Bed was hard, staff couldn’t speak English and NO fridge to keep anything cold which made things hard as the hotel was so far out with nothing much around it and it was next to a school - I should have done a google search to see where it was - this was my mistake but overall the place wasn’t the best and I left after 2 days

We were there during the flooding. Yes we got moved upstairs but there was no offer to refund us the difference. The average room price is nzd $87 and they had it on sale for nzd $27. The place is rather run down: you get what you pay for though. Lovely coffee close by on a better note.

A nice little hotel to stay for a few nights, staff were lovely, bathrooms could have been a little cleaner but I’ve seen much worse. Beds are a bit hard, but generally was a good area to stay and the hotel was great for my short stay.

Flights were cancelled in March due to covid, have been trying to get a refund on hotel since then. Hotel have not answered any correspondence via telephone or email. They are thieves. Do not recommend.

Nothing boutique about it, appealing service, man on the desk was beyond rude and dismissive. Wasn’t even shown to room just told it was 103 as if we knew where to go. Useless. Everything was dirty from the reception to the pool! The front desk looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or looked after for decades and the room smelt horrifically damp and dirty. Don’t bother staying here we left after 10 minutes.

This is a solid 1 star hotel , the towels in the room have holes and well as the sheets, the ac works well , the staff are matter of fact attitude, we asked for extra pillows and they said there was a charge for that , what 3 star hotel charges for a extra pillow , breakfast was terrible you ordered from sheets , the French toast was so chewy that I could not even eat it , the juice was a powdered drink , The second day I had the poched eggs They were rubber , the pool area had no real sitting . Find somewhere else unless you are backpacking and need a cheap hotel , but no 3 star .

The hotel and staff were good, clean, good services but
the walls are paper thin and at least while I was there the school next door spent 4-5 hours a day practicing balinese traditional drubing and cymols with all the gusto required to chase satin himself from earth. There were dogs barking and at 2am the neighboring apartment were still partying. I was booked in for 3 nights left after 1. If you stay there and rent a bike, make sure you're very confident 1. on a bike, 2 navigating. don't forget to set google maps to scooter mode.

It was generally good. The price was very good. It was a little bit out of the way of everything else. There are no pavements on the nearby roads which makes walking into Seminyak a bit treacherous. Taxis are the alternative, and they're fairly cheap. The staff were helpful.

Comfortable & nice area.

The rooms are simple and nice. The bed is comfortable. I loved the local area especially. It's super close to all the spots. And there's a supermarket and a gym close by. Also restaurants are around. I'd def stay there again.

I really liked the pool... The staff is doing an amazing job. It's clean and has a nice design.

All you need in a calm area...

I came here for a night, but extended for another 4 nights than. The hotel is located in a calm area next to a school. A gym and super markets are right around the corner. The breakfast is amazing. Absolutely recommended!

A good stay close to Seminyak!

It was an overall good stay. The room was clean and the staff friendly, sometimes loud due to the positioning of the rooms over the pool but just dependent on who’s staying at the hotel as some guests are disruptive at night - not the hotels fault. But would stay again as a good low budget option near Seminyak with good breakfast, room and nice staff.

Clean but small rooms and uncomfortable beds

The hotel was clean enough and we did get it for a great price. However there was only one mirror and sink to share (between 2 girls). The room was very small and the bed was small, hard and with a very flat pillow. The school next door is very noisy and one morning they had an assembly outside and a man with a microphone which was quite annoying. If you're not planning to stay at your hotel much I would recommend it for the price.

I stayed here for 15 nights. I found all of the staff to be very friendly, chatty and helpful. I had a ground floor room which was perfect for me. My room was cleaned every single day of my stay. The breakfast was very good, i choose to have the indonesian option. I will definatley stay here again.

The staff was friendly upon arrival and provided a delivery restaurant with good food. The room was okay with a nice view of the pool and sunset. They only issue I had was the dingy towels, I would definitely recommend that the hotel get newer towels for the rooms. Other than that enjoy the view and the beautiful music from the school band that plays next door to the hotel.

You get what you pay for

The area where the hotel is located is a bit sketchy and I wouldn’t walk around outside at night time. When booking budget accommodation you have to remember that it’s cheap for a reason. I have my doubts about the cleanliness of the blankets provided, I don’t imagine they ever get washed. I found several strands of brown hair all over them and in my bed which I knew weren’t mine as I am blonde. Overall the staff were nice enough, but wouldn’t return.

Nice clean hotel in a quiet area

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, especially when we lost our phone and needed help to get it back.
The bed was comfy and the air con worked well.
The only negative were some odd noises in the night which I gather are from the plumbing.
Overall a great stay, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again :)

Although not located in the main tourist area of Seminyak, the hotel was conveniently located in to within 20 min of the main beach and semiyak square.

The hotel was clean and fairly basic but had all the essential facilities such as air conditioning, a pool,comfortable bed, tv and a nice balcony overlooking the pool.
They also offer a competive scooter rental service and I found the staff very friendly and helpful in general with regards to information on directions and general tourist information. Overall a very positive experience.

Short stay for a wedding

We were after something a little more \"budget\" as we knew we would only be straying at the hotel to sleep. Room was great, clean, spacious with balcony overlooking the pool. Staff were lovely and there is room service available (although the food arrived to my room a little cold so didn't order again after that). Easy to find location, just watch for the dogs down the street if you are inclined to walk (not any fault of hotel of course) ;) overall great stay and we would happily return again and recommend.

The hotel is not walking distance to Seminyak beach or the main shopping area, we had to take a taxi every time. Most staff are really good and helpful. The pool and food were nice. Photos are true to real life.

Quiet out of the way location from the bustle .

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms could be improved by the addition of a small bar fridge to hold your cold drinks etc.
Blue bird taxi fare into Seminyak is only 30,000 min fare each way, 10 min trip, easy.
Local restaurant, Start Shoot is only 5 min walk and was a great place to eat with live entertainment on various nights.
Food excellent value and fantastic service. They also do delivery to the Hotel. (Recommend the pizza's).
Would stay again.

Comfortable, hidden gem

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. I chose this hotel because of my budget and certainly worth what I paid. Some of the staff are very hospitable and made you feel welcome. The room although small was clean and the bed was comfortable, the shower had nice hot running water. There is no fridge in your room however , staff allow guests to place any items in dining room fridge. The hotel is opposite a junior high school in a quaint quiet area in Kerobokan. This hotel is perfect if you like the quiet village life and if you drive or ride a scooter it's perfect as you are a 5 min ride to restaurants, Sunset Point shopping Mall and approx 15 mins to Seminyak and Batu Belig beach. I did not have breakfast or have any meals in the hotel as I preferred to go to my usual cafes. The pool is lovely for a relaxing dip.

Reasonable place for a quiet stay

It's a simple no frills hotel with all the basics done right! We stayed for 3 nights and then moved to Kuta because it was too quiet and far from the beach and restaurants.
If you want to just lounge by the pool and need some peace, this would be a good hotel.
There's no food around and the food at the hotel is mediocre at best.
The staff wasn't very gracious and once they almost walked into the room unannounced. They were not even sorry about it and reasoned that they did not know the room had been taken, which really got me really annoyed!

Room was good, clean but not very big.

The key enables all electronic devices including the AC. I only had one key so I could not come back to a nice cool room in the afternoon.

The breakfast wasn't to good. You have to order from a fixed menu and it takes quite a while for the food to arrive and it was a rather small portion.

This hotel is situated about 15 minutes walking distance from some of the shopping streets in Seminyak and about 25-30 minutes walk from Seminyak square.

Overall it was okay but I would try to find a hotel that offers a breakfast buffet and better situated(closer to some good restaurants).

Hotel was clean and very nice. Unfortunately, the room was really small, did not contain any wardrobe, so we had the whole week clothes in suitcases. I have a bad experience with the staff. Neither of them do not speak English well, they don´t have any idea what we're talking about. But worst of all was that we did not really slept one night because the staff constantly scream at reception. They completely ignored our complaint and the next night it was again. The breakfast was horrible as well, could not eat that and we were waiting an hour for it. l would not definitely recommend this hotel. Was horrible 7 nights without sleep. Appearance is not everything.

Room makes you feels like home. Bed so comfortable. Fair price. Enviroment very calm and peaceful. Breakfast comes in set, not buffet. Nice swimming pool. Perfect place for tanning too. Staffs very helpful and friendly.
Negative :
Far from town, you need transport but they do provide transport too.

Definitely would come back in future. Miss this hotel already!

An angelic setting

The rooms are quaint but well designed. Definitely enough space for a solo traveller. The hotel is located in North Seminyak on the other side of Jalan Sunset. I actually liked being removed from the hustle and bustle of the center and it is only a 5-10 minute walk to all the madness. Even quicker if you rent a moto.

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed eating traditional meals from the hotels restaurant, poolside of course! This is a fantastic little gem, I'll certainly stay here again.
