Maintenance needs to be done in room 6. We could not get in to our room on the second night. The key would not turn. Concerned that if we used too much force it would break key in lock. Tried to ring after hours, no response till next morning. Lucky people staying in accommodation assisted and we got it opened. Regular upkeep of rooms needs to be number one priority, other wise you will not get continued business.

Staff were good, the room could do with a little bit of updating, they need a longer shower curtain as water from the shower ended up all over the floor and made the floor extremely slippery my husband nearly fell over, the tea towel provided had more holes in it and looked so tatty also the cleaners should clean the back of the tv it was so dusty I only know because I couldn't get rid of Foxtel to view normal tv it was so annoying, but the bed was comfortable.

We checked in and immediately felt unsafe - there were a few shady people hanging around the car park right outside our room. When we entered, the carpet was filthy with what looked like fresh stains, the bathroom was dirty with black mould, and the furniture was old and in desperate need of an update. The overall condition of the room was completely disgusting.

We decided to leave straight away. While the hotel did give us a full refund, it left us without accommodation for the weekend during a major event when everything else was fully booked.

Very disappointed. This place is poorly maintained and not at all as advertised.

Room was spacious and whilst dated, was clean and well presented. We were provided with a toaster and crockery which was very helpful. Staff were friendly.
Only downside was we were in room 1 which is closest to the main road, so there was quite a bit of traffic noise.

The room was really spacious which was great. Having a microwave and crockery was also really helpful. The only downside was the bed was too hard and had very flat pillows. It needs a cushioned mattress topper.

Enjoyed our stay, thank you. Some shaded area near pool for parents to sit when children in pool would make it a bit more enjoyable

The staff were friendly and accommodating the issue was the cleanliness and the noise from other guests. My daughter and I woke up at 1230am to a man having a conversation with someone else whom was on loudspeaker outside our bedroom door. I did call the hotel but I didn’t hear anything back from them but this was probably due to the hour which I called.
If you value your sleep I’d suggest alternative accommodation.

10/10 it is my favourite motel so far. The lovely receptionist that greets you on check in and looks after you during your stay is a highlight. She got everything I asked for instantly, and even made our room available to us so we could stay for longer at the motel. The best part is you never got harassed during any part of the day by any other staff. You felt safe, it was quiet and for once i felt comfortable to use the pool and spa and could leave and go the shops, knowing my room was locked and safe. Even to just ask for extra towels or for toiletries, more milk...anything you needed was done, without any judgment or dirty looks from the staff that usually occur when you stay else where. It was homely and we would love to stay as long as we can here and will be definitely recommending this hidden place to everyone back in Perth. The spa bath in room 1 is amazing, first time 2 tall adults can actually fit comfortably and the aircon was always set perfect. Very Clean, No complaints at all!

Big room with all amenities. TV was not working but we were out most of the time so it didn't bother us much.

Booking was easy and we booked on the afternoon we were arriving. Late check in was easy to organise and staff were friendly. Room was well setup for a family with everything we needed.and very clean.
Only downside was remote didnt work for the tv and no curtain in the kids room.
Close to shops.

Very clean, very quiet. Plenty of room for the whole family. Only fault is the tv was very difficult to turn on and the volume wouldn’t increase. Was very quiet and you could hardly hear it. Otherwise fantastic stay. Will be staying here again.

Bed was very uncomfortable and needs replacing. Springs squek when you roll.
Curtains were half hanging off. Area under stairs could do with a good clean.

Very basic as expected. Bed ok and rooms decent size. Heating in all 3 rooms didn't cope, even at highest setting, and bathrooms in particular were cold. One room only had one blanket with no spares. Two out of 3 rooms did not have milk provided for coffee or tea.

Bed was shocking. Slept in many Motels working away and It’s not often you’re jabbed by springs in the back.

Good old fashioned motel with some good modernisation in kitchen and bathroom and streaming services on tv.

Larger than usual kitchen area with a kitchen sink and useful cupboard space and food preparation area. Ideal to reduce the cost of dining out and takeaway when travelling.
A lot of trucks nearby in the mornings but the noise was not too bad.
