Great business hotel in Belo Horizonte

We booked the hotel to attend a game at the 2014 World Cup. This is a 'typical' business hotel but it served our purpose very well. The are where it is located is beautiful with many restaurants and bars. Business people and families alike can profit from this great property

Os atendentes todos muito educados e solícitos.
O quarto com a válvula do chuveiro solta, a pia do banheiro entupida e muitas luzes no quarto. A luz do detector de fumaça fica piscando continuamente e brilha por todas as paredes do quarto deixando desconfortável quem tem sensibilidade a iluminação dormir.

Toalhas precisam ser renovadas, pois antes de usá-las parecem estar encardidas. A pia do banheiro com dificuldade para escoar água. O nome "design" não condiz com o hotel. Café da manhã fraco, sem qualidade, melhor ir até a Casa Bonomi para um bom café da manhã (uns 12 minutos a pé).

Recomendo procurar outra opção.

O Hotel não é totalmente transparente nas fotos que anuncia. Há tipos de quartos que não possuem fotos no anúncio e um desses tipos foi o quarto que fiquei. O banheiro era triangular o que torna o banho extremamente desconfortável. O telefone da recepção nunca é atendido (cheguei a estar na recepção e ligar do meu celular testemunhando que os funcionários ignoram as ligações). A internet não funciona no quarto e ao reclamar disso (e do problema do banheiro) nenhuma solução me foi dada. O ar condicionado funciona, porém não é muito potente. O quarto é apertado e há problemas com manutenção e limpeza. O café da manhã é bom. A garagem existe, mas é cara (R$34,50 por pernoite) e extremamente apertada, além de não ser exatamente 24 horas como anunciado, você preciso descer do carro e acordar o funcionário para abrir o portão. Não se troca as toalhas diariamente, e não há onde deixá-las para secar a não ser numa corda (literalmente uma corda) esticada dentro do box. Sabonetes e papel higiênico acabam e não são repostos, é necessário solicitar. Há pouca roupa de cama disponível (apenas um cobertor) e os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores. Em pleno 2024 você precisa arrastar móveis caso queira carregar seu celular ao lado da cama. Não foi uma experiência boa e certamente não voltaria.

Estou simplesmente decepcionado com este hotel! Fiz check-in na quarta de cinzas e desde então começou meu tormento! Ao chegar tinha comida no frigobar, comida velha de outros hóspedes! As chaves desmagnetizam todo dia, independente de onde vc guarde elas! No meu quarto a descarga na funcionava, o ar condicionado, funcionava, pedi pra alguém ajeitar e pirou tudo, tanto a descarga quanto o ar que ficou pingando! E nisso passaram dois dias nessas situações EXTREMAMENTE chatas! Daí me mudaram de quarto, porém a televisão fica virada pra baixo, pois eh muito pesada pro suporte! Os travesseiros são duros e altos, nada ergométricos. Enfim e eu terei que ficar até segunda-feira! Que tormento este lugar! Obs para o café da manhã extremamente limitado de opções e frutas azedas, como foi o caso do mamão de hoje! Enfim…. Chaves do quarto tinha que validar toda vez que ia subir pro quarto, se esquecesse tinha que sempre descer pra fazer isso!

Devendo melhorias na recepção.

Dificuldade no chek-in. Cheguei às 10h para facilitar a entrada. Disseram que eu podia aguardar enquanto preparavam o quarto pra mim. Expliquei não precisar. Mas deveria estar tudo certo para às 14h. Cheguei 14:40h e só foi liberado o quarto as 15:10h.
Além de café da manhã sem café, mesmo tentando pagar à parte, pra nenhuma cafeteira expresso funcionou. E quarto não tem acústica. Ouve-se perfeitamente pessoas conversando no corredor. Não recomendo para trabalho online.

Ficamos hospedados 5 dias, so arrumavam a cama, recolhiam o lixo, mas em todos esses dias o banheiro não recebeu limpeza, ficou todos esses dias cheio de cabelo e sujo. Limpeza péssima. No checkout, a recepção não conferiu nosso consumo de água e estava cobrando duzentos reais a mais do que era devido, e a atendente nem sequer pediu desculpas pelo erro.

Hotel com excelente localização bem próximo a Praça da Liberdade onde é possível fazer o circuito cultural e o caminho é bem arborizado e seguro.
Café da manhã muito bom com todos os alimentos saborosos (pão de queijo recheado com linguiça mineira).
Todos as/os recepcionistas sempre muito solícitos e sempre dispostos a ajudar o hospede com qualquer demanda que venha a ter, equipe de arrumação dos quartos nota 10.

No geral com certeza voltaria a me hospedar no Royal Desing , só um ponto a se considerar que é de cunho da gestão do hotel é que todas as vezes quevamos pedir algum lanche ou qualquer coisas para ser consumido devemos pagar de maneira imediata, sendo que poderia ser faturado para o quarto e no momento do check-out seria feito os pagamentos do que foi consumido no período.
