I loved this hotel, super clean, friendly helpful staff. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Comfy beds, brilliant air con, great shower. Small kitchenette has a coffee machine with coffee pods provided, an electric kettle and 2 ring hob, microwave and fridge. Ideal if you want to prepare breakfast , a snack or light meal. 2 minute walk to the beach, beautiful promenade for walking , cycling. Great beach for sufing , sports or sunbathing.Lots of shops restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance in the surrounding streets as well as on the sea front. I would definitely book this hotel again. We had a problem with the safe in the room which was fixed immediately. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay

Book it as fast as you can!

Loved our stay here , facility offered everything we needed and the front desk staff was so helpful with local attractions and where to park our rental car for the best and safest area. We did not want to leave. You can see the beach from our balcony it was amazing! I can not recommend this hotel enough! Perfect for lazy beach days and family time!

It was an excellent deal for the price. Very stylish and equipped. Couple drawbacks: the noise (bring earplugs) and cleaning staff. Noise-wise, the sound carries and the housekeeping staff makes no effort to be quiet even if you put a do not disturb sign. Plus it is a noisy residential area and there is road noise and construction early in the morning. Also randomly housekeeping came into our room and opened a window. Didn’t clean a thing and it was just hours after check in. Luckily we locked our passports up but very alarming to realize your room was entered for no apparent reason.

Nice place for one-night stay

Lovely stay as a whole, super clean and nice decoration. Only problem was that the staff did not speak English very much and also the room was not that soundproofing.

A pleasant stay

The management of the hotel knows well how to make the guests comfortable by making available all what is needed by travelers. Cleanness is super, the little complete kitchen is a big plus when the guest wishes to eat in the room. Even there are extras nice gestures like tea bags, coffee capsules, and hot chocolate. The location is superb with many supermarkets, restaurants nearby. The beach is less than 5 minutes walking. Thank you Hotel Bajamar

Great hotel close to beach

Can't recommend this place highly enough, stayed in places with more stars not nearly as good as this little gem. Everything from quick response on email before arriving to super easy check-out.
When arriving at the airport you can take bus no. 60 to Santa Catalina bus station (blue Global buses). It leaves 15 min past the hour, cost EUR2.95 one way and takes about 30min.
Hotel is about 15min walk from the bus station.
Upon arrival I was please to check in an hour early but even more to find I'd been upgraded to a Superior Suite :) There's a lift in the building if in need.
The Suite itself was very clean and comfortable, the kitchen had all the required amenities even a little treat box with a few tea bags, chocolates, water etc. Lovely bathroom with a proper hair dryer, not one of those little flimsy ones you find attached to the wall in many 4* hotels.
I'm a light sleeper but found the bed to be very comfortable. Regarding noise, I found the windows blocked quite a lot of when closed, the aircon was fairly quiet (didn't keep me awake) and yes, you can hear the neighbours but only if they are inconsiderate and slamming doors/loud music which I was lucky enough to escape.
Round the corner from the beach, plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants especially loved Taberna Chica for their delicious fish and steak dishes.
I'd never stay anywhere else if ever in Las Palmas again :)

For the money I paid, I've no complaints whatsoever about the \"hotel\" itself - although it's not really a hotel, what you get is a self-contained apartment with daily maid service (which was excellent).

The problem is the location: I stayed there for 2 weeks so go to know it well, and there are homeless people sleeping in the doorways near the hotel, I saw two people smoking what I assume was an illegal substance while squatting under the alcove of the building, and there were two young women regularly hanging around the area who may or may not have been prostitutes and/or drug dealers.

So, probably not the place to take the kids!

Central to everything you need

Had a good 1 weeks break in the bajamar when over to do the Grand Canaria Marathon, beach about 100yrd away 2 other beaches short distance walk and 2 large shopping malls restuarants bars cafes all within walking distance, Clean self catering apartments with all cooking utensils readily available and a WiFi which was usable, from the floor number 5 top floor, very happy with the choice of hotel and would again without hesitation, if flying in to Gran canaria airport, walk out front entrance up stairs and get bus number 60 to Santa catalina bus station (it's last stop) for 2.95 euros .

The Hotel is situated a short walk to beach, which is amazing but it's in a busy residential part of Las Palma so daytime traffic noise can be a bit of a problem if you like a siesta. Some of the other guests were regular door slammers and a bit loud but I suppose that's to be expected. On the whole I enjoyed the experience and would consider using the same hotel again.

Cheap and close to the beach

Hotel is small, but clean. Very helpful staff. From the very beginning one of them gave us all the information about nearest sights of interest, markets, and printed out maps and bus schedules. When I asked, they printed out our boarding passes. All rooms are with kitchens. Rooms are bright, beds are separate, but you can move them togeather. Beds are comfortable, furniture is quite good and new. Big TV. You can see ocean from the window. Beach is about 100 meters away. There are a few Food supermarkets in the same 100 meter range and some nice cafes are nearby. Big supermarket with clothes, accessories, shoes shops is about 20 minutes on foot, but you can go there by bus also. Bus stop is 5 minutes walk. Bus stop directions are Main (San Telmo) bus station, Supermarket (Arena) and some others.

Excelente apartamento, cama grande y cómoda, baño con buena ducha, aire acondicionado, cocina con todo lo necesario para desayunar, comer o cenar, y además con cafetera Dolce Gusto y sus cápsulas, con tostadas, mermelada, chocolatina, etc.…un detalle que se agradece. Mucha amabilidad y abiertos para lo que hiciera falta. Volveré otra vez, después de haber estado ya varias veces. Ah, y al lado de Las Canteras!

Mi estudio era perfecto: en una misma estancia una cama muy grande y cómoda, decoración moderna y funcional, con enchufes por todas partes. Una pequeña cocina que viene muy bien, y el detallazo de tener todo lo necesario para un desayuno básico pero bueno, incluyendo máquina de Dolce Gusto y cápsulas, un par de tostadas, mermeladas, agua mineral, y una chocolatina Tirma! El baño perfecto también. Relación calidad-precio de lo mejor que he visto en mucho tiempo, y a dos pasos de la playa de Las Canteras. Muchos sitios alrededor para comer, o desayunar, o cenar sin problema. Atención amable a la llegada y práctico sistema de apertura a la habitación y acceso nocturno mediante la misma tarjeta. Lo peor, es imposible aparcar en los alrededores, aunque yo lo conseguí un día! de todos modos, hay parking público a 5 minutos andando.

Bien ubicado, limpio y bien equipado pero minusculo y ruidoso por estar tan cerca de la calle y el ruido constante del personal y otros pasajeros. La cama es muy chica, el lavabo hay que usarlo de costado al lavar los platos porque esta bloqueado por una columna. En fin, lo tiene todo pero en un espacio muy reducido y las fotos que han publicado no reflejan la realidad. Servicio diario bueno y eficiente.

За эти деньги просто СКАЗОЧНЫЙ подарок. Место фантастически удобное, владельцы совсем не жлобы - халат, тапочки, даже зубная щетка с маленьким тюбиком пасты: вот редкость это для Испании, в четверках такого здесь нет. Чисто, уютно, есть вся необходимая посуда, немаленький холодильник, бесплатный сейф опять же, в четверках дерут 2.5 евро в день. Вайфай быстрый, до набережной 50 метров. Я очень доволен. Минус только один - я жил на нулевом этаже, слышимость абсолютная: если люди разговаривают под окном, то впечатление такое, что они стоят над ухом. Но! Это при открытых окнах. Кстати, кондиционер - супер!!

Hotel bon rapport qualité prix à Las Palmas

Chambre avec kitchenette bien équipée et literie excellente. Rien ne manque. Central et proche de la plage et de commerce. Restaurants et tapas proches. Pas facile pour garer la voiture, en tournant on a toujours trouvé des places gratuites à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Sinon le gérant propose un parking à 500m payant avec réduction en se présentant de l’hôtel. Bon rapport qualité prix je vous recommande.

Appartement propre, refait à neuf, moderne, et très confortable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, il y a toujours quelqu'un à la réception et la literie est de qualité. La plage se trouve à 50m et se voit depuis le balcon ! Très bon séjour !

Stanza confortevole, pulita e in buona posizione rispetto al mare. L’aspetto negativo è la reception al primo piano, quindi si suona il citofono per entrare da una via orrenda in mezzo ad altre vie orrende con macchine parcheggiate su entrambi i lati di una strada larga 2 metri. Il primo impatto ė abbastanza scioccante.

Einzelzimmer im Erdgeschoss, Hotel befindet sich in Strandnähe und in der Nähe zweier Supermärkte. Das Personal ist großartig, die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt.
Nachteilig ist, dass man für Touren und sonstiges in den Süden der Insel muss oder etwas draufzahlt fürs Abholen.

Bra rengjøring. Brae senger, og ofte skifting av sengeklær. Skuffende liten balkong. Ikke plass til å sitte ute. Da det er gardiner over hele veggen fremstår det som det er vindu der,men det er bare et lite vindu på balkongdøren.
Regulering av vannet i dusjen var umulig å regulere. Fikk innstilt til passende varmt,men ble plutselig glovarmt så plutselig isende kalt, farlig. Var ikke hjelp å få da vi klagde på det,de påsto at det var i orden.

Pettymys oli kun huoneessa ei ollut parveketta ja ikkunasta vain katunäkymä. Kaappitila olematon eikä matkalaukkua pystynyt tyhjentmään lainkaan. Keittiötilassa niukasti astioita ja vain yksi pistoke.
Hinta oli korkea huoneen varustetasoon.
Sänky oli hyvä ja ilmalämpöpumppu tuuletin tarpeellinen.Hyvä äänieristys.
Päivittäin siivottiin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin. Palvelu oli ystävällistä.

No tiene parking ni piscina ni bar y difícil aparcar.

Don't judge a book by its cover

This hotel don't show outside what's inside.

Room is big, confortable, with 2 tv and all is new. Changed a year ago (staff words).

Room is cleaned every day. And towels changed if you put it on the floor.

Has a small kitchen with small fridge and all you need to cook.

Markets and comercial zone really near and beach at less than 150m.

You can park in street easy without pay.

Wifi connection a bit saturated at night, I suppose by people watching Netflix, YouTube....

We have got a good stay in this hotel for 4 people during 11 days. Recommended.
