Good for one day travelers

I would recommend this hotel for those one who needs a great place for a one day stay, for more than one day, i don't think is a great idea due to the distance to the city, especially if you are using a taxy.

Enquanto estávamos tomando café um moço muito simpático passou de mesa em mesa perguntando como estava sendo a estadia, se havia algum problema etc, e eu gostaria muito que todos os lugares fizessem isso! O Hotel é muito bem situado e tem um restaurante bastante bom no almoço e um desjejum farto. Na parte da tarde o serviço é pior e os preços saíram do controle. Quartos de frente para a rodovia deveriam ter isolação acústica e a governança piorou. Uma pena, pois os funcionários são muito atenciosos.

Foi maravilhoso!
Fomos a passeio, destino principal ao Beto Carrero e não tinha escolha melhor (hotel sem transfer, alugamos um carro do lado do Aeroporto de Navegantes). A comida é sensacional (tem churrascaria, loja de conveniência, comida de boteco, restaurante livre ou por quilo), o café da manhã incrível (aos domingos com café colonial - vale a pena consumir), estacionamento gratuito, funcionários muito simpáticos e cordiais, limpeza de quarto diária.
Reservamos com muita antecedência (5 meses antes), garantindo então um preço mais acessível.
Usufruimos também da sala de jogos que dava até pra pedir porção do bar do próprio hotel.
Fica localizado no meio da BR, mas não ouvimos quase nada dos carros e caminhões.
Hotel muito bem sinalizado, com várias placas na estrada e muito perto das cidades de Itajaí, Balneário Camboriú e Penha.
O único ponto que eu queria dar uma sugestão é colocar plaquinhas na comida (qual era a preparação) e indicação se há glúten e lactose, pois como alérgica tive dificuldades com certos alimentos pois não sabia o que eram.

Viagem a trabalho

Quartos confortáveis, mas poderiam deixa-los ainda mais com janelas de isolamento acustico, pelo menos nos quartos virados para a BR. Foi uma noite dificil de dormir com tanto movimento de veículos. Café muito gostoso, acomodações do hotel, num geral, muito boas.

Pecam demais no atendimento e limpeza

Chegamos no hotel na sexta um dia antes da reserva através de outra plataforma.
Nós hospedamos e solicitamos permanecer no mesmo quarto para evitar trocas.
No dia 1 quarto limpo, tudo certo.
Dia 02 chegamos e o quarto continuava com o aviso de arrumação porém sem nada ter sido feito, nem mesmo as toalhas de banho.
Dia 03 sai pela manhã e pedi ao recepcionista por favor para darem uma atenção ao nosso quarto pois não havia sido limpo nem trocado as toalhas, chegamos no hotel o quarto permanecia do mesmo jeito sem limpeza, sem recolher os lixos e sem trocar as toalhas.
Liguei na recepção e só trocaram as toalhas eu mesma fiz as demais limpezas necessárias.
No dia seguinte terca-feira saímos e pedimos novamente que tudo fosse limpo.
Chegamos da praia por volta de 15h e o quarto permanecia sujo sem ninguém aparecer por lá, tivemos que brigar e quando saímos do hotel para uma festa a noite então o quarto foi limpo.
Na quarta limparam o quarto e na quinta fizemos checkout.

Falta de respeito total com o cliente, já optamos pelo hotel devido as comodidades que este oferece, as quais não tivemos.

Gostamos muito da estadia no Hotel Estação 101. Acomodações limpas, café da manhã excepcional. Variedade muito grande de itens. O restaurante no hotel facilita muito, principalmente porque estávamos em um evento próximo, no salão de assembléias de Itajaí. O atendimento e gentileza de todo o pessoal se destaca. Fácil acesso, e vantagem do estacionamento dentro da área do hotel facilita muito, apesar de não ser coberto. Voltaremos com certeza.

Quarto grande, com cama super confortável, frigobar, chuveiro bem bom. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, tinha pouca opção de comida se comparado a outros hotéis, as frutas não estavam com aspecto bom (banana já estava preta). Valor da diária considerável se for analisar tudo.

Limpeza péssima!

Limpeza do banheiro péssima. Nítido que o banheiro nao via uma escova a tempos. Limo nas paredes, gordura no azulejo e no chão. Sujeira no registro de agua e na saída da ducha higiênica. Entendo ser um hotel \"beira de estrada\", mas limpar o banheiro é o mínimo. Vendo o estado do banheiro, fica a dúvida se a roupa de cama (edredom principalmente) é trocado para cada hóspede.

O hotel é muito bom! Café da manhã delicioso e bem variado.
Porém tivemos o azar da tv acabo não estar funcionando, pegando apenas canais abertos e da duchinha higiênica estar vazando e inundar nosso banheiro. Mas no geral hotel muito bom.

Quarto de quinta categoria. Cortinas arrebentadas que não dava p fechar, vazo sanitário sem funcionar e sem água fria na torneira da pia.
Corredor sujo, dando impressão nao aer limpo a muito tempo.
Apenas dois elevadores, e extremamente demorado.
Relatei no check-out os problemas, funcionário anotou telefone para gerência dar uma posição, porém uma semana se passou e nada de contato.
