Bed for two adults very small , room very small, towels are very old and smell not good, bathroom shower no door, shampoo look like a dish soap, it's different than what you see in pictures .
Carpet in the whole way is old dirty damaged.
I don’t recommend this hotel I learned my lesson pay extra $10 and get something clean and more comfortable.

Sadly there was no AC for the hotel and I couldn’t open the window for the insects so it wasn’t the best. Otherwise it was lively as a hotel. The pool felt warm for October.

The hotel was just acceptable but less than average. The location was good, but many other things were not. I arrived there around 13:40, which was 20 minutes before check-in time. The receptionist asked us to wait for a few minutes until the room is ready. After waiting an hour, I went to the desk to ask again, but he had forgotten about me. Anyway, I completed the check-in and went to my room, but the door was open and the room upside down. I went back to the reception, and they told me to wait again until they fix that room. When they finished the room and went to it, the room had a small bed not the queen bed I requested and paid for. I was annoyed at that time, yet very tired. So, I just accepted that without complaining. The WiFi was terrible. It didn't work most of the times, and it was very slow when it worked. The AC was very weak and barely cooling when it at the maximum.

Great place to stay in Tangier, safe

The hotels is in a quiet part of tangier with few people begging outside. The location is good and within walking distance to the Tangier Mall and the Red Bus Line if needed. The service was fine and the hotel was comfortable and quiet. The hotel also had a great restaurant downstairs which I enjoyed each day. The only negative I had was that the windows are huge and hard to open and when you do open them sometimes you can smell sewage at the nearby river.

The longest checking line ever... these guys are crazy, specially the reception stuff they slow or she is slow coz there is only one girl in the reception dealing with thens of customers... that was our check-in
But for checkout there was other girl and she was very rude.

The smell in the room is terrible... it was like it is closed for years... just terrible hotel specially the stuff.

Won't recommend at all!!! I have tried to contact the hotel (booking department and the Reception) multiple times before our arrival and I didn't receive any respond whatsoever - total lack of professionalism and care. Breakfast not included which is ridiculous. Dirty swimming pool and disable airco in the room.

First of all we booked the hotel because it was Ramada hotel
Safety standard is zero=open doors to
-suicide opportunitie You can easily balance yourself or roommate any item from higher floor
Windows open to the inside of the room =you loose space
-No windows screen which make additional insects and Muskidos welcome in for free bites

smoke smell while sleeping all night
Bathroom toilets doesn’t flash
Room service always absent
No tap water you have to buy water
Tips : request to see the room and try the bed
before checking in it is very important you won’t be deplsapointed
The only good positive news you can leave you league for storage for unlimited time even if you don’t stay there
Best recommendation is to book one night and keep looking I
-Staff are very nice and friendly but not professional at all
-Very safe area
-if you come from Spain by boat make sure the CAB is only 10 Dirham we got ripped of for 40 Durham when it is walking distance and very safe
People can ripe you off if you don’t be careful

Not best but good hotel, good value for money

Overall not a bad hotel in terms of value for money and location. Close to tangier train station, city mall and bus stops. There are so many nice cafes and restaurants around the hotel location that you can get all sorts of dietary requirements fulfilled at any time of the day within a few minutes walk. The promenade is close by and good for a nice walk. Hotel staff very helpful, I haven’t tried the in-house dining so cannot comment as we were more interested in the local food / breakfasts/ lunches / dinners served at outside cafes. Cleanliness level is satisfactory but needs further improvement. Rooms / showers are a bit on the smaller size although value for money and part of big hotel chain is a plus.

NIce clean comfortable and quiet hotel, about 5 minutes walk from Tangier Ville railway station and a couple of minutes from the beach/seafront. Good facilities, tea/coffee although internet connection a bit slow.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights and i had a bad experience overall . My First night the wifi was not working and the drain was clogged , second night the hotel had a weeding until 3 am in the morning. Plus they had a problem with the electricity so i coudn't charge my phone or turn on the AC. My advice please stay away from this hotel .

Hotel staff barely spoke English. My partner and I were changed rooms as neighbours complained of TV volume. Given crap excuse of our whole floor being exterminated for pests as reason for room change- however no one else was moved rooms. Hotel very stingy with towels. Room service does not change sheets- left feeling dirty. Very rude hotel staff who refuse to communicate in basic English.

My girlfriend and I finally booked this Ramada after staying at Riads for the past several days, since I wanted something nice, clean, new, and modern. This hotel was exceptional for the price we paid (under $40/night). It appeared brand new, with nice appliances in the bathroom and hotel room.

Points:
No included breakfast.
Gated parking lot, as well as some street parking
Construction nearby (didn't bother us), slight sewage smell close by (but not in hotel)
Not much to do within close walking distance (would recommend a car)
Many WiFi routers throughout with strong signals, the one on the floor was not working properly however (probably can be fixed easily)
No shower door so water did get into the bathroom floor somewhat (Moroccan style?)
The swimming pool was under construction and had no water in it

Nice clean comfy hotel near beach, as advertised

As soon as you come to the hotel you are greeted with a warm smile. Both Ridouan and Sara were both very friendly and helpful. Ridouan went the extra mile, he helped me in terms of places to go, see and visit.
Simple and humble - great person indeed. To be honest I had only booked for 3 days however ended up staying for 6 and only extended because of Ridouan. I had been to some of the other hotels in the town centre and the staff there were 'not as friendly to put it mildly'. The hotel has all the usual conforms, wont mentioned. Do take a travel iron / or normal iron as I've had problems where you pay for Ironing as there is no iron for use in most hotels. There is a uk 3 pin plug which is excellent news no need for one of those international adapters. Cant speak about the food in hotel as I ate breakfast outside in local places. For the price you pay, you get excellent value for money and service and attention with a smile. For me, that is priceless irrespective if there is a more expensive hotel closer to the town centre. If you want to goto the town centre, its not far. Its about a 9 min walk to the corniche (beach area opp Macs) and then a short 10/15 min walk to the town centre or you can get a petit taxi (small taxi) which is reset when you get in and so timed travel. It will only cost you about 10 Dirhams to get to centre of town, traffic pending which is less than a £1, bargain. Dont get the big taxi's (grand taxi, yellow old Mercs) they charge you a bomb.

Worst nightmare

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. We reached hotel in the evening 30. august. Receptionist girls did not speak a word in English. They did not let us check in because we did not have marriage certificate with us. Hotel holded us outside for hours untill my mother emailed marriage certificate. In the room the bathroom door was defect and my wife was locked in for one hour before I could open the door. It was like horror. No toilet paper, no service. Bathroom did not have hot water and aircondition never worked. We got spoiled our holidays. I ask others at stay away from the hotel.

A physically decent hotel in a fair location (can walk to the ocean side, but city center very far away and no shops close to the hotel). Tiny, crammed rooms and bad staff service (long lines at front desk) along with unscrupulous taxi drivers made our stay less than ideal.

This is a new hotel near the train station but a long way from the town centre.

The facilities are excellent with swimming pool, bar, internet and restaurant.

Be careful of the breakfast police if it is not included in your package as I was hounded to pay for it even before putting a morsel in my mouth. Best to take something with you and eat in your room as tea/coffee are provided as is a kettle.

The staff at reception were so helpful and got us an EnglisH speaking person to help us get a safe English speaking grande taxi organized for a two hour visit from Tangier. The driver was such a good driver and believe me youneed a good one on those roads so many crazy drivers. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel.

A Solid Value

I booked a 2 bed, pool view non-smoking room. When I arrived I was given a double bed- no view. When I asked to be changed I got 2 beds, smoking with view of the HVAC system. Luckily it did not smell of smoke until the middle of the night. Rooms were clean. Place is hard to find and surrounded by construction, but it the mattresses were comfortable, the shower powerful and hot and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool looked nice and clean. Breakfast was about $10 US (not included) and was very nice.

Terrible Manager and Inexperienced Staff

Although hotels.com has charged me for the room as it was prepaid and in spite of showing the manager the email from hotels.com, he refused to use it and insisted that the hotel did not recieve anything and as such I have to pay. I was forced to pay for the second time for the same room!! Room was too small as well.

Der Check in - war wirklich lang und katastrophal. Wir bezogen das erste Zimmer. Gardinen hatte große Risse, Boden war kaputt, Holzleisten standen ab. Zu dem lief das Wasser nicht ab und das Fenster ging nicht zu schließen, was der Hauptgrund eines anderen Zimmers war. Dort war es muffig, Vorhang hang herunter, abstehende Holzleisten waren mit Bauschaum gefüllt - aber es war wenigstens ruhig. Kaffeestation/Wasserkocher, wie angepriesen, ist nicht in jedem Zimmer verfügbar, Kaffee wird nicht nachgefüllt. Die Zimmerreinigung ist eine Katastrophe, dreckige Tassen bleiben stehen, geputzt wird nur das nötigste. Karten für die Tür gehen jeden Tag nicht mehr, so dass man immer wieder zur Rezeption muss. Das so gut bewertete Frühstück, ist nicht nach vollziehbar. Es gab eine Sorte Saft, beim Kaffeeautomat ging nur die Hälfte der Getränke. Ei war grau und wässrig, Joghurt und die Hälfte vom Obst war leer, auf Nachfrage hieß es alles alle usw. und das für ein Frühstück für 8 € p.P.
