Hotel is nice , the breakfast buffet and the restaurant are first class ! The staff is very nice ! The location is nice and safe , around great restaurants and shops! My only few negative are that the towels are very used and old, pillows feel cheap and uncomfortable , the bed mattress is kind hard and the bathroom needs a update !

The place was okay, but one of my issues was when I walked around in my socks. The floor was super dirty. I asked my friend who was in another room and he had the same issue. Both of us had dust and dirt on our socks. So they can definitely clean the floors. A little bit better rooms were a little small.But if it wasn't for the dust on our socks, I would have gave them a better review

Can’t say enough about how good their breakfast is!
We had some issues with the air conditioning but overall the location and price make this is my go to hotel in Belo Horizonte! I’ve stayed here many times over the years.

Lovely staff, great food & facilities

I booked this hotel super last minute after my original accommodation was awful on arrival. I reserved with the pay later option and when I arrived at the hotel requested to see the room before payment to ensure I would feel comfortable there. The staff were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a tour of the facilities as well! The included breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I ordered room service and it too was really tasty and reasonably priced! The location is great, really close to the shopping centre and some great restaurants (and a really good and cheap pastel shop). The rooms do need a little TLC but nothing major at all and were still very modern and decently clean. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely stay there again in future.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vivenzo. The hotel is very nice, clean and has cozy welcoming ambience.

The room was great, it had a pretty view of the city and the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice too. The breakfast buffet had lots of healthy options. The hotel offers a little gym with few machines and coffee with delicious cheese bread at the reception in the afternoon.

The staff was very friendly and kind. From the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping, everyone was so caring, I really felt welcomed and taken care of during my stay. I ordered room service, the food was delicious and at a good price.

The hotel is conveniently located near savassi, patio mall, and liberty square as well as many options for public transportation.

Overall, it’s a great hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located, and affordable stay in BH city.

Fiquei muitas diárias, inclusive em quartos diferentes.

O hotel é bem localizado, tem um staff gentil e o restaurante também atende.

Na redondeza há barulho de bandas tocando em algum lugar, não me incomodou, mas para que se incomoda, é bom tentar ficar em quartos mais altos

A estadia no quarto duplo foi boa, mas achei o quarto muito apertado, sem mobilidade alguma. Tinham uns mosquitinhos (eram muitos)
que infestavam o banheiro, mas foi apenas em um dos quartos.

O quarto família não achei legal, tinha dois banheiros, um não dava para tomar banho porque a torneira da água gelada estava quebrada e o outro era adaptado para cadeirante, então a estrutura não era boa para não cadeirante (não tinha box, nem onde colocar shampoo, condicionador, etc). Além disso, esse quarto não tem boa acústica, pega o eco do corredor todo, qualquer barulho de porta abrindo ou outras coisas acorda quem está nele.

Minha estadia foi, no geral, boa. O quarto estava relativamente limpo e o banheiro também, o que contribuiu para uma experiência confortável. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com boas opções para começar o dia.

A equipe de funcionários foi educada, porém tive um problema com o serviço de arrumação do quarto. Eu havia agendado para um horário específico, mas eles chegaram cerca de duas horas depois, justamente quando eu já tinha retornado ao quarto, o que acabou impedindo a realização da limpeza naquele dia.

No geral, foi uma experiência positiva, mas a pontualidade no serviço de quarto poderia ser melhor para evitar esse tipo de inconveniente.

Amamos o café da manhã, bem diverso e com a equipe o tempo todo solícita. Apenas achamos as toalhas um pouco ásperas. Mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. Quarto limpo, equipe de funcionários tranquilo só o estacionamento que é um problema devido o tempo de retirada do veículo até mesmo a taxa que é cobrada no momento do chechin que não é informada no site do Hotels.com só fomos saber no momento que chegamos no hotel.
Então se prepare para surpresa desagradável.
