A great place facing the Pampulha lake where you can join the locals take a couple miles easy walk around the lake and admires the architectures of the museums, beautiful church and mansions built in late 20th century.

The hotel is nice. Unfortunately it's staff wasn't allgood. The first night we were welcomed by a rude employee. He confused our reservation, we had to move everything to another room, he didn't bother to help or even say he was sorry. Although the rest of the staff was kind, they didn't know how to speak english so it was really hard to communicate when all they know is portuguese. The breakfast was OK. The rooms were confortable. The hotel needed some work, it wasn't very clean in some areas.

I always try to stay at this hotel and I always have a good welcome from Alessandro at the front desk. Alessandro is one of the reasons I book this hotel and the other reason is the location. In the pass I had not really big problems, but this time I had few. 1) My room keys did not work at all and since I was at the 3 floor I had to go down at the front desk every single time... and this all the time, more than one time. 2) Also the room AC was not working well. But, because of the staff and location, I will book this hotel again, but I sure hope they make some improvements. Thanks!

Good location for the lagoon
Location was ok, but room was not very clean, cover on bed had something on it ( looked like snot /booger!). Only one small soap available first night . Maid did not clean bathroom at all , towels were not changed, dirty towels were picked up off floor and hung back up. Trash not emptied in room . Windows left open by maid so mosquitoes came into room. Breakfast was ok , typical Brazilian fruit and pastry, nothing to get excited over, somewhat slow to put out some items. For example was there for 20 minutes and as we were leaving they put sliced bread out for toast and they opened for breakfast 30 minutes before we got there. At least the rate was low - otherwise stay somewhere else

O hotel fica numa área bem acessível dentro da região da Pampulha, porém algumas coisas ficaram a desejar quando chegamos no quarto parecia que os lençóis não haviam sido lavados, precisamos pedir a troca e eles fizeram prontamente de fato acredito que tenha sido algum erro pois os lençóis estava com aspecto de sujo, o café da manhã é ótimo, maravilhoso, ficamos numa mesa com a vista linda que dava para ver a lagoa da Pampulha, só foi os lençóis o único problema, de restante nos atendeu super bem.

- No dia 31/01 perguntamos na recepção do café da manhã se o restaurante funcionaria para o jantar. Nos foi dito que sim. Por volta das 20h, descemos e para nossa supresa estava fechado. Sem opção para jantar, pois, estava tudo fechado, fomos obrigados a comprar a entrada para uma festa de reveillon por R$380.

O hotel é muito bom e esta em excelente localização, como muitas atividades para se realizar perto, porém necessita de uma manuteção urgente! Pintura nos quartos e banheiros, troca do espelho do banheiro que já se encontra deteriorado pela umidade do banho, manuteção do box e portas, além de conserto para o sistema de chaves dos quartos. A equipe é maravilhosa, todos os funcionários são educados e gentis. Entretanto, apesar da ótima localização, o hotel precisa urgentemente de manutenções, como por exemplo o banheiro do 216 que vaza água e molha tapete e todo o chão do banheiro! Além disso, o aparelho que configura as chaves do quartos não estava funcionando, o que para mim é inadmissível, visto que os funcionários tinha que subir com a gente todas as vezes para abrir as porta!

Fazendo uma comparação de 2 anos atrás, o café da manhã tinha um pouco mais de variedade.
Uma outra observação, seria um problema temporário, no qual o cartão de abrir o quarto que é entregue ao hóspede, não estava funcionando. Dessa forma, o recepcionista toda vez tinha que deslocar até o quarto de cada hóspede para realizar a abertura dele.
Outro aspecto foi o cofre, que pelo visto eles não funcionam em nenhum quarto, há algum tempo. Pois, ao solicitar ajuda a um funcionário para cadastrar uma senha no cofre, este funcionário informou que \"eles não funcionam\".
Uma outra observação, seria um problema temporário, no qual o cartão de abrir o quarto que é entregue ao hóspede, não estava funcionando. Dessa forma, o recepcionista toda vez tinha que deslocar até o quarto de cada hóspede para realizar a abertura dele.

Tive uma péssima experiência, pois primeiro foi me dado um quarto que não tinha como ser fechado, pois a porta não funcionava a fechadura digital, ou seja, se eu saísse, teria que deixar a porta aberta. Tive que ser trocado de quarto, chegando no outro quarto, estava sem água, fiquei mais um tempo esperando até acharem onde era o registro, que nem os funcionários sabiam! No outro dia, fui solicitar um almoço, e foi informado que o restaurante não estava servindo os almoços, pois não tiveram tempo de fazer! Detalhe:tudo isso aconteceu em 2 dias que fiquei hospedado! Não recomendo e não voltaria.

Já foi muito melhor, mas piorou muito. Quarto parece que não foi limpo, travesseiro amarelado. Água com cheiro de lodo. Café da manhã bem fraco com poucas opções de frutas. Garagem bem apertada e se você chegar à noite não terá vagas onde irão te encaminhar para um outro estacionamento que não transmite muita segurança. Tem uma boa estrutura mas está descuidado.

Hotel simples mas com uma decoração agradável. Café da manhã bom e quarto espaço, só precisa melhorar na limpeza. Quando chegamos no quarto parecia que não tinha sido limpo direito, vários cantos com poeira e o chão tbm claramente precisava de passar aspirador de pó ou varrer com mais cuidado. Tirando isso o hotel é ótimo e bem localizado, só faltou um cuidado maior na limpeza e manutenção dos quartos.

Hotel sem condições de hospedagem, quarto sem curtina, atendimento dos funcionários muito ruim, parece que estamos pedindo um favor. Até pra pagar é complicado, tive que pagar no pix pois não passa nem debito e nem credito, a desculpa é que a maquina está sem conexão, até o almoço no restaurante é complicado. Não voltarei e nem indico pra ninguém.

Tivemos que pagar a parte pelo estacionamento, mesmo estando escrito na reserva que havia estacionamento. O wi-fi, simplesmente não funciona nos quartos próximos ao restaurante e para completar dentro do quarto não havia sinal das operadoras (somente no restaurante e na recepção que funciona), ao conversar com a recepcionista, ela disse que deveria ser um problema do meu aparelho/operadora... Fomos a um evento logo cedo e fomos tomar café por volta de 10:30h, que já estava com pouquíssimos itens disponíveis, até então é compreensível que isso aconteça, porém houve uma demora considerável para repor. É a terceira vez que me hospedo nesse hotel e dessa vez me surpreendi negativamente.

O banheiro estava com condições pessimas de uso , completamente mofado , a cama estava suja de sangue , a porta do quarto não trancava e cobraram um valor altissimo do estacionamento sem boa descrição do valor ao alugarmos e o estacionamento era fora do hotel e descoberto , tivermos que nos deslocar com malas e bagagens até o hotel.
O Café da manhã era razoável para ruim, nunca vi hotel servir suco de caixinha e de pó artificial, os pratos eram manchados ou sujos e você tinha que procurar o menos sujo para utilizar, unica coisa que foi boa no hotel foi o atendimento dos funcionários.

O hotel é bastante confortável, a localização, o atendimento e a limpeza muito boas, sobretudo por estar às magens da Lagoa da Pampulha, com uma vista muito agradável... Gostamos tanto que conseguimos prorrogar nossa estada por mais alguns dias;

Alguns pontos seria apenas sobre o conforto das camas, achei um pouco dura, não sei se foi impressão. E o segundo ponto, foi que no ato da reserva foi informado de que teria 3 camas de solteiro, mas ao chegar ao local encontrei 1 cama de casal e uma de solteiro, questionei a equipe que informou que não seria possivel alterar devido ao horario. Então caso opte por cama de solteiro separadas, confirme com o hotel antes de chegar.
