking up to the sounds and smells of the ocean and loved to leave the sliders open at night as we relaxed. Incredible views and very calm atmosphere.
The service was quite great as well. Anything we needed was taken care of quickly and the daily cleaning service was great.
My only complaint was that the internet connection was pretty poor. I had to sit in just the right spot in one area of our unit to get connected to the wifi. Once connected, it worked pretty well. But they could probably benefit from some additional access points to increase the wifi connectivity.

The best feature of this property was the fact it was within walking distance to all of the main facilities of Paihia. Restaurants, shopping and all tourism outlets were very handy.
The internet in our room was very limited and with no phone number listing or radio in the room access to local information was limited. The management did provide a wifi booster to assist with the internet access after we complained. Would suggest an upgrade to the internet access would be an asset in the post covid era in which compendiums are no longer supplied in guests rooms.
