The most difficult hostel experience ever! From not being able to enter upon arrival (remote entry) to constantly being locked out due to faulty keys & locks…even got locked in common bathroom and had to call emergency to get out. The Hostal is well cleaned and quiet, with lots of stairs. Top floor common kitchen & deck are comfortable and inviting. Cooperative guests (who had to let me in constantly). Facilities are well maintained (other than the important keys and locks). This issue put a huge damper on the experience.

Creepy vibe. Limited staff hours and dark hallways (auto lights when you walk in, but you have to enter dark hallway first to trigger lights). There are many cameras and hopefully they work because if you are assaulted they will need this for evidence. You can tell much has been renovated and beautiful bathroom but bad design that floods the whole bathroom floor after shower. Felt like a seedy hourly motel as a girl could be heard having sex without any regard to how loud she was. Extreme isolated feeling. Room was clean but hot. No AC, but working fan. Stayed in room as much as possible other than planned outings, bathroom and kitchen run. Little open workspace. Wifi did not work on rooftop. Have to contact them in advance if arrive outside of their very limited hours.

I guess you pay for what you get. It was cheap, but checking in was a nightmare as the host didn't answer their WhatsApp or their phone. There's no reception there and everything has to be done via messaging.

If you are looking for a budget accommodation for just one night, you will be fine here. Nothing fancy, shared bathroom, tiny kitchen. Pretty old amenities but very clean and beds were comfy. Bus station to San Telmo Parque close by. Walkable from the cruise ship port.

This is basic hostel, if you book it expecting anything else you will be disappointed. It suited our needs perfectly, cheap, good location, own room. The shared bathroom was clean and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It is not far from a bus stop if you go there from the airport. And, it’s within walking distance of the cruise port. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You are close to a nice walk along the water, a nice park, and lots of restaurants. I plan to stay there again.

Needed a place to crash overnight. Room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean. Being in the middle of the city next to an expressway, it was noisy but closing the window (early January, so not too hot outside) worked well. Lots of tile/marble/granite meant no allergen-harboring carpets, etc.
Reception was closed but we were provided with the code to access the front door and our room was open and ready with necessary keys provided.

You can't beat about $25/ a day in the heart of las Palma's. When I was looking all the other places were $100+ per night. Only bad part is that it is a little noisy if you have a room facing the street. I had to sleep with the window open cause the rooms were a little warm. I would ask for an interior room. I don't know if they have air conditioning or not. Everything was clean and nice, fast Wi-Fi, bit my room did not have a TV.

If you need a place to stay overnight and don't need a bunch of amenities, this is a great value. Check-in and check-out and payment was very uncomplicated. The location is very central, which is nice, but if you have a car, you might have a hard time finding parking. I just ended up parking in a parking structure.

If you're staying in Las Palmas and you're on a budget, stay here! I loved it! A proper Las Palmas apartment block, basic but functional. Free wifi - and have stayed in much more expensive places that charge for it! I paid 20 euros per night for a private double room with it's own bathroom. The absolute find and bargain of my travels round the Canary Islands and I would 100% stay here again. Unusual arrangements - not really a reception as such, and I got a text in Spanish (thank goodness for google translate!) telling me that the key would be inside the room, and what the door code was to get in. Well, all worked fine - phew :) Paid the cleaner cash when I left.
It's all a bit casual, but such amazing value. Street a little noisy outside, but nothing you can't handle. Stay here - it's cool. Save your euros for spending!

As I was coming on Sunday and the host was not not there, he had just left the room keys for me in a designated place. He had also suggested to leave the payment for him in the room when I was leaving. Clean, nice and simple room, excellent for a night or two for one person! Minutes from the Plaza de Espana and a bunch of shops and cafes open even on Sunday. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a week. Room was ok, only suprise was that there was only 1 available socket and we needed more. Shared kitchen was really small as same as fridge. There wasn't basiccally any cutlery. But we didn't use the kitchen, so i didn't bother us. Nearest restaurant was next door.

Ich bin nicht zufrieden: Dass Haus soll saniert werden und modernisiert. Eine kleine Küche auf 4 Etage fast keine Geschirmt eine Kühlschrank voll und schmutzig für so viele Geste. Handtücher mit Löchern und ausgenutzt,Bettwäsche nicht besser.

Easy set up, nice and simple room. Was perfect for a simple week as an open minded dude without high expectations or needs. Met a few other guests on the roof terrace. Felt safe and slept with the balcony door open, accompanied by soothing back alley noise. Clean bathroom with a nice, big shower.

Das Hostel war picobello sauber. Es wurde nach 3 Tagen die Bettwäsche und Badetuch gewechselt, was eigentlich für ein Hostel ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Mein Zimmer war im Preis sehr günstig, doch wenn noch einen kleinen Tisch und einen Stuhl vorhanden gewesen wäre dann wäre es Top gewesen, doch den gab es leider nicht, sodass man immer nur auf dem Bett sitzen konnte. Das war bei dieser Einrichtung nicht vorhanden, leider. In der 4. Etage war eine kleine Küche mit allem was man in einer Küche braucht und es war auch noch ein großer Kühlschrank vorhanden und alles in einem perfekten Zustand.

Vimos que habían habitaciones más grandes, con balcón y más alejada del ruido de la vía rápida y creo que nos podrían haber dado otra mejor, ya que lo reservamos con mucho tiempo de anticipación y cogimos la mejor con baño.
No tenía terraza ni balcón, solo ventana y además era la habitación más cercana a una vía de circulación rápida, por la noche había mucho movimiento y si tenías la ventana abierta no podías dormir y sino tenías calor
En el hotel no hay nadie, solo pasa la señora de la limpieza cuando le toca.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a room with shared bathroom. The room and bathroom are clean and the people of the reception are friendly. The room had no airco, so you probably need to sleep with the balcony door open, making it a bit noisy to sleep.

I was very satisfied with the stay. I arrived during the night and they gave me the access code to get it , 2 days prior to the stay. I checked in the next morning. Very central location with a wide variety of things to do. The room was clean and standard. I booked the one with the private bathroom. It was a bit noisy due to the traffic , something I knew beforehand, but it did not bother me.

Réceptionniste sympa sachant parler anglais. Nous étions arrivé dans la nuit (1h du matin) et ils avaient tout prévu pour notre arrivé, code, accès, numéro de chambre et chambre ouverte. Vraiment pratique ! Chambre spacieuse avec balcon, et propre. Pour le prix c’est vraiment bien !

Sängyt on kovat, mutta viltti lakanan alle helpotti, samoin kuin se, että patjoissa muovinen froteesuojus, jonka päällä ei kyllä kuumaverinen nainen pysty nukkumaan, mutta se viltti alle, niin Yes ja siivoja poistaa sen heti.
Plussaa: Hyvä sijainti, Santa Catalinan bussiasema lähellä. Ranta n. 60m, jossa hyvät mahdollisuudet pallopeleihin ja lasten systeemeitä, n. 20 min kävley vastakkaiselle rannalle. 1h Maspalomasin rannalle bussilla. Hostelli oli rauhallinen ja yleissiisti.Likenteen menlu ei ollut häiritsevä, eikä meluisia baareja ympärillä. Pizzeria alhaalla.
