Area can be noisy. Especially when Bona are being emptied at midnight and I takes around 1.5 hours!

Perfectly located and helpful pleasant staff. Unfortunately no iron which was quite annoying but certainly didn’t impact on our stay. At night the hotel was a little noisy, not guests or traffic not sure where the noise was coming from. On the whole great hotel fir the price we paid

This hotel is beautifully situated in a nice part of the Costa - not far from the beaches of Marbella and Porto Banus, but free from the \"seediness\" of both. It is much more of a Spanish town than the other British dominated areas. The hotel is nothing special but it's bang in the right place.

Very good location , within casco viejo De San Pedro , 10 minute walk to a long beach plus surrounded by good eating establishments of all denominations and cost .
Enjoyed the fact that one can be in the centre of everything or enjoy the views from the private patio.

This is the off season so not as busy. The walls are thin so it would be noisy if hotel was full. Also you have no control of A/C or heat. They only thing you can do is turn off or on. I had to get a fan (which they borrowed because they don't have) to keep the room cool. You can open balcony door for fresh cool air but to noisy. Parking is 12 euros a day. The hotel is in a good location and the staff was great. WiFi worked great.

I enjoyed my short stay at the hotel in San Pedro in mid December. Staff were very helpful and friendly.Everything was clean. Location was in the centre of San Pedro within east reach of the old town all amenities and the beach. I was allocated a 5th floor room with a balcony and enjoyed the breakfast included. Negative factors, very hard mattress, poor sound deadening in the room in what was a converted office block and worn floor in the bedroom

We booked a suite because i needed to work. We had to move from the first room on the 5th floor because of a continual buzzing noise, making it difficult to sleep. There was no problem with moving. The internet in the second room on the first floor was so slow it wasn't useable. However, the guy on reception confirmed it worked there. He was confused when i suggested moving the bed and desk from the room into reception ? We had travelled back from the UK staying in various hotels without complaint. It's a shame this being the last is a good hotel let down by small problems.

very central right bang in the middle of a square. cafes, bars and restaurants all at a couple minutes walk. safe, police around. events for all. beach close by. i would recommend the Hotel Managers consider a rooftop pool, that would take the hotel to the next level and the eating area by reception needs a little va va voom 😊

Bathroom was very small and very tight for anyone larger than a Pigmy! Should remove the bidet (does anybody use them anyway?) to make more space. Otherwise, overall good value for money. San Pedro is a nice town with many bars and restaurants.

Hotel in the heart of San Pedro

The hotel is perfect for a hotel in a town centre. A lot of building work going on down the bottom of the main area of the high street but you couldn’t hear any of it with the door to the balcony closed, and we faced on to the Main Street. The staff are so friendly and breakfast is one of the best i’ve Seen in Spain. Very continental but that’s how it should be but bacon or sausage was available along with scrambled egg. I can’t recomend this place highly enough.

Winter break in Andalucia

The hotel is centrally situated in the town of San Pedro and is about a 15 minute walk to the coast. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby although many of them close during the winter months. We recommend Barbulla just across the road for tapas. This is a budget hotel but the rooms are very clean and we had everything we needed. The young man on reception was very helpful when we needed help or directions. The buffet breakfast catered for everyone. There is an underground car park next to the hotel and guests can get a discounted price (currently 12 Euros per 24 hours). Get a card from reception before you park and have the convenience of paying for parking at the hotel.

Great place for a romantic getaway

With a magnificent looking room and a great rooftop bar, we couldn't ask for more checking in to the place.

Area was super under construction so made ir hard to get to but we found some nice restos around.

We missed breakfast so cannot make a comment on it, however, i wound 100% stay there again.

Clean and decent for the price

I would recommend the hotel for a short clean stay. I stayed here after flying in after midnight and checked out early. The breakfast was so delicious! And included in my rate. It was very clean. You can hear people in the hallways. It does seem like a hourly hotel in some way. It was still pretty nice. I only stay in 4 or 5 star hotels and am VERY PICKY but this was a decent short stay.

This was a small hotel. There was construction at the enterance of hotel that made the area quite dirty. It looked so different with the picture and the reality. But the roof top bar was very nice and the rooms were clean as other NH hotels. Also, the breadkfast is good as well.

Nice, can be noisy. No climate control

Our first night we could not sleep as the people in another room (3-4 people?) talked continually and talked loudly and all at the same time (is this normal in Spain?). We thought we'd run the fan and set the controls accordingly but all this did was bake us in our beds -- temp getting to what must have been 30 degrees in the room despite the 'a/c' setting being set! The choice became 1) listen to the loud (and I mean constant - at top of the lungs strength) conversation all night long, or slowly roast if using the fan to 'white-noise' it out. The second night we moved away from those people and actually got some sleep. The breakfasts were very good and the rooms are otherwise fine.

A well run comfortable town hotel. No comfortable chairs in room to sit on but beds very comfortable as was the bedding. Small balcony was good but weather was not too good for most of the week!!! Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and staff all very good.

Third or fourth time we stayed. It was a bit noisy at night. As we stayed for a week the breakfast became boring. I went out for beans on toast with fried egg on three mornings. Tea making facilities in the room would be a big plus.Staff were excellent.

A great place to stay.

This is a tidy, well placed hotel, perfect as a base for exploring the Costa Del Sol from Marbella to Gibraltar. A car park is adjacent to the building. Or if you don't want to pay for parking, it is free on the south side of the boulevard. There is a breakfast buffet, which is varied and plentiful, but no restaurant. There are, however, many restaurants close by. It could do with having tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. The only real con for this hotel is that the much vaunted roof terrace is closed from October through to March. That said, I would recommend this hotel.

Took a short walk down town, did a little shopping (prices were good), went out to dinner at great restaurant recommended by the front desk, breakfast was a good European style buffet, took a short trip to watch a Bullfight, went to the beach to enjoy the sun and great weather. Really enjoyed the area.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is great. Location is great. The beach is within walking distance. You can walk to puerto banus... (similar to Monte Carlo with its glitzy cars and boats) There is exercise equipment outdoors in the park next to the beach in san pedro. Nice beach clubs and good restaurants everywhere. Weather was very nice in May. Lots of people from scandinavia, UK and Belgium. Some of the tourists come only for the weekend just to get some sun and have some fun..

Beautiful view from the balcony room.

Great breakfast options. Simple but perfect for what we wanted. Great location. No tv but we didnt need it. Only thing is in the summer might be nice to have a small fridge but didn't need it for our short stay. Overall really impressed.
