Beside the hotel restaurant employees, their customer service and food was perfect. Farah hotel restaurant employees are amazing especially with the lead of the restaurant Manager Hassan who made our experience amazing..Thank you Hassan you’re the best!! Thanks to your team and chef.
Otherwise I had a bad experience at the check in very bad customer service, no clear communication. I called 4 days in a row before my stay to confirm my arrival to ask about upgrade options but I had no answer. At the arrival I stand at the front reception for a bit while 2 receptionists finishing their tasks but no one greeted me!! After that I was assigned a room that is absolutely not matching the description or the pic on Expedia reservation. Tried to negotiate but no results!
This is my second time at this hotel my first experience last year was much better. Not sure I will be back again!!

This property is far from the city centre and your stuck there if no taxi comes, which happens often and no one call you a taxi so your stranded there.
The room we had for two days was soaking in water outside the bathroom door and we complained several times and nothing was done. When we called reception for the numerous problems we had, we only ever got a response when we went to the front desk.

Hotel rooms were nice and ours had a nice view. We had some difficulty getting wash cloths, but that was our experience in our travels outside the US overall. Staff was very kind and gracious. Breakfast was good and there were nice views at the breakfast restaurant and by the pool. All the restaurants were not open but there were still good rating options. Not many vegan options, but there were some especially at breakfast. They were able to make accommodations at on of the restaurants that we went at the hotel. This may also be specific to the region.

I wouldn’t give even 2 stars property in very poor condition toilets smell and most toilet equipment broken i complained and they moved me to another toilet and it was even worse than the first one lifts broken most of the time and we had to use stairs

A hotel with a future

We had a total of two rooms booked. The welcome was very warm and friendly. Room keys were handed over to us immediately after we completed the documentation. However, much to the surprise of our friends Mr & Mrs Arun Pawar, they found their room to be used, unkept, dirty and certainly not ready for a new occupant. Faking that the hotel is full, after Mr Pawar demanded to speak with the Manager, they were provided another room. Obviously the hotel workers are yet untrained. But the location was very nice. And mde up for the lapse on the part of the check-in staff !

Nice hotel, but terrible shower. The shower head wouldn’t stay in place. So you had to turn the water off and on or hold the shower head. Unless you wanted a flooding bathroom, which indeed happen.

1) Hotel staff include the Manager very bad , they need training .
2) they paint rooms next to my room at 2am , all paint smell went to my room .
3) every day they provide the Bathroom towels very late

4) 1 day completely no water , other day no electricity other day no internet , I keep tell them I am expedia VIP they need to give me at least regular service , they really don't care , I stayed from Jun 1st to jun 18th room no 3018 .

5) My room include breakfast $100 USD for me , my wife and my son , I paid for it upfront and I swear I don't ask for any extra food , you believe or not they keeping charging me about $10 extra every day , I ask why ? their answered service charge . rip-off Hotel , they didn't care I am Expedia VIP customer , they didn't care about my son when they paint in the middle of the night , they didn't care they should give me a good service because I am American and I took reserved from them high price executive Room .

great views but not worth the price tag

It was a good hotel. I stayed at one of the bungalow suites. The view was wonderful.

One thing to note is that the continental breakfast was lacking in quality and did not include hot food. The room heating did not work well.

Nice location, nice Sea and city-view, the service are not really quality, depends on your luck with the staff some of them professional some are totally not (even rude). the hotel located far from every thing (market, mall, restaurant ==> nothing around but fitness center belong to the hotel) essential to have car or driver while staying here.

I would suggest an access to the beach to take advantage of swimming at the beach as well not only the swimming pool. Little far from the corniche restaurants and clubs.

Only come here if you want quiet dead atmosphere

Don't take room 1009, it's very noisy when u open the balcony door in the night, impossible to sleep sober. The food is disgusting, go to local restaurant. Breakfast is OK, just OK. It's 3* not 5* hotel. You can't swim in a bikini in any beach in tanger, too many locals looking like they want to eat you wife or girlfriend. There is no activities, there is not enough seats transats near the pool, they never have enough towels, don't give u napkins or tissues with ur drinks and food, unless u ask. The service is very low for the price. I would recommend to just get a plane flight rent a car it's cheap like 35£ per day, 3500 local money. And ride in every city there are people in the streets renting houses, or the company where u will rent cars have private villas with swimming pool with very competitive prices. I don't want to tarnish the reputation of this hotel, I had great fun with my wife In tanger and people are easily accessible to talk or whatever. It's just that we didn't have any fun in the hotel and the noise is crazy. The air
Cooler brings smells from the kitchens sometimes it's strong. And the shower blows hot water then within 2 minutes becomes cold then hot hot again it's horrible.

You Have To Go

The only downside of this wonderful hotel was that the main pool was out of action. Not a huge problem in March but would have liked to have known in advance. They do have another one, by the way, but its hidden beside a number of villas and not exactly 5 star. Excellant staff, friendly, happy and helpful.
If you do go make sure you eat in the Morrocan restaurant as they serve some of the best food we have tasted anywhere in the world.
Tangiers is going through a massive face lift with huge investment. The people where lovely and the medina great fun.

Very nice hotel

Hotel close to the beach, but far from the town centre. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to take you to the town centre, but you have to take a taxi, to bring you back.
The staff are very friendly, and helpful.
Good buffet breakfast.
Overall a very pleasant experience.

We stayed during Ramadan and so it was quiet with us being the only ones for breakfast which was continental style and OK. Room and staff were good but hotel is good 5 minute taxi ride from centre although taxis are cheap. Did not eat in reastaurant except breakfast. All in all a please t one night stay although Tangiers in not for us

Séjour décevant.
Les bungalows proposés par l’hôtel et indiqués comme accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite se trouve en dehors de l’hôtel. L’accès à ces bangalows est impossible pour une personne à mobilité réduite, à cause des nombreuses marche à monter.
Nous étions obligé d’accepter une chambre dans l’hôtel, qui vaut la moitié du prix du bungalow que nous avons payé, pour permettre l’accès à une personne à mobilité réduite.
Le service client de hôtels.com est décevant, aucune solution trouvé , puis aucune réponse.
Nous avons payé un séjour dans un bungalow (75 m2l et nous nous sommes trouvé dans une chambre de 40 m2 qui vaut la moitié du prix de notre réservation.

Etablissement merveilleux avec une vue surprenante

Etablissement somptueux placé sur les hauteurs de la ville. La chambre avec vue sur mer a été pour nous un pur régal ! Le personnel a été d'une gentillesse irréprochable du début à la fin. Nous tenons tout particulièrement à remercier Aya et Brahim qui ont été très réactif et très professionnel pour nous trouver une chambre dès 13:00 afin que nous puissions déposer nos affaires ! La piscine est magnifique avec une vue surplombant la mer. Je recommande cet hôtel idyllique et son personnel chaleureux les yeux fermés.
J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion d'y revenir un jour !

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, personnel du restau très gentils et volontaires avec mention spéciale à Mr Sohaib, Mr Hassan et la dame qui prépare les msmen, crêpes....
2 grandes piscines une avec ambiance et une super calme.
Par ailleurs aucun rapport qualité prix. Vieux équipements, pas propre, il faut toujours réclamer pour les serviettes et ça m'est arrivée d'attendre plus de 2h en relançant trois fois pour en avoir.
Beaucoup d'instects et d'arraignées dans l'appart.
Accès aux bongalows avec beaucoup de marches et pas éclairé, compliqué pour personnes âgés et avec bagages car personne ne nous a accompagné pour nous montrer ou c'est ni pour nous aider à ramener nos bagages .
Malheureusement, très déçus de notre expérience !!

It was a horrible stay, I paid for bungalow and it is more expensive but it was so bad . Inside was worn up and no towels until I called them and there were a LOT of bugs, defenetly no five star hotel
First night I could not sleep because there were bug which did a Loud noise so in the morning I told them to change to a normal double but they refused even that bungalow were more expensive
Girl in reception had a bad attitude and was so cold and would help and ignored me totally so watch out for this hotel and please Hotels.com the pictures on the webside is really not like in real

Impossible de se doucher sans mouiller le parterre car pas d'isolement des douches tout se mouille.
Chambres faites apres 17:00 et oubli des serviettes a chaque fois.
Pour aller au cabanon pas d'acces direct oblige d'enlever les talons

je ne recommande a personne d y aller à cet hôtel , j’ai passé le nouvel an la bas avec ma sœur , j’ai pris un bungalow
1- ils m’ont donné un dans le dernier bout de l’hôtel dont la porte ne se clôture pas ainsi le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionne pas .. après deux réclamations à la réception , ils nous ont envoyé un technicien qui n’arrivait pas à le clôturer donc ils nous ont changé de bungalow avec un autre plus pire .. le canapé était plein de trous de cigarettes , et la surpuise sur le gâteau , la lumière s’est coupé , j’ai appelé le service de réception , la première fois m’a répondu que c’est du à la carte , j’explique au monsieur que la carte de la chambre est branché , il me réponds par merci de ressayer encore une fois .. environ 20 min , la lumière n’est pas retournée . Là quand je lui ai rappelé . Ou es le technicien ? Il me répond avec froideur .. normalement la lumière doit se retourner .. quand j’ai explosé à lui au téléphone .. ensuite il envoie un technicien et ils nous ont changé vers un autre bungalow .. ce dernier était bien , il m’as dit que c’est rénové .. mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi le monsieur des la première ne checke pas les états des chambres avant les distrubuer .. ensuite celui-là aussi le télécommande de la télé ne fonctionne pas .. je suis parti à la réception , je demande à la réception , vous pourriez svp régler ça . Y avait une dame brune .. elle me répond en froideur ok j’envoie quelqu’un .. personne n’est arrivé ..

La chambre devait avoir une vue sur la baie et 48 mètres carrés de superficie
J’ai malheureux constaté que c une chambre plus petite avec vue sur le parking et une vue partielle sur la mer mais pas la baie de Tanger qui est de l’autre côté.
Je suis descendu à l’accueil mais en vain. Un commercial est venu me voir pour m’expliquer que l’hôtel était complet et qu’il fallait appeler avant.
La soirée à minuit il y avait encore bcp de bruit au bar de l’hôtel, je n’ai pas pu dormir que grâce aux stops bruit…
Tjrs la même chose avec les hôtels; on n’obtient pas ce qu’on veut…

Je confirme tout les avis que nous avons lus auparavant. Incompétence, nonchalance, accueil froid, indifférence face à nos problèmes. En arrivant le bungalow n’était pas prêt pour quatre, il n’y avait pas de draps ni de serviettes, le badge d’entrée ne fonctionnait pas, pas de wifi, pas de télécommande de clim et pas de solution avant le lendemain.
J’ai également été choqué par la saleté des jardins autour des bungalow et de la piscine c’est honteux de laisser autant de déchets traîner.
Les seuls choses positives à souligner sont le personnel du petit déjeuner et la vue magnifique sur la mer depuis les piscines.
Ce n’est clairement pas le niveau d’un 5 étoiles et c’est vraiment cher payé pour cela.
Dommage vu la situation il y’a un potentiel intéressant pour cet hôtel !!
L’accueil à la marocaine c’est plus que c’était:-(
