I have been in the Boulevard Express and Boulevard Plaza Hotel since 2017. I usually stay at my family’s house or at hotel when I travel to B H and really liked because of the breakfast but now the Express Hotel doesn’t have breakfast. I need to go and get in another place or go to another Hotel that belongs to the same owner. The breakfast is very delicious but have to pay additional fee.
What i could not understand is why I saw 2 ladies walking around the room cleaning before the customers leave the room. I feel that they were very unpolite. I plan to go back and stay there again. The people that work in the reception are very nice, 👏👏👏for them!

Buena relación calidad-precio. El personal del hotel es superatento y amable, tr ayudan en todo. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era cómoda. El hotel está en una buena zona, cerca de todo, con muchas opciones para comer. Sin embargo, la vida nocturna alrededor del hotel es muy activa y el ruido casi no deja dormir, lo que lo hace el único aspecto negativo.

Infelizmente o hotel apresenta condições bem devassadas. O banheiro precisa de atualização urgente. Chuveiro em péssimo estado, com boa parte entupida, o que gera uma ducha irregular e desconfortável. Cama visivelmente quebrada em alguma parte, o que gerou outro grande desconforto. A programação da tv só tem canais abertos, o que é algo inaceitável pelo preço cobrado. O conforto acústico também é sofrível. Trata-se de lugar que possui muitos bares no entorno. Janelas comuns não impedem o barulho da rua, sem contar que internamente também não há um bom tratamento a esse respeito.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, o quarto tinha um bom tamanho e estava limpo. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. Trata-se de um hotel mais antigo, porém, está suficientemente conservado. Li relatos negativos sobre cheiro de mofo, barulho etc mas não percebi nenhum desses problemas. O único ponto negativo que achei foi a cama, que parece ser de molas e não tanto firme, porém, nada que dificultasse o sono. Achei no geral um bom custo-benefício, especialmente pela localização. Não tem café da manhã, mas eles oferecem a opção de tomar no hotel vizinho, da mesma rede, por um custo adicional. Há também guarda de bagagens pequenas na recepção.

A acústica do hotel é terrível, dava para escutar a música do carnaval de rua que acontecia ali perto. Além disso, tinham pessoas gritando nos quartos e corredores do hotel, sem que fosse tomada nenhuma providência. Por fim, minha cama parecia um formigueiro, cheio de formigas que não sei de onde vieram e o ar-condicionado não gelava direito.

A localização realmente fica perto de bares bem movimentados, mas não tive problema com o som e nenhum problema para dormir.
Fui muito bem atendido tanto na recepção quando a pessoa responsável no telefone, me orientando e explicando tudo que houvesse dúvida.
Minha única reclamação é que no segundo dia o chuveiro não esquentava de forma alguma tendo assim que tomar banho morno.

O hotel é muito antigo, e localizado no coração dos bares. Na chegada havia jovens de procedência duvidosa inclusive na porta do hotel. O quarto entregava um local pra estadia, porem por ser muito antigo, dava um ar e aspecto de sujo, o que me faz acreditar em ter sido um valor muito alto pelas diarias e pacote completo, fora que nao possuia café da manha.

Dentro é tudo bom. Mas a chegada não é legal. Antes das 18 horas a rua já está cheia de gente por conta dos bares que têm ao redor. São pessoas bem estranhas. Quase bateram no meu carro. Não há estacionamento e os carros por ficarem na ruas as pessoas dos bares usam seu carro para colocarem garrafas e copos de bebidas. O local não é muuito bom para ir com a família. Não me hospedarei mais lá. É tenso para chegar e tenso para sair. A todo tempo achamos que seremos abordados. Muito estranho o lugar.

Nem parece um hotel na Savassi
Um dos piores hotéis em que já hospedei. A "cama de casal" eram na verdade DUAS CAMAS DE SOLTEIRO um encostada na outra, um horror para dormir já que hospedei lá com meu noivo. Não tem café da manhã no hotel e ainda tiveram a pachorra de oferecer um voucher para tomar café em outro HOTEL ao custo de 25 reais. Não tem estacionamento e também ofereceram um estacionamento em outro hotel, pagando claro. E ainda por cima, na rua do hotel haviam centenas de pessoas nos barzinhos que funcionam ao lado do hotel, chegando a ocupar toda calçada e a rua, com bastante barulho e sujeira e muita dificuldade para chegar no local a pé com bagagem e que o diga de carro. Inclusive, em determinada hora da noite, até viatura da PM zoando na porta do hotel teve para dispersar a quantidade de gente aglomerada na rua em frente ao hotel tamanha era a baderna. Pelo preço da diária e a localização, era pra ter o mínimo do aceitável. A única coisa impecável foi o atendimento. Fomos muito bem atendidos durante toda a estadia.

O hotel é mais simples do que aparenta pelas fotos e pela descrição. Fica muito bem localizado, mas a área é um pouco barulhenta nos fins de semana e feriados, em função de muitos bares e restaurantes ao redor. O quarto é bem pequeno para duas pessoas. O banheiro estava com problemas, vazando água no vaso sanitário, a descarga também não funcionava direito. A televisão também estava com problemas. Os funcionários são muito solícitos e atenciosos!

O hotel fica numa boa localização, no bom bairro da Savassi, com acesso fácil a bares, restaurante e opções culturais. No entanto, as condições são bem ruins pelo preço. O quarto é apertado, o banheiro não tem sequer secador e estava com problemas hidráulicos que causavam vazamentos d’água. Não havia frigobar, que só foi instalado após avisar na recepção. O hotel é bem simples, tem um bom café da manhã. O primeiro quarto que me colocaram era muito pequeno e o ar condicionado fazia muuito barulho, incomodando demais. Pedi para trocar, informando que ia fazer prova e precisava de um quarto mais silencioso. Esse segundo quarto era mais amplo e mais confortável. No entanto, o hotel está localizado numa rua que é fechada e fica com música alta a noite inteira. A música era tão alta que fazia o quarto inteiro tremer e só terminou por volta de 1 hora da manhã.

Não cheguei nem a me hospedar, cheguei no hotel por volta de meia noite não tive como adentrar a rua com meu carro pois estava cheia de jovens bebendo fumando e conversando, briga por drogas na porta, aconteceu um assalto bem na hora que cheguei. Não recomendo e não volto mais, impossível dormir neste hotel pois a rua é uma barulheira cheia de bares que viram a noite.
