This place is defiantly overrated. Don’t trust the location guide on Expedia, it’s totally misleading. The place is inconvenient to shopping district, dirty and unsecure around the area. The worst thing is poor sound proof between the rooms, so please concern your neighbourhood while you are on honeymoon in this property. We couldn’t stay any longer in this place and rather pay extra to move somewhere closer to shopping district.

Def book a pool view room. The superior deluxe rooms are not nice rooms (it’s worth the extra $18 or so a day). Fabulous pool area and away from the hustle and bustle. If you want to just chill and relax this is definitely the place to book.

It’s only approx $2.50 each way but it’s more the inconvenience of not just being able to walk out your door and be there. As the traffic is soooo bad it can take you 15 mins, sometimes more, to get into town, depending where you want to go.
My 9yo really enjoyed the pool - it is HUGE and tbh the reason why we booked this resort in the first place. Prob wouldn’t stay again because of the distance to cheap massages, shopping (if that’s your thing) and variety of eating out options without having to get taxi.

I found this hotel very dated and was more like a 3-star than a 4-star hotel. However, it was clean which is the most important thing for me.
Also, the staff were extremely polite and helpful which made the stay very enjoyable.
It’s to be noted that the hotel is quite far to walk to the centre of Seminyak, therefore, you have to take a short taxi ride to get there.
All in all, for the price I paid, I would still highly recommend.

The property is not on main street so you have to have a car or bike to go out. We were stuck in the hotel for 1 day cause of water clogged outside. Breakfast was worth it. Staff is nice and helpful. Airport pick up was available with a charge.

The hotel has great amenities and the breakfast never failed to disappoint! Always something for everyone. Rooms were clean and spacious. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff - Kadek was great! The let down of this hotel is that it is rather noisy despite signs about keeping noise levels down throughout the hotel. It needs to be more enforced. I was woken or kept awake multiple times during my stay.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The pool was absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Bali sunshine. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came with a large balcony where we could sit and soak in the beautiful views.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We loved the buffet breakfast—so many delicious options to start the day right!

Had a terrible experience with the staff there, Hospitality was absolutely put to shame by the team member named \"Dimas\" Who got me stuck and wait for my breakfast item for 25 minutes and was rude and his behaviour was totally unexpected. He went to an extent that he yelled at me saying go complaint numerous times. I have 😔 #HospitalityFail #Dimas #RudeStaff please note I have been to so many hotels for my business trips , this place have to be the worst so far.

Where do I start?? Driving through a rundown area, first impression of this hotel is disappointing to say the least. I researched this property and all photos and descriptions gave the impression of a very good property. There were also many good reviews but the handful of bad ones did give me something to think about. However, with the names Ramada and Wyndham on the property I believed the standard would have to be a good standard. The front of the property looks terrible....no garden, palms, grass, statues...absolutely nothing. Just a driveway for taxis to turn around. The foyer is big, grey, impersonal and uninviting - not the kind of place you would want to sit and relax. The pool area is rundown with parts of the decking quite unstable. The main photos of this area must be at least 20 years old. Rooms are adequate I have to say and at least there are lifts. The only real positive is the breakfast...mostly indian and indonesian. No shopping at all unless you are up for a big walk or constant cab fare. During my stay the twice daily shuttle bus was 'broken' with no replacement. Not good when the property is so isolated. Food is passable however on my first night icecream was served WITH the main. Sent back the icecream but returned soft and runny. As usual the balinese staff work hard to make it work and are lovely, but this property needs to come clean and present more accurate and up-to-date photos or make the place more appealing. Very disappointing.

DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL ROOMS ARE FULL OF DAMP.
We extended our stay by one night and upgraded to a pool room, the room smelt of damp, but we overlooked this, the room seemed ok, however after a late dinner we returned to bed, we had the worst sleep ever the bed was wet, the shower was cold and tiled floor was wet, the manager & a member of staff came to our room and accepted our claims, blaming it on the new A/C unit and that was it, he left the room and said he’d get back, but didn’t, on check out he sent his under manager to speak to us, we got no apology of him, would not refund but still accepted when cornered that it was unacceptable and his all his fault, obviously we won’t return and would like to warn others this hotel had got a massive damp issue, another couple we got talking to had already moved rooms 3 times because of this issue.

I will never come back until the drainage system is fixed. I don’t mind traffic during busy seasons but the entire hotel becoming an island is something else entirely.

Was a wonderful stay after a bad experience living at a villa. Rooms were clean, price was as cheap as a villa yet clean rooms and thankfully no house lizards which we experienced at the villa. Staff were amazing and food was reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast was excellent .

Worst Wyndham hotel in the world. Management is also the worst. I was turned down for 1 level free upgrade. Room is out of date. Construction outside rooms from 8am to 8 pm without any official notice to customers.
It is so noisy. I want to speak to the top management couple of times to express my thoughts. But never get a chance,always being told manager was busy. Top management in this property probably does not care about your concern, only want your money from your pocket. I rate this property to be the worst Wyndham hotel in the world under the worst management. If you don’t believe, you can waste your money there.

From the moment we arrived until our departure we had a great time. The staff have been welcoming in the beautiful Balinese way they are famous for. So hospitable warm and friendly. The food has been amazing in the restaurant onsite. We opted to have the daily breakfast and it was a task to decide on what to eat as there is such a variety and the best quality. the kitchen staff are amazing with the food that was produced.
Without all the amazing staff it would not have been the same experience.

I stayed here for 6 nights. There was a mouse in my room the second night. The staff were very quick to respond. I slept in a different room that night and switched rooms the following day.
The swimming pool is fantastic: great size and temperature. There are very limited loungers with cushions by poolside. Staff were very professional, and eager to help.

Great hotel , excellent vale for money , and service in a wonderful quiet residential area . It’s on the outer edge of Seminyak . It takes a lot longer than you think to walk or drive to the beach or main shopping mall because of the irregular roads and congested traffic. Also you have to walk 5 minutes to get picked up by the cheap car share apps, though you can be dropped off by them direct to door . Their local taxis are at least double the price .

This property has a beautiful pool in the center of the Resort. There’s a very nice restaurant and bar, and a buffet breakfast is available in the morning. The staff is very friendly, it’s perfect for families. You’ll want to use a car, motorcycle, or taxi when leaving the property since there isn’t much in walking distance.

This property was very nice. The front desk staff is not as friendly as most places. Slightly pretentious but the restaurant staff makes up for it. Great food and very kind people at the restaurant. Too secluded for my liking but great for children. The second beach front pool was closed. However, the nightly rate was fantastic and the room was amazing with ocean view. Overall, a great place to stop in for the night. Not recommended for longer stays. No swimming/surfing at the beach near by.

I stayed 4 nights here, location is a little away from things, good thing we like walking, but weather is too hot most of the time in early June, we used Grab to move around places, room is ok, clean, bathroom is small, hallways feels muggy and look old with lots of scrub marks, pool is nice and big but it’s not made for swimming, because it’s not rectangular shape, ok for playing in water, lounge chairs in the water is a plus. This is a lovely hotel with great ammenities, the gym has a good variety to allow a good work out and has towels and water for you to use.
The breakfast, restaurant area can get busy but always plenty of staff on hand to help. Outside the hotel there isn’t much and you need to either take the shuttle from the hotel or walk into Seminyak. We walked almost everyday and it didn’t take long to get to shops or restaurants. We used the spa too. A little bit more expensive than outside spas but the price isn’t bad for the convenience and the massages we had were fantastic

This was our first time in Bali, so we weren't sure what to expect. Thankfully we were pleasantly surprised. All the employees from front of house, wait staff, bar, housekeeping, etc. were exemplary.
