There is no plug for American devices- I had to go out and purchase an adaptor- when I stayed in other hotels there were adaptors and transformadores for free at the front desk

O atendimento da equipe foi satisfatória. O café dá manhã foi bom, dentro da expectativa. Quarto pequeno, sem armário e sem frigobar. Banheiro sem fechadura e o chuveiro saí pouca agua. Pelo valor, precisa melhorar a qualidade dos quartos, abaixo do esperado e de hotéis de outras redes.

Problemas com aquecimento do chuveiro, não aquecia, em horário de pico. Faz parecer que o hotel tem o sistema de aquecimento de água para banho insuficiente. O Ibis Budget fica devendo em comodidade, não há nem um lugar para deixar a mala, ou armário para roupas, ou frigobar. Deixa a desejar.

Péssima experiência no check-in. 40 min para realizar. As recepcionistas etam bastante educadas e pacientes, mas aparentemente o processo é burocrático ou estão despreparadas. Apenas 1 elevador para o hotel inteiro. Poucas recepcionistas. Aparentemente, parece enfrentar um problema de gestão.

Ótimo café da manhã e localização próxima ao centro. Tive sorte com o quarto, pois me informaram que os quartos não tinham frigobar, mas o meu tinha, além de um secador de cabelo. A única desvantagem é que fica um pouco longe da praia para ir a pé. A limpeza do apartamento também estava muito boa.

Nossa estadia foi perfeita. Ficamos 6 dias e tudo ocorreu bem, hotel sempre limpo e organizado, quarto com tudo funcionando perfeitamente, funcionários gentis. Minha única insatisfação foi em relação ao parcelamento, pois imaginei q poderia ser em até 10 vezes (o máximo foi 5).
Café da manhã bom boas opções, mas seguindo o msm cardápio todos os dias. Tinham opções de jantar e lanches no bar o que quebra um bom galho (valores um pouco à cima da média, mas o esperado de qlqr hotel).

Já havia me hospedado anos antes, qdo o café da manhã era pago a parte e não era tão diversificado. Atualmente, o café da manhã está incluso na diária e está excelente. As instalações continuam ótimas e tudo é muito limpo e cheiroso. Roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. O hotel tem instalações para até três pessoas, então, conseguimos vir com nosso filho e tem um ótimo custo benefício.

Achamos o quarto bem pequeno e a limpeza precária. Embaixo das camas era bem sujo e a eqyipe de limpeza nem sempre arrumava as camas, deixava apenas cobertas dobradas. Cafe da manhã bem básico e a louça mal higienizada. Estacionamento pago o que não era claro na publicidade. Não voltaria.

O Ibis buget é simples ideal para uma noite, se o preço estiver abaixo de 150 reais com café da manhã incluso. O quarto é pequeno e não há espaço para trabalhar e estudar com luz suficiente. Fora isso é excelente a cama e o banheiro.
