LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA. NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUI! ES TERRIBLE!! tuve un accidente con una tinta para zapatos y se mancho la sabana de dos gotitas. Me cobraron $790 pesos por las sabanas que claramente eso no cuestan y de todas formas accedi a pagarla. Les pido que me den la sabana que les habia pagado y me dicen que no, que ese es el costo por llevar la sabana a un lugar especializado de limpieza. CLARAMENTE FUE UN ROBO

Considero que este lugar es muy agradable en cuanto a las amenidades que ofrece, el hecho de qué ofrezcan una chimenea para calentarte en la noche y qué la primer “braza” de leña sea cortesía es bueno, el agua es tibia y de buena temperatura; Sin embargo la “braza” es de cerca de siete leñas y te piden de manera explícita una propina para quien enciende la leña, las habitaciones son amplias pero hay que tener mucho cuidado cuando se reserva por aplicación, por qué te dan la habitación que ellos desean y no la elegida. Considero que el personal tiene mucha área de oportunidad para el trato con el cliente, ya que no ofrece ningún tipo de solución a alguna situación no controlada o emergencia para con el cliente. El desayuno continental es de lo más raquítico e insuficiente, por lo que hay que pedir un platillo adicional de la carta y a pesar de estar incluido un desayuno, este no es suficiente. También el personal no tiene la capacitación necesaria para la atención de clientes, ya que se ofrecen diversos servicios y a la mera hora estos son cancelados por alguna situación de qué el personal se tuvo que retirar de las instalaciones para atender algún asunto personal; Por ejemplo en mi estancia tuve la necesidad de cenar en las instalaciones del hotel, se me confirmó que el servicio era hasta las 20 horas y me hicieron una llamada cerca de las 18:30 para indicarme que el cocinero se retiraba porque no alcanzaba transporte público.

Realice la reservación con desayuno y cuando hice el check-in resulta que no estaba incluido. El cobro lo realizaron horas antes que llegara al hotel, tenía entendido que sería hasta el check-in eso no me agrado porque cuando llegó el aviso al cel. Decía la mansión y me sorprendió
