A superb 'get away ftom it all' Hacienda
A wonderful, traditional venue set in amazing grounds surrounded by banana trees.
The dining area is obviously the original stables and I could imagine the cows and horses eating and drinking there, back in the day.

Super clean, beautiful views, we asked up to the city .8 miles have to watch traffic though. There is a bus stop right outside but we did not take it. Nice pool. Receptionist even called airlines for us because our luggage was lost. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful location, stunning building, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room. Although the situation is very peaceful, there is no soundproofing between rooms, so significant noise from adjoining rooms is inevitable. Restocking of shower gel, robes etc requires prompting, although the staff will go out of their way to help. The receptionists are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Set in a Banana Plantation
This is a truly beautiful hotel in wonderful surroundings. We had a lovely large room with a beautiful bathroom on the first floor. A nice touch on the terrace running around the first floor was a cupboard with kettle and ingredients for making tea and coffee. Something you don't often get in continental hotels. The grounds and gardens were beautiful, the swimming pool was lovely and warm, pool towels and robes were provided. There were lots of lovely seating areas around the garden.
Despite poor reviews on food we decided to dine in the hotel as we didn't want to drive back to the town. It was a set menu with 2 choices for each course. It was really bad. I had pork which was served with tinned carrots and tinned potatoes. Why tinned potatoes when the canarian fresh potatoes are fantastic? My desert was a Mango Mouse, which tasted awful, like a very runny angel delight. It is a crying shame, because the dining room is beautiful, with chandaliers, atmospheric lighting and the lady serving was charming. Breakfast, however, wasn't too bad.

Velvillig og hyggelig betjening. En justyering av \"musakken\" ønskelig. Tror det var samme CD på repeat i seks dager! Leiebil noen dager ga gode muligheter for å se nordsiden av gran Canaria. I was there for one night and the service in the reception was amazing.
But I only have one thing that was a bit irritating. In the evening I went to the restaurant and had some food and I unfortunately got the waiter that didn’t understand a word of English and he also order the wrong food but then the other waiter came in and helped and sort it out.

Det här är ett helt fantastiskt ställe. En riktigt mysig gammal hacienda mitt i en bananplantage, bara 20 minuter med buss från Las Palmas, för den som inte vill köra in i trängseln. Busshållplats 150 meter från hotellet. Stor parkering 50 meter bort. Frukosten var bra. Tyvärr så är väggarna papperstunna! Våra första nätter gick utmärkt, men sedan fick vi en granne som valde att ha TVn på långt in på natten. Det var helt omöjligt att sova. Men vi skulle nog ändå kunna åka tillbaka hit för att uppleva den fantastiska miljön. Pool, ångbad, jacuzzi och gym finns tillgängligt.
