Only one thing let this hotel down. False advertising!! We booked expecting a dble and a single bed in our family room. What we got was a double and a single mattress on the floor.
My daughter is on the spectrum and had a meltdown about sleeping on it , neither my husband or I were happy about it either. We showed the gentleman on duty , our photo of the family room wed booked off their advertising. Said theyd never had a room with beds like that. Spoilt our stay.

The hotel is modern, with a very nice restaurant, Albert's, next door. But Albert's doesn't do breakfast, which is why I've given a low score - Hello gives you a 'grab & go' breakfast, which was OK, but not great.
However I cannot fault the cleanliness of my room or the bathroom; all the staff I met were very pleasant, and I would stay there again.

Stayed at the hotel after a late flight into Manchester. Easy check in with a friendly receptionist. Room was a great size. Tea and coffee facilities were good. Free bottles of water was appreciated. The bathroom was a good size and towels were great quality. Would recommend!

The bed was comfy and the windows pretty soundproofed. There was a decent selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room and two bottles of water, along with a mini fridge. Staff all helpful and friendly, cannot fault them.
The hotel was a bit tired in general, there were a few hairs in the bath which I picked out, and some orange staining on one towel. The door to the room/lock felt flimsy and like it could have opened with a big shove. The adjacent restaurant served food but the burger was a bit burnt in all honesty and yet the chips were underdone. The hotel could put slightly nicer toiletries in the room.
Overall I would stay again if visiting the same area without a car due to the convenience this hotel offered - close to bus stop. If looking for anything fancy I would go elsewhere.

Mediocre welcome at the reception. Lovely restaurant attached which was nicely decorated and the food food was good. Went out for breakfast locally so can't comment on that aspect of the stay. Rooms are very tired to be fair. Double bed was a zip together twin type which wasn't very comfortable. Strange smell of dampness in the bedroom which was not a great opener as we opened the door to the bedroom. Towels were poor quality and showing their age. Carpets are showing their age too and looked dirty throughout. It appears from a skip out the back that there may be a bit of a renovation ongoing in some of the hotel but not our room unfortunately.. Wouldn't rush back. For the money poor value I'd say. Saturday night was way above average and twice the price of the Friday but I'd say it was down to local demand and local events. Won't be back unless it's gutted. Overall just average!

We raised our concerns and went out for the evening , upon our return found a sheet of plastic covered by a couple of towels covering part of the carpet . The rest was uncovered and still wet . We arrived at 11.30am ahead of the Oasis concert, the man in the desk was very polite and helpful. We weren’t able to collect our key at this time but we were able to park and he offered to keep our bags to one side. He let us know we could still collect our key late after the gig. It’s next to a very busy road but we didn’t hear it at all in the night even with window open. I was very impressed by the bar and even the lobby offered hot drinks and grab and to breakfasts. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Could not hear the traffic from the main road so got a good night’s sleep. Grab and go breakfast was ready within a few minutes when we walked into reception in the morning. Downside was the TV was a bit old and knackered, there was about a 30 second delay from pressing the button t the tv responding. The space in the bathroom would have been better used would a walk in shower rather than a bath.

The hotel is just outside the city, close enough for us to get an Uber into Manchester. It is basic but clean enough, the staff were really friendly. On check-out day we were able to leave our car parked in the car park and take an Uber into Manchester, much more convenient, it was nice knowing the car was safe at the hotel. Breakfast was again basic, but served quickly and extremely politely by the guy on reception. Overall this hotel is perfect for a one night stay for business purpose’s.

I stayed here over other hotels in the area primarily based on price as the likes of premier inn were ~£20 more per night. However I would happily pay that and more not to stay here again. It's clearly low priced for a reason.
