Very worn out hotel
We had stayed here for 2 nights during the World Cup. It is probably the worst hotel that I had seen in years. The hotel needs a major renovation. The beds and all equipment are very old. The water is hardly warm and gets heated by an electric device, which sometimes gives you a slight electric shock when you turn the water off. The windows have glass only in the upper part, whilst the bottom part is covered by wooden shades. It gets noisy at nights and you don't feel safe. There is no air conditioning or safe.

A localização do hotel é perfeita. O quarto estava muito limpo e organizado. Os funcionários mais velhos são muito atenciosos e solícitos, os mais jovens são prestativos. O café da manhã é agradável. A porta da entrada não é tão eficiente, para entrar e sair com bolsas e malas é um pouco difícil. Falta uma sinalização também na entrada. O box é um pouco apertado e o registro do chuveiro estava envolto em fita isolante, mesmo assim estava dando choque ao ser utilizado para fechar a água. No geral, a experiência foi boa.

A experiência no Hotel Esplanada foi boa no geral. A localização é ótima, a equipe foi muito atenciosa e o hotel estava bem limpo, o que deixou a estadia mais confortável.
Por outro lado, a cama e os travesseiros precisam de uma atenção. O colchão era maior que a própria cama e velho, o que acabou sendo bem desconfortável, e os travesseiros tinham aparência de velhos e desgastados, não ajudando em nada a dormir. Acho que esses pontos fariam uma grande diferença na experiência dos hóspedes se fossem melhorados,

Café da manhã é bem meia-boca; TV e internet wi-fi são inaproveitáveis. Durante toda a estadia o chuveiro do quarto apresentou vazamento (que já havia antes), no entanto, o hotel não consertou. Um desperdício imensurável de água, prática absolutamente insustentável.

O hotel é bem antigo, mas isso não quer dizer que precisa ser desleixado. Parece que nos colocaram no pior quarto do hotel, ele estava sujo, o chão do quarto e banheiro estavam sujos, as roupas de cama estavam sujas. Foram 2 adultos e 1 criança hospedados e o banheiro mal cabia 1 pessoa. Box, pia, área do vaso sanitário, tudo minúsculo.
Café da manhã razoável, as mesas que pelo visto, raramente são usadas no refeitório, podia escrever nelas de tanta poeira.
O que salvou no hotel foi a senhora da cozinha, muito gentil, educada e humilde.
