The cabin was not level. If you opened a door it would close as you walked through. The beds in bed 2 were on a slope. The bed in bed 1 was like laying on a concrete slab it was so hard. The lady at reception was no very friendly. The setting was ok. Oh and why would a cabin for 4 only have enough dishes and cutlery for 3? No I didn’t have to use all the dishes etc, I just wondered why. I probably wouldn’t book there again

Great place for a stop over and launching pad. The road is quiet busy and can get nosy with traffic and hoons on the weekend, but the park itself was quiet and sedate.
There is a shopping centre only a few minutes walk away and the majority of Shepparton was only a couple minute drive away.

Quiet night despite its proximity to the riverside plaza. I did not see the River though. So it’s not really a Riverside stay.

Great location and throughly enjoyed my stay with my young family. Only issue - there was a large amount of teenagers screaming and yelling at 11:00pm and riding motorbikes around. I have a young family that were woken and my wife messaged the park about it on Facebook and never got a reply as the phone line just rung out

Overall, nice clean accommodation. Very friendly staff.
Main bedroom very small with no room for overnight bags. Travelling as a couple we asked for access to the second bedroom, as it was locked. We were then able to use the bottom bunks for our luggage. Bbq area and pool looked nice and clean unfortunately it was too cold to swim.

The cabin had a really offensive cooking smell almost to the point of nausea. For the price it was not okay. Each time we entered the cabin after being out it was there. It was cold and we were three seniors but had to open all the windows to try and get rid of it.

Great overnight stop

Our family cabin was a spacious, warm place to overnight on a bitterly cold Shepparton evening. Staff were excellent, providing us a place to park our trailer, in view of a surveillance camera and without having to detach. As an added bonus, the trailer was reversed into position for me. Staff members also took time to chat to us after arrival and before leaving the next morning - we were really made to feel welcome.

The cabin was well located, far enough from the main road to enable us to forget it was there. Facilities inside were excellent - a very good, well equipped kitchen and full linen and blankets.

It was a short walk to Coles supermarket for meal supplies (and take-away shops for our fast-food addicted family member). As our stay was short, we didn't have time to explore the park facilities which looked good.

Should we need to overnight in Shepparton again, this will be our preferred location. Highly recommended.

We had the best time with our 2 grandchildren . The cabins were so clean and spacious with very comfy beds & good bathroom & good kitchen . The pool was a great attraction for all, with fantastic BBQ area beside the pool. The managers were so obliging and the park is an absolute credit to them, well maintained gardens and facilities. The park is beside a good shopping centre and would take 2 minutes to walk from your cabin. Can definitely recommend the Riverside cabin park.

Great cabin park

I had a great time and it had everything we needed. The price was amazing. My ONLY complaint would be the ants. I would recommend people put food in air tight containers! And also make sure your toothbrushes are well protected! The ants were everywhere with in a couple of hours and it took me over an hour to clean everything
