Ao acessarmos o quarto, tivemos a desagradável surpresa de uma poça d’água no meio do local, devido vazamento da geladeira. A bacia do banheiro estava mal higienizada, com respingos visíveis do “número 2”. Ainda, o box de banho também apresenta sinais de má higienização, com acúmulo de mofo e lodo nos vidros.

O local nao tem funcionários suficientes, quarto e banheiro mofados, cafe da manha completamente desorganizado , sem reposiçao, higiene precária , mesas do cafe da manha sujas e sem funcionarios para limpar. Quando cheguei no cafeas 08:30 haviam 15 mesas livres , porem todas completamente sujas e nenhum funcionario limpando. Precisei avisar a recepção do hotel para que conseguissem encontrar alguem para limpar pelo menos uma mesa. Isso nao aconteceu e acabei tendo que tomar o cafe no loby do hotel.
Incrivel que contei 5 funcionarios dentro da cozinha, mesmo assim sem reposiçao do café ou serviço mínimo de higiene.
Levando em consideraçao a diaria de 590 reais que paguei para ese hotel, esperava o minimo de higiene e consideração.
Existem muitos hoteis melhores e com preços melhores na regiao.

O atendimento foi horrivel, a recepção que nos atendeu foi de péssima qualidade, super grosseiro, nada atencioso, a cama super dura, a claridade do ambiente não é boa, a localização do espelho poderia ser melhor, saimos do hotel para um passeio nas redondezas, e a entrega do quarto era as 12h, voltamos as 11:30h e nosso cartão do quarto já havia sido bloqueado e não nos foi avisado sobre isso, por ser nossa primeira vez ali, poderiam ter nos orientado ou nos informativos do quarto, terem nos orientados. Para passaeio não recomendo, talvez apenas para uma noite de negócios na cidade sim.

Sou cliente Ibis ha anos, ja estive em varios hoteis da rede no Brasil e no mundo e pela primeira vez fiquei insatisfeito. Tem varios pontos que me incomodaram, mas, para nao tornar esse texto longo, prefiro citar o principal que foi o pessimo estado do aparelho de ar condicionado, item de extrema necessidade para uma noite de verao em Itajai. Aparelhos antigos com ruido absurdamente alto e com uma performance de refrigeracao horrivel. Cito aparelhos no plural por ter solicitado para trocar de quarto por tres vezes e TODOS estavam na mesma situacao.
Espero que esta minha experiencia tenha sido uma exceção e que logo eu possa retornar aqui para tecer elogios como na maioria das vezes.

O hotel em si foi bom,o único problema foi o ar condicionado,que não estava funcionando e quando o técnico veio arrumar foi uns tapas pra cá uns tapas pra lá e enfim funcionou,mas ficou fazendo um barulho muito irritante,que de noite ficava insuportável más não reclamei mas acho que esse tipo de manutenção tem que ser feito ante de o hóspede a de entrar no quarto do hotel.

A vantagem de se hospedar em um Ibis é saber o que se pode esperar da estada. Hotel simples, mas com atendimento simpático e prestativo; quartos pequenos, mas que atendem a uma curta estada. Cama confortável. A desvantagem do banheiro é a ausência de vedação no box. O piso do banheiro inteiro fica molhado. Os vidros poderiam ser duplos para impedir o barulho vindo da rua. Pernoitamos no hotel para pegar um voo cedo saindo de Navegantes. O atendimento de Raíssa, bem como dos funcionários da manhã foi bastante cortès e solícito. Nada significativo para reclamar.

Decepcionado com o Hotel desta vez. Sempre me hospedo nos hotéis da rede, porém, essa vez o hotel falhou em diversos pontos. Ficamos hospedados 3 diarias e nosso quarto foi limpo apenas 1 vez e muito mal, creio que nem varrido foi pois havia areia no chão do dia anterior, os demais dias fiz reclamação na recepção e a resposta da atendente foi de que não havia camareira naquele horario.
