Stunning hotel!! The room was huge and had an incredible view of Hanoi. We had an amazing massage at the hotel’s spa, enjoyed the steam and sauna, and had cocktails on the hotel’s rooftop. I also highly recommend the dim sum restaurant at the hotel. It was delicious. All in all, an amazing stay.

I love Lotte. I stayed in one of the Suites with club lounge access. The gym, the spa, and pool are wonderful. The men’s sauna and indoor pools are well maintained and cleaned regularly. The club lounge is basically free dinner in the evenings, in case you don’t want to eat out. However, the best part of the lounge was AN, who works there. She was incredibly attentive to my business and personal needs while I stayed there. I joked that she was more of a concierge. Honestly, she made the best ça phe da I had my entire years of coming to Hanoi for business. I ventured often to Pharaoh bar too during my stay. One of the best jazz clubs in Hanoi. I will definitely stay again. One warming, beware the elevators…it’s a process as you have to one elevator to another if you have club access. I got embarrassingly lost twice.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lotte Hanoi. The hotel is very clean and the overall environment was very comfortable. The staff were excellent as the service they provided was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel had a lovely view and had great amenities. The hotel is also connected to a department store so it was very convenient to go to for any daily or essential needs. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi as it is a great location. Central to hot spots but not dead centre to very busy tourist areas or sites.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, we were blown away. One minor issue, we had requested later checkout which we were told there was a fee for - that’s fine so we agreed. Then when my husband checked us out, the gentleman said we wouldn’t be charged for the late checkout - we were delighted! Upon arriving home, we actually were charged. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit put off by it.

I already reviewed this hotel - it is an excellent hotel, with good service, located in the central part of Hanoi but not that close to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake or Old and French Quarters. However if you have the Grab app and Vietnamese SIM card in your phone, getting anywhere is efficient and easy. The only unfavorable point is the overwhelming smell of food in hotel's hallways - it has at least four restaurants on floors 59 and 63 so the smell of food penetrates the hallways and is unpleasant and heavy.

My room was a corner Junior Club Suite on the 56th floor with floor to ceiling wall windows on two sides, expansive views of West Lake, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Red River and other parts of Hanoi right in front of me. This room had Club privileges - breakfast, snacks and hors d'oeuvres were served for Club guests on the 59th floor, separately from other hotel guests. The staff was courteous, helpful. Joey, a Club Floor Manager, went out of his way to make my stay wonderful and memorable. Great job, Lotte Hotel Hanoi! If I return I'll stay with you again!

The restarnt to have breakfast, it is terrible. Nobody know how to service for the guest. They misunderstand .they need to manage guest and the guest must follow their order. Who is the manager in there the manager also don't know how to training their staffs for.thenguest service. Dishes prepared in restarnt are not suitable suze and purpose. It's same as 3 stars hotel in Vietnam.

The manager in this hotel must get audit fir whole manager what are they do for the guest satisfy or they stealing the money for the guest service satisfy to make their own belly feel full.

Hands down, This is one of the best hotels in Hanoi. The staff is amazing, professional and friendly. They definitely kept us informed, about the fact that it’s a the Lunar New Year ( Year of the Dragon) celebration. Might affect opening time of the restaurants and other activities. Now, the rooms are very clean and well kept. Oh and did I mention, I loved the heated toilet seat 😂. The food is excellent and u can definitely expect to get excellent service too… The great location. Everything u need and more is at this hotel.. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again in the future…

The location was perfect when you don't want hustle bustle of the Old Quarter. The Club Team leaded by Quynh Anh was excellent in settling in my new surroundings. The complementary welcome \"Sunset Buffet\" was fantastic as no other hotel that has it. Also, the complementary \"Afternoon Tea\" was welcoming and convenient. All in all, Lotte was a great hotel - I:ll be back when I am in Hanoi.

Amazing stay in 5 star hotel. Very reasonably priced. Great bathrooms and view of Hanoi - we were on 52nd floor. Breakfast was not included in our rate and the buffet was 749,000VND per person so we opted for another choice down then street.
