We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. The property does need a bit of attention - we had some very sticky doors and a broken laundry rack, and the moving of chairs on marble tiles caused a lot of noise that transferred to apartments above and below (could easily be fixed with some pads or socks on the chair feet.). But the beds were extremely comfy, the staff mostly cheerful and helpful, and if we needed anything (such as a fan because no a/c) we only had to ask. Beautiiful sunset views from our balcony or the rooftop patio. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great apartments but choice is essential

This time stayed in apartments with Garden View, personally thought it was a very boring and noisy outlook looking across to other peoples balconies. If you simply need a room for sleeping, these are for you.
We would always choose a Sea View apartment in future.
The location of the apartments is 100%, the staff are fantastic and the beach is brilliant. Easy access to anywhere in Las Palmas.

Great Sea-front apartment with excellent view & facilities.Centrally located for easy access to everything.
I understand the courtyard apartment have been refurbished but it wouldn't take much to make these apartments 100%. Sticky front door, water pressure in bathroom sink, everything else was fantastic the way it was.
Highly recommend these apartments we will be back.

Overall a nice stay. However, the place can be extremely noisy for the studios on the bottom floor. The apartments have a hard floor that is extremely noisy whenever the beds move. This creates sound from above which echoes to the floor below - if the bed moves above you may not get a good nights sleep. Recommend they put carpets or something under the beds to stop this happening. Other than that, it has an amazing view, great location. Cleaning staff are very friendly and room was clean

Pro's: Great location, right on Paseo Canteras and close to shops and restaurants. Lovely team. Great rooftop area.
Con's: Rooms at the rear are very tired. We didn't have a hot shower all week, despite reporting on day 2. There is a little 15 litre hot water boiler that you have to wait 20 minutes to reheat to lukewarm after the first shower!

On the seafront promenade, with super ocean views.

From check in to check out, everything was seemless. So extremely good value for money and I would highly recommend the sea view studio apartment, with balcony. The sound of the lapping waves, after a glass of wine, soon sends one to sleep on the comfortable mattress. This was my first stay at these apartments and I will certainly be RETURNING! I have been going to Las Palmas for many years and by using Hotels.Com this time, it helped my bank balance !!!!!!!

Great location, nice & clean. All was there that i needed. I just didn't realise that you asked for a hairdryer as there was none in the room.

The bath was just cleaned with water but not with a cloth as this should be the standard as residue of the bath water was quite visible on the sides. Otherwise a good job

The property is aged with old elevators etc but it suited me and was in general good built state. The cleaning is done regularly and staff communication is great. I was happy to spend 2.5 weeks here without any issues at all.

Well, if your looking for location, this is it. Just amazing! Right on the ocean promenade, everything literally at your feet. Wonderful restaurants, and the SPAR Express, where you can purchase to self cater. Staff were nice, considerate and happy to oblige if we had an issue.....which we did. Cleaning staff are amazing, They kept this older apartment hotel impeccably clean.
This hotel comprises of two buildings joined by an awesome courtyard. The front of the hotel is where you can find all of the units with an ocean view. Really awesome. The back of the hotel consists of rooms facing the courtyard, and the other building with rooms facing the courtyard and a street. When we arrived we were given a room in the second building with a balcony overlooking the street. It is an older building, and our unit was somewhat run down, but very clean. Very noisy all day and all night. Not soundproof at all, to the extent of hearing the people next to us yawning. I kid you not. After 2 nights of not sleeping, we asked to be moved. Staff were very helpful and surprised that we thought it was so noisy. We were given a room in the first building, courtyard side, and I was pleasantly surprised. Better condition, quieter and although we did not have a balcony, we did have huge sliding windows that opened to the courtyard and it was wonderful. I totally recommend this hotel, if you stay in the first building, either ocean or courtyard view.

Wonderful sea-view from the balcony. Genuine drip coffee pot for making coffee in the morning. Refrigerator for keeping beer/wine chilled. Major transportation hub and grocery store blocks away. Terrific pedestrianized boardwalk directly in front of the hotel (i.e. quiet, no cars).

i picked this apartment because of the picture on the website of the sun setting and it's exactly the view I got from my balcony.
The accommodation was plain but clean. The wifi signal was not always reliable but overall I'd recommend as a good place to stay. It's very convenient for the beach and towards the livelier end of Playa de Las Canteras but not too noisy.

Spacious apartment in great location

Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed on my own and felt they recognised me very quickly which made it feel welcoming and safe. Apartment was spacious and clean, had everything you need plus complimentary toiletries and some bottled water which was really nice.
Great location on the beach with wonderful views. Popular area but was quiet by midnight i think so wasn't noisy through the night.
Really enjoyed my stay and would def recommend it!

Great hotel, right on the beach.

I had a great time at Apartamentos Brisamar. The staff is very friendly and they have room to keep your luggage safe if your flight is much later than check out time. They also have a shower one floor below the reception desk. You can shower if you did not have time to do to meet the noon check out deadline. The kitchen, kitchen wares, everything is new and nice.

Basic cheap accommodation in a prime location

Standard \"apartment\" accommodation in somewhat dated style (décor from the brown-and-cream and varnished pine period) and looking a bit tired, but clean and functional with all basic amenities. Friendly staff manning reception 24/7. If you want budget accommodation right on the Paseo de Las Canteras, or, like us, just need a place to sleep for two nights, it'll suit you fine, but don't expect hotel-style facilities. Seems to be very popular with Scandinavian tourists.

Las Palmas is lovely - these appartments are ok

The beach here is great. These apartments are a little down towards the quieter end but everything is within easy walking distance.

The apartments are OK with a small balcony with a great view over the sea. It was hot and there was not much air flow in the room but it is well equipped.

Next time, we'd probably stay further north up the beach, but these were good value.

The apartments are a bit dated but Brisamar is right across from the beach in a really central location with very little traffic noise. Reasonably priced and of course you get what you pay for so don't expect anything special - rooms are clean and basic and staff friendly and helpful. Choose a sea view .amenities are limited but there is free Wifi available. I stayed for two weeks and have been in Las Palmas before so kind of knew what to expect. I may go back again at some point if I want another short break.

Quality 3 star. Exceptional service and very clean apartments. Ocean views are amazing. Stayed in all Las Palmas hotels and by far..Brisamar Apartments excel above the rest. I've not found better value for money in the seven years ive been coming here (Las Palmas).

Wonderful mini-break at Brisamar Canteras

Hotel spotless, everything you need in your apartment for you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Extra pillows etc., Staff super friendly and multi-lingual....apartment with amazing views just meters from the beach, this was an apartment with a balcony overlooking Las Canteras. And excellent WiFi facilities if you have to keep in contact with work/family!
Location perfect. close to sea, beach, shops and restaurants. Easy to get to. Number 60 bus from outside airport to Santa Catalina Bus station then a 10 minute walk to hotel. Only 3€ which is important if you are on a budget.
We are already planning our next stay here!

Wundervoller Ausblick! Das Meer ist so nah, dass es sich anfühlt, man befände sich im auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff. Das Apartment ist nicht groß, aber mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer mit abgetrennten Wohnbereich und möbliertem Balkon, in dieser Lage, für diesen Preis, wirklich unschlagbar. Zusätzlich ist das Personal außergewöhnlich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann jedem, der die Kombination aus all diesem präferiert, diese Unterkunft aus ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Zig mal dort gewesen und immer wieder mit Vorfreude 👍

Direttamente sulla grandissima spiaggia di Las Canteras, con tantissimi negozi negozietti ristoranti bar locali tipici e anche a basso costo, autonoleggi e parcheggi (a pagamento) vicini, a due passi dal museo della scienza, alla stazione degli autobus (“guagua”) di Santa Catalina, al mercato del porto, e all’acquario (da visitare!!), il personale è gentilissimo e la pulizia è impeccabile. Niente aria condizionata ma non serve, tanto soffia sempre un bel vento. Cucina essenziale ma perfettamente funzionale. Dalla passeggiata (lunghissima) si osserva in maniera incredibile l’ampiezza delle maree. Fantastico!!!

Buena estancia, solo dire que eramos una pareja y habian camas individuales, se debe pedir en recepción las una para convertirla en doble. Posee un jardin interior muy lindo y tienen maquina dispensadora de agua y bebidas. En la terraza u ultimo piso tienen un solarium. esta muy bien ubicado frente a la pala de las canteras. y el parking las canteras de pago muy bien 7 euros x dia

In reception the guy who made night shifts and been working there 21 years was amazing and good customer service, he made his job with his heart! Always so kindly whatever time was. Apartament was good location. Little bit noisy room, you could hear voices from street. Cleaning wasn’t the best but made it everyday

Vi har bodd på dette hotellet før. Synes det er helt ok!. Det er stilt og rolig. Ligger fint til. Nært både til shopping, strand og annet. Hyggelig betjening. Folk i resepsjonen hele døgnet. Rengjøring hver dag unntatt søndag. D er noe slitt, men likevel greit. Bor gjerne her flere ganger.

Obwohl das Apartment etwas unhygienisch ist (Flecken in der Badewanne wurden mit Farbe übermalt) überzeugte dennoch die nähe zum Meer (keine 10 Meter) und der günstige Preis.
Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit ausserdem wird täglich geputzt und neue Handdtücher gebracht. Leider ist die Küche nur armselig ausgestattet ( wenige Töpfe,Herdplatten,Besteck und keine Gewürze etc.)

Los apartamentos están bastante limpios, pero son muy antiguos, necesitan reformas, pero están bastante bien situados al centro de la misma avenida de Las Canteras.

Hotel bien situé sur la plage de las canteras, avons passé 7 jours sans soucis, la literie est bonne, seul point négatif, il ne fournissent pas le produit vaisselle ni l’éponge dans la cuisine.
Je n ai jamais réussi a me connecter a leur wifi mais avec le tel désormais c est moins grave.

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen ja hinta halpa. Huone haisi homeelle, ilmanvaihto oli huono, sänky haisi virtsalle ja television kuva oli rakeinen.
Ei tämä neljän tähden hotelli ole.

Zeer luidruchtig buurt ook snachts aan achterzijde hotel, inchecken, medewerker die tegelijkertijd een telefoongesprek voerde en ons niet te woord stond, alleen maar sleutel overhandigde.

Мы впервые были на Канарах и нам очень понравилось

Нам понравился эти апартаменты.Было чисто,в номере убирались практически каждый день,
что удивительно для апартаментов.Очень хорошее расположение отеля прямо на набережной
которая является пешеходной.Сразу за этим променадом сразу огромный пляж.В пешей доступности несколько продуктовых магазинов,кафе и ресторанов.Погода была прекрасной до
22-24 градусов тепла без дождя,некоторые даже купались в океане.В общем все было прекрасно.
