O fotógrafo é nota 10; o hotel é nota 1. Explicando: as fotos mostram um hotel muito melhor do que é na realidade. Abafado, mal localizado. No meu quarto o ar condicionado não funcionava, nem a TV (por falta de controle remoto, foi a explicação). Chuveiro elétrico obrigava a "dançar", buscando os filetes de água, que insistiam em seguir rumos diferentes dos demais. Mas verdade seja dita: quarto estava limpo e funcionários foram gentis. Mas não fazem milagres.

A recepção não foi a mais calorosa, o banheiro era terrível e não dava para escovar os dentes sem encostar no box. Não tinha sabonete e o banheiro fedia. Nem o café da manhã valeu a pena. Tinha opções, mas o pouco que comi deu asia... A internet não funcionou (Wifi e tampouco consegui usar meu telefone porque não havia serviço disponível. Na recepção me informaram que a internet lá é assim: intermintente... ou seja, não volto.

Fiquei, a pedido, em um quarto no andar térreo. De maneira geral a estadia foi boa com funcionários, da recepção aos dos serviços gerais, cordiais e bem receptivos. Café da manhã simples, mas com boa qualidade. No banheiro o organizador, para colocação de sabonete e shampoo, fica embaixo do chuveiro e atrapalha o banho podendo ser colocado no lado oposto. Quarto amplo e bem arejado mas, para pessoas que tem “sono leve”, o vai e vem dos hóspedes torna-o barulhento.

Estadia de uma noite no BH Inn
Utilizei o serviço do hotel para descansar da viagem que eu estava fazendo. Recomendo para passar uma diária, local muito fechado, sem janelas (ou janela para o corredor interno - todos que passam no corredor vê o quarto). Banheiro apertado, chuveiro você escolhe uma queda fraca e água pouco morna ou chuveiro com uma queda um pouco melhor que a fraca, mas água fria.
Não recomendo para quem estiver com filhos, principalmente se for filhos pequenos, por não ter elevadores vai ter que carregar as crianças no colo.

O hotel dá a possibilidade de se hospedarem mais pessoas de uma família no quarto mas disponibiliza um banheiro com porta de vidro. Não há privacidade! Enquanto um hóspede usa o vaso sanitário os outros do mesmo quarto assistem através da porta de vidro translúcido.

Fiquei receosa de fazer a reserva com tantos comentários negativos. Mas decidimos tentar pelo valor. Ficamos surpreendidos positivamente, esperávamos algo bem inferior e não foi. Os funcionários educados e cordiais. O quarto estava limpo e tem um espaço ok. O café da manhã delicioso. A única coisa que realmente não gostei foi a cama, peguei um quarto de cama de casal e a cama parecia dois colchões de solteiro, a cama achei bem desconfortável.
Mas num geral achei a estadia boa, pelo valor acho que vale super a pena. Vamos voltar numa próxima oportunidade.

Experiência muito ruim. Funcionários nem um pouco solícitos. Na cozinha e recepção conversavam tão alto que parecia estarem brigando. O banheiro com mal cheiro, travesseiros e colchão muito desconfortáveis. Estacionamento pequeno e somente com disponibilidade de vaga. Enfim, eu não repetiria essa hospedagem, nem recomendo.

Pode ser mero caso isolado mas fui instalado em um quarto que tinha um cheiro forte de mofo, dois dias depois reclamei e me remanejaram de quarto, no quarto seguinte a acomodação era razoável mas o ralo do box do banheiro não coleta a água deixando uma lâmina d’água de uns 3cm no box do banheiro, não me pareceu muito higiênico…
O atendimento por maior parte dos colaboradores foi bom, o acesso ao hotel também é bom pois ele está razoavelmente próximo a lugares como Minas Shopping e outros…

O quarto nao é bom, descarga da suíte sem funcionar ( como pode?), banheiro minúsculo, se ficar fechado fede esgoto, tv comlinhas pretas no led, a coberta é uma mantinha de casal que nao da pra cobrir os dois (pequena e fina), visual feio, porta toda marcada, sensacao ruim. Nao ha tomadas ao lado da cama e criado mudo so de um lado. Apenas luzes branco frio ( forte). Nao gostei.

Mas infelizmente fui acordada antes das 06:00 com hóspedes barulhentos no corredor, gritando super alto e a gritaria permaneceu por horas (acho que era uma excursão de alguma coisa). O banheiro estava tomado de mofo e com um cheiro muito forte, da escada conseguiriam me ver tomando banho, pois ela dava pro corredor do primeiro andar e não tinha como fechar, tive que colocar a toalha de rosto para ter privacidade.

Extremamente desconfortável, os colchões velhos, parecem uma canoa. Não tem como dormir com qualidade neste hotel. Tivemos nada menos que uma PÉSSIMA experiência neste hotel. Chegamos às 22h e o atendente fez confusão com nossas reservas, falando que não havia quarto ÀS 22H e que estava lotado, após muita insistência e conversa, localizou nossa reserva. O banheiro cheirava mal, mofo e esgoto, o box não fechava a porta. No geral, o quarto tem cheiro de mofo e as camas são velhas. Vazamento no banheiro q alagou nosso quarto, não resolvido embora pedido mtas vezes. Ficamos 2 noites e não tinhamos outra opção pois a cidade estava cheia, se não fosse por isso, teríamos ido embora logo que chegamos. Estacionamento todo esburacado e com espaço minusculo entre "os bambus" que chamam de demarcação. No ultimo dia, fechamos a conta cedo e perguntamos se poderíamos tomar o café (já eram 06:58 - o café abre as 7:00), o recepcionista disse q sim e fomos até o local, mas BARRADOS por funcionária extremamente mal educada e grossa q nao permitiu nossa entrada, pois disse q era apenas às 7:00. Experiência péssima, funcionários mal preparados e mal educados. Não voltaremos e não recomendamos.

Hotel limpo, atendimento muito atencioso. Localização ruim (não tem nada por perto, que dê pra fazer a pé). Não gostei da cama e apesar do quarto estar limpinho, o cobertor tinha um cheiro bem desagradável - aparentemente não é lavado a cada uso.
Achei caro pelo que é oferecido, porém fui numa data de bastante movimento, então não sei como é o preço normalmente.

Hotel sem janelas externas, buracos na janela que dá para o corredor que transitam os hóspedes, porta do banheiro sem fechar, colchão velho e com afundamento, iluminação péssima para um quarto sem janela. Escolhi o hotel por conta de sua proximidade com o local onde trabalharia por 5 dias. As acomodações são simples, mas, limpas. O wifi funcionou bem e a TV também. Único senão é o péssimo isolamento acústico entre os quartos (parede de drywall), permitindo o vazamento de todos os sons (conversas ao telefone, televisão, etc.) tornando constrangedor e atrapalhando o sono na madrugada.

Deixei cair uma aliança, não a localizei, e ao arrastar a cama, verifiquei que os móveis não são arrastados para limpeza, o mesmo ocorrendo debaixo da pia. Sugiro a colocação de adesivo escuro na porta de entrada do banheiro, pois há luminosidade grande. Sugiro colocar spray de bom ar, glaid etc no banheiro. Ao entrar, há cheiro de mofo no quarto, que tinha infiltração de cima.

Ainda bem que foi só uma diária foi uma estadia de comemoração do aniversário da minha namorada. Então resolvi curtir o momento. Mas o quarto feio, a cama de casal um vão no meio, sensação de ser duas de solteiro unida.Escada que dá acesso aos outros andares super barulhenta. Escuta os funcionários o tempo todo. Muita conversa nos corredores. Nunca mais reservo nesse hotel. Um ponto positivo café da manhã muito bom. Mas já fui a vários motéis com quartos mais bonitos e confortável que o desse hotel. Nota 2. Na verdade o valor da diária tinha que ser a metade de outros que já fiquei hospedada.

Infelizmente a limpeza fica muito a desejar. O banheiro estava sujo, vaso com respingos de fezes e a tampa da lixeira suja também. Sinal que nao limparam o banheiro após a estadia do hóspede anterior e provavelmente nem o quarto. Um dos travesseiros com mal cheiro, cheiro forte de suor e nao me refiro a fronha e sim o travesseiro. E achei muito deselegante 2 funcionárias responsáveis pelo café da manhã que estavam conversando entre si, reclamando porque outros hospedes desceram para tomar cafe da manhã as 8:36 (horario estipulado do cafe da manhã 7hs as 9 hs). Que fique claro o café da manhã é muito bom, porém horário fica a desejar em vista dos outros hotéis que normalmente funciona até as 10 hs.

Infelizmente não gostei. Primeiro fui encaminhada para um quarto com paredes e teto mofado. Pedi para trocar de quarto, e a funcionária da recepção foi muito solícita e trocou o quarto prontamente. Na cama do novo quarto encontrei alguns pêlos no lençol. Outra coisa que me incomodou foi que as funcionárias da área do café da manhã, da limpeza e um funcionário da recepção na hora do checkout não usavam máscara protetora. As pessoas na área de café da manhã também não. Em tempos de pandemia, acho que foi algo bem inapropriado.
