Minha estadia foi um pouco decepcionante. No primeiro dia fomos colocados em um quarto com instalações antigas, com problema na torneira do banheiro e ar-condicionado que não funcionava. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, mas não havia disponibilidade, então na primeira noite praticamente não conseguimos dormir. Também solicitei um travesseiro extra, mas o pedido foi negado.
O hotel é antigo e o restaurante oferece apenas café da manhã. Em uma noite de muita chuva, não conseguimos sair e também não havia opções de comida no hotel.
Como pontos positivos, o café da manhã é bom, os funcionários são educados e o serviço de manobrista do estacionamento funciona bem.

Gostei muito da estadia no Savassi Hotel. Limpo, com conforto, pessoas muito agradáveis no atendimento, café da manhã muito bom. A única ressalva é em relação ao horário de check-in, que poderia ter uma maior flexibilidade, permitir a entrada no quarto um pouco mais cedo, mas sei que isto está no contrato e muitas vezes ainda há hóspedes que não desocuparam os quartos e a limpeza precisa ser feita para os próximos hóspedes. De qualquer forma, nem todos precisam entrar mais cedo, mas alguns necessitam disso e poderia haver algumas exceções. Mas no geral o hotel é muito bom. Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar lá.

Fiquei hospedada por 6 dias, eles me colocaram em um andar super barulhento. Reclamei na recepção, no entanto, não resolveram e o atendente simplesmente me marcou por minha atitude. Eu estava passeando e também a trabalho, fazia reuniões remota durante o dia e o barulho era insuportável e de noite não era diferente barulhos de banheiros dos outros apartamentos.

Tivemos problemas com defeito na televisão e infiltração no banheiro, em razão disso tivemos que mudar de apartamento. Isso não foi nem um pouco agradável! Não posso, porém, deixar de parabenizar o serviço prestado pelos funcionários do hotel, todos muito prestativos e gentis.

Era acessodo por escadas, ficava ao lado das máquinas do elevador (bastante barulho), a água minava do chão do banheiro, não tinha tomadas ao lado da cama e não limparam o quarto em nenhum dos dias. Não tivemos outra saída. Era aceita esse quarto ou ficar no calor. Tb disseram que n seria possível retornar ao nosso quarto original após manutenção do ar, o que não faz sentido nenhum.

I definitely enjoyed the roof top pool as well as the breakfast. I did not like the fact that I could not check in early, especially after almost 24 hour of traveling. Communication lagged between me and them and they did not make clear what my options for early check in was until I was already checked in.The TV did not work twice. Because there was no second window it was difficult to get a good nights rest with so much noise in the city. And I have stayed in this area before.

Hotel que posso considerar como bom. Tem otima localização, próximo da praça da savassi e praça da liberdade. Ponto de onibus que te deixa no centro e próximo da rodoviária. O quarto que hospedei é grande, estava limpo. Unica queixa seria o ar condicionado que faz um barulho extra, mas que nao impediu de ter uma otima noite. O cafe da manha tbm é muito bom. Hotel muitíssimo bem localizado, perto de tudo. Quartos pequenos, porém funcionais. Não há armário para roupas, nem cofre, nem cabides… Apenas um granito com prateleiras pra por a roupa. Poderia ser melhor. Ao menos um cabideiro. Ouve-se tudo do corredor com muita facilidade então eu era acordada por batidas de porta e falatório de qualquer quarto do andar, incomodou bastante. Banheiro ok, limpo, mas nada fora do comum. Café da manhã muito mais ou menos, muitas coisas artificiais, ovos frios, pão de queijo poderia ser melhor.
