Eu e meu marido nos hospedamos neste hotel durante o carnaval. Pudemos curtir a festa ou assistir de “camarote” os bloquinhos que passavam em frente ou próximos.

This hotel is fabulous location in BH. Close to everything one would want to do or see in such a beautiful city. Although the room was small by North American standards, I was totally impressed by the space utilization - the US could learn a lot about this! The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a central location. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quite basic but very clean and comfortable. My room was opposite the lift which a bit noisy. Breakfast had a good selection of fruit.

The hotel is extremely clean. That's USP #1. They provide everything in white - from towels to bedsheets - and everything is spotless. And that's huge for a budget hotel. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Only reason I gave 4* on service since they don't have room service for food.

Belo Horizonte downtown option
The hotel is located just one block away from Praça de liberdade (Freedom Square), which is a beautiful landmark where you can go and jog in the morning, or have a coffee in the afternoon, and just blocks away from the Parque Municipal. The hotel has a convenient snack bar with good sandwiches, appetisers and good selection of beers and drinks. The Room was clean, free wifi, and confortable bed, the breakfast was complimentary for (R$17) wich considering the buffet offering was a little expensive, it´s better to walk a block or two and get a much better breakfast.

Tive uma experiencia muito ruim com um atendente dia 16/08 a noite. Eu coloquei a tarjeta para arrumar meu quarto as 10:00 da manhã, voltei as 19;30 cansada e o quarto não tinha sido arrumado. Se não fosse pela Flávia, da recepção, teria sido uma decepção. A atenção e cordialidade das pessoas do front desk foram o diferencia. Pontos negativos: esqueceram de limpar meu quarto, a limpeza realmente não é o forte desse Ibis. O manobrista foi bastante agressivo e ameaçador. A localização do hotel é excelente.

Na chegada, parei o carro pra tirar as malas e surgiram 2 rapazes ríspidos nos pressionando para tirar o carro, mesmo eu estando com 1 criança e 1 bebê, e mesmo eu dizendo que só iria tirar as malas e já iria devolver o carro pra locadora. Ele insistindo de forma ríspida, “que tinha uma câmera”. Acabou dizendo pra eu parar em uma vaga destinada a pessoa com deficiência.
Quando cheguei no quarto, o banheiro estava sujo, com cheiro de xixi.
O local do café da manhã e as áreas comuns quentes, abafadas, sem ar condicionado ou com ar condicionado insuficiente.
No meio da madrugada soou um alarme muito alto no quarto, acordando todos. Liguei pra recepção e falaram que era “problema técnico no alarme de incêndio, mas o prédio não estava incendiando”.
Do nada, surgiu um cheiro forte de cigarro no quarto, vindo no ar condicionado. Provavelmente a passagem do ar é interligada entre os aptos e alguém estava fumando em algum quarto.

Ok dessa vez. Tive bastante rinite no quarto que fiquei! E o estacionamento precisa ser repensado. Num dos dias o manobrista trouxe um carro idêntico mas que não era o meu… fico imaginando se houvesse um hóspede de má fé.
