Gostaria de compartilhar minha experiência. Por um lado, adorei a localização e a qualidade do café da manhã e do chuveiro. Porém, alguns pontos de manutenção e serviço precisam de atenção urgente para não afastar futuros hóspedes:
• Manutenção: O ar-condicionado precisa de higienização (odor forte) e o colchão do meu quarto precisa ser trocado (molas aparentes). Ficam a noite toda ti espetando, quarto 1004.
O ar condicionado ele desarma a noite toda e faz barulho, dando alguns estalos na madrugada.
• Higiene: A pia do banheiro estava com as bordas escurecidas e entupindo. As toalhas fornecidas estavam manchadas.
• Amenities: Não recebi sabonete nem shampoo em nenhum dia da estadia.
• Atendimento: No café da manhã, a postura do supervisor de observar excessivamente os pratos dos hóspedes é intimidante. Além disso, o foco excessivo no atendimento a policiais em detrimento dos outros hóspedes cria uma sensação de desigualdade.

Quartos bem arrumados e limpos, ambos os que fiquei. Pois solicitei a mudança de quarto, visto que o WiFi não funcionava no primeiro e também não funcionou no segundo. Em ambos os quartos o exaustor do banheiro não funcionava. Fiquei no 10 andar, primeiramemnte no 1008 e depois no 1010.

A fechadura do quarto tinha problemas para abrir, reclamei com a recepção que prometeu resolver mas não o fez, os atendentes do café da manhã desligam tudo exatamente no horário de fim, mesmo que tenha alguém ainda terminando de tomar o café, falta pouco expulsar as pessoas, isso deixa constrangido, acredito que o ideal seria fechar as portas para que não entrasse mais ninguém, porém respeitasse os hóspedes que já estivessem no local terminando.

Ótimo estacionamento, café da manhã ok. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, o que facilitou muito a nossa rotina. Várias opções de refeições para comprar no local e um microondas compartilhado. O quarto que ficamos deixou um pouco a desejar com a quantidade de mofo nas paredes (principalmente no box). A região não é das melhores, mas andamos de Uber tranquilamente! É um bom hotel, com bom custo benefício.

A estadia não foi confortável. O quarto que peguei estava com janelas quebradas (muito barulho externo e mosquitos à noite), chuveiro com vazão de água lenta, limpeza do banheiro e box bem ruim. O café da manhã é muito simples e alguns itens com qualidade que deixa muito a desejar. Tive alguns problemas estomacais após ter ingerido o café.
A localização também não é muito boa. O bairro fica perto de alguma favela o que causa um pouco de desconforto pra quem se desloca nele.

O atendimento da recepção quando fizemos o check-in não foi bom ir ao chegar no quarto estava muito forte o cheiro de cigarro dentro, então percebemos que a janela estava aberta e que outros hóspedes estavam fumando nos apartamentos vizinhos. Não adiantou interfonar pois o Interfone estava mudo, era o apartamento 613. O café da manhã era mais ou menos.

O hotel é bom, ficamos uma noite apenas de passagem em Belo Horizonte. Estávamos muito cansados e o atendimento foi ótimo na recepção. O quarto é limpo, roupas de camas também, tudo normal. Um único ponto negativo é que a camareira bateu na porta do quarto umas 8h da manhã para limpeza… estávamos tão cansados, tínhamos chegado de viagem tipo uma hora da manhã. Acho que a abordagem somente poderia ser melhor. No geral o hotel é bom.

Café da manhã variado que é o único positivo. Estacionamento péssimo, totalmente apertado, o carro fica a metade descoberto. Barulho intenso das ruas próximas, escuta tudo dentro do quarto. Diária valor elevado. No máximo deveria cobrar 150,00 por casal. Paguei quase 340,00. Um dos piores hotéis que já me hospedei. No geral não recomendo.

Hotel com condições básicas, nenhum luxo ou conforto. Travesseiro enorme e duro, impossível de dormir de tão desconfortável, tive que dobrar um casaco e dormir em cima dele pois com o travesseiro era impossível.
Fui a uma viagem de negócios, tinha uma roupa específica para usar, levei meu ferro de passar que sempre usei, porem todas as tomadas eram 220v e precisei pegar o ferro do hotel emprestado. Estadia razoável pelo preço em conta. Alguns pontos que nos incomodaram foram:
- Cama barulhenta;

No café, depois de pousar em alguns pães, a mosca varejeira caiu na jarra de leite e levou algum tempo até que as funcionárias percebessem. Levaram a jarra e a impressão que ficou foi que apenas tiraram a mosca do leite e não que trocaram o mesmo. De novo, manter a porta aberta para a rua atrai moscas de um local muito degradado com indigentes e drogados. Antes não tomava café, mas devido o valor da diária, infelizmente, não posso prescindir. Já pedi para tirar o café do valor da diária, mas não aceitam.
Já estou no hotel desde domingo e, hoje, sexta-feira ainda não trocaram meu enchoval. Ao retornar e ver que não trocaram o enxoval de banho, pedia as simpáticas recepcionistas que fizessem o favor de fazê-lo, mas o de cama ainda não o fizeram. Vou ter que solicitar para que façam. Finalmente um pouco de paz
Depois de muito tempo morando nesse hotel, a situação está pacificada. Normalmente consigo ficar num quarto de minha escolha. O serviço de quarto é bem feito, embora, se saio do quarto depois que a camareira já saiu do andar, sou obrigado a avisar na recepção para que o mesmo seja feito, pois ela não volta. Normalmente a aparelhagem funciona bem, com exceção da fechadura que costuma dar aborrecimentos. Apesar da internet ter decaído, ainda é razoável. O quarto é pequeno e quase não há lugar para desfazer as malas. Apenas 2 cabides, parece que não querem que você leve muda de roupas. Voltagem de 220 V em todo o hotel. TV só programação aberta. Boa quantidade de luminárias, mas para mim faltam tomadas. Não importa a localização do quarto, a opção pelo tipo de janela escolhido não privilegia a vedação acústica e o barulho é aborrecimento constante. Trocaram parte dos travesseiros, mas não deixam travesseiros de diferentes tamanhos no quarto para que o hóspede escolha qual é melhor, são sempre iguais. Poderiam usar lençois com elástico. Pia com água quente. O entorno do hotel é uma área muito degradada. Tem muita formiga em alguns quartos. Os hotéis em Belo Horizonte que já tiveram ótimos preços, subiram muito com o fim da pandemia, hoje sai mais barato ficar em hotéis no Nordeste com praias do que em Belo Horizonte.
