Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location was good. It felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there were good restaurants nearby. The property is old, and it shows. The bedding was old and needed to be updated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful included breakfast. Was given a kitchenette suite on the top floor that was very nice. Within walking distance of the central market and dozens of dining options. Definitely would stay there again.

The hotel wasn’t clean , one of the bathrooms had a used soap in the shower because they didn’t clean properly, I even made a video of the dirty water that was coming out of the sink…no luxury at all

I hate complaining but... The bad: It is not up to world wide Ramada standard. No double glazing windows actually oneside of the window was metal. Belo Horizonte gets quite windy so it rattled all night and was so cold. The apartments are very old and dated. Loud traffic noise. TV reception isnt clear. Took a very long time to check in.

I thought our hotel was a great option in BH. I think our prices were inflated due to the World Cup, and normally if it were lower price it would have been totally worth the price. Clean, nice staff, and close to great restaurants.

A academia são dois aparelhos (sendo que um deles está parcialmente quebrado) e cinco pesos. Merecia uma renovação. A piscina poderia ser aquecida. Faltam cuidados em geral (varanda do quarto com vaso com plantas secas, por exemplo). Café da manhã ok, bom quarto, bom banheiro, tudo estava limpo.

O hotel está passando por uma reforma e, durante o dia, há bastante barulho das obras e presença de poeira. No período da minha hospedagem, um dos elevadores sociais também estava em manutenção.
Apesar disso, todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Como fiquei fora do hotel durante o dia, acabei tendo uma boa experiência geral.
O quarto é bastante amplo, no estilo apart-hotel, e o chuveiro tem ótimo fluxo de água. O restaurante merece destaque pelo serviço extremamente rápido, praticamente como um fast food. Fiz pedidos no período da noite durante três dias e, em média, a comida chegou ao quarto em cerca de 6 minutos.
Apesar disso, todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Como fiquei fora do hotel durante o dia, acabei tendo uma boa experiência geral.

A localização é boa para quem quer estar perto do Mercado Público e Minascentro. Os funcionários são muito predtativos. Contudo, a acústica é terrível, tanto em relação aos barulhos davrua, quanto do quarto de cima. O pessoal do quarto de cima chegou de madrugada e usaram o chuveiro.
A decoração é muito antiga, uma luz do banheiro ficava piscando e o pior, o filtro do ar condicionado estava caindo e sujo. Não tive coragem de usar.

Boa localização, atendentes educados e prestativos, bom restaurante com bom preço, garagem paga, o quarto era confortável mas a conservação não é muito boa (colchão precisa trocar, teto no banheiro com forro fora do lugar). Vi um quarto com mezanino que não era bem conservado, então depende do quarto. Fiquei 11 dias no hotel e fui observando os prós e contras. No geral é ok, com as considerações acima.
