Large room, firm and comfortable bed, air conditioning control, excellent shower, friendly staff. No kettle or cups in the room, fridge full so no room for our own stuff. No cereal for breakfast, and the same options every day. No liquid soap in the bathroom, just little shampoo and conditioner.

I notified the front desk that it was a bad idea to use a fragile plate to hold soap in the bathroom close to the sink edge where it could get wet slip off, fall to the floor and break into sharp pieces that almost cut my foot. I took a picture to show the front desk during check-out. After spending four days and having accident that could have been avoided their response was to charge me a100 multa for a 10 plate that should never have been in the bathroom. I will be sure not to stay there when I return in March.

Notifiquei a recepção que era uma má ideia usar um prato frágil para segurar o sabonete no banheiro perto da borda da pia, onde ele poderia molhar, escorregar, cair no chão e quebrar em pedaços afiados que quase cortaram meu pé. Tirei uma foto para mostrar à recepção durante o check-out. Depois de passar quatro dias e ter um acidente que poderia ter sido evitado, a resposta
deles foi me cobrar uma multa de 100 por um prato de 10 que nunca deveria estar no banheiro. Vou me certificar de não ficar lá quando voltar em março.

Fiz o pagamento antecipado e tivemos um problema no voo de grarulhos. Tivemos que ficar no aeroporto por 1 dia. Quando chegamos no hotel avisaram que nosso quarto não estava disponível, pois eles haviam vendido para outro hóspede, alegaram que deu “no show” sendo que tínhamos pago antecipadamente 2 diárias.
E os mesmos avisaram que a 2 diária tbm n seria reembolsada.

O quarto do hotel não era como o que vimos na foto. As 22:10 tentamos um room service e não foi possível tivemos que pedir um iFood . No dia seguinte no café da manhã às mesas estavam todas sujas e os funcionários todos conversando sem mostrar interesse em limpá-los para os próximos hóspedes . A impressão das comidas no café da manhã não eram boas, e o local tinha aspecto de sujo.

They were not able to run my credit card at check in, but there shouldn't have been an issue since my card had plenty of credit limit. I called the bank and they didn't even show a decline charge. The person at the front desk refused to run the card for me again, they should have tried. I would not stay at this hotel again, not the best service.

This hotel was in a good location. It is right next to a nice mall with lots of food options. It is in the center of town and has a very friendly staff. I stayed here on a cold night and there was no heat in the room, which is common for Brazil in general. I used 2 blankets and still had to wear clothes to keep warm. I would recommend staying here if your travel takes you to center.

No clean service for delicate clothes. We received a package in the hotel and it was not delivered to us, nobody has contacted us, even during checkout nobody said anything!!!!!! After we arrive in another city we remembered we should have received this parcel already and we called the hotel, they said they received 1 day before out check out, but they were waiting for us to go in the reception to get it, they didn't think it should be informed to us!!!! They charged us the freight to send it to another city in Brazil. For me, this service is unacceptable!

The best thing about this hotel is the fantastic restaurant it has where we ate at the two nights we were there. The Pizzas are to die for, very good. On the positive side the wifi worked great and the hotel is one block from a nice shopping mall. However the rooms are not of 4 star quality. For example the desk chair was old and uncomfortable - I had to put a pillow on it to keep from sinking into the chair. Front desk staff was generally not friendly - when I walked by and smiled and said hello, the front desk person looked away. This hotel would fit well into the budget category.

I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning following an overnight bus trip from Rio. I only wanted to drop my bag, but they were able to check me in, even though it was barely 7 a.m. That was very much appreciated. The three members of the front desk staff I dealt with during my stay spoke perfect English--a rarity in Brazil. Everyone was helpful and friendly. My room was attractive, modern, and clean. Breakfast was ample. WiFi signal was strong. The hotel is located near a major shopping center in a nice part of town, only a 25 minute walk from the bus station. Overall, a very comfortable, pleasant stay.

Had a great time there! Loved the location which is just a 1/2 block from the mall. Everything that you may need is in the mall. The Hotel's restaurant has an amazing pizza and great service. Breakfast was just perfect. Noise isolation inside the room it was perfect. Good bed, comfortable sleep.... What else can I say it? For sure good stuff no a 5 starts for me just because of the decor luxury in general does not feel like a Ritz Carlton type of Hotel but I can say feel great in this place.

Overall the hotel is good, very clean, friendly staff but it doesn't worth the high rate that I paid. Room is very simple and bed is really uncomfortable. I wanted an extra blanklet and pillow and housekeeping was closed.

Free internet - works fine. Exercise machines are 2 treadmills with very basic functionality - no way to change the slope, just the speed on a flat belt. Quite a few weight-training machines and free weights available. Breakfast was fine (nothing extraordinary). A good selection of TV channels for international travelers. Good location. I also liked the free coffee machine in the lobby (no in-room coffee machines). The rooms are a bit older and felt a bit stuffy.

This BH chain hotel I would describe as \"modern minimalist.\" The room was a bit small, but decorated tastefully with mirrors and textured wallpaper. The bed was very comfy but had only sheets on it - you had to add a pillow or two (these are stacked in the closet)and a blanket. There is only one upholstered chair and a hassok and a plain but large wall desk.
You may wish to bring a tool belt - there are five remotes to operate everything in the room! - one for the HVAC unit (which worked great and was quiet), one for the alarm clock /iPod dock, two for the TV and one for the stereo; you're pretty much on your own to figure them out.
The bathroom had lots of little amenities, shiny black marble, a glass stall shower. My only whine is that there was some mildew on the grout in the shower - I know from experience this is removable.
The breakfast that comes in your room is served in the restaurant on the main floor - it is a fairly elaborate and tasty buffet. You certainly won't go away hungry. I also ate dinner there one evening, and had a good Italian meal with wonderful service. Order carefully, the portions are huge.
The lobby has a comfortable area supplied with a bunch of daily newspapers and a couple of PCs you can get on the net with.
I did not use the pool or spa.
The hotel is in the Lordes district - its centrally located but not as busy or noisy as the \"centro\" or central downtown.

Quarto limpo, bem organizado, equipe de limpeza prestou excelente servico mas os preços praticados no frigobar me parecem abusivos. R$ 25 por uma longneck é um absurdo. Se fosse R$18, como vi no cardápio do restaurante que estava no quarto, já seria caro mas compreensível, todavia, fui induzido a erro e achei a cobrança abusiva. Apenas isso não foi legal. Quanto ao café da manhã, estava tudo muito bom e fresquinho, todavia, pelo padrão do hotel e valores praticados na diária, creio que o café expresso e outras bebidas elaboradas poderiam ser incluídas no serviço e náocobradas à parte.
