Check in was a joke I didn't receive any emails re check in codes etc. Got there and reception was closed. Called the number on the page no one answered so I left a message stuck on the window. Anyway after 15 minutes a lady appeared and we checked in. Then to find our apartment was another story as we had to go to the next street. there was no clear signage anywhere. Eventually after about 15 minutes of searching we found it. The apartment was clean and neat no probs with it maybe just the stairs at the front door very awkward I feel over carrying my night bag
Jill

Nice bed, clean kitchen. Good staff.

The room location was weird to say the least. You are not in the main gate. You drive to the street behind and the room is in a complex we drive a RAM so driving up the side to park out back was tight to say the least. Our room was right on and looking at the neighbors car port we were woken up with the neighbor using his power tool we went happy. Don't stay if you want something relaxing because this isn't it. Also got ripped off when booking on Expedia it shows you US amount but charged aus wasn't happy

While I appreciated the complimentary snacks and water, there was no milk for a morning beverage and as I was leaving early, I was unable to contact reception.
Sarah
Our one bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and very quiet and comfortable.
Anthony
Very clean room. Reliable bookings. Great location.
Julie
It was comfortable. Power points were in useful places. Only complain is that the fridge did not work well enough to freeze an Esky bottle, even on coldest setting. Otherwise, good.

Check in was very slow. It seemed to take the receptionist a long time to access details from the computer. I was one of three people waiting in the reception area. The receptionist wasn't welcoming or confident. I was asked to write my driver's license number on the check in form. Why is this required? I have stayed here many times, and I have never been asked to provide this. I travel a lot for work and stay at many hotels and have never been asked to give this detail. I asked the receptionist why it was needed, she said it was on the new computer system.
Terry
No complaints ..Staff very efficient… clean surroundings….

Great check in process, very friendly and welcoming. Appreciated the complimentary chocolates and chips on arrival. Excellent location and spacious family room.
Anne
Great location and comfortable bed. We had a late check-in, while we easily accessed our key there was no further information provided. We had to make another phone call to find our room. (Actually in Maude Street)
There were several light globes out in our room and it could have been cleaner (smeared mirrors, marks on walls and cobwebs). It would he useful for a five night stay to have more than one towel each.

Apartment. Another street from motel. Not very appealing from outside but great on inside. Quiet and we walked into town about 15 mins
Bielly
Perfect for my short stay
Bernard
Check in process after hours was appalling

Central location appreciated
Great place to stay, central, comfortable friendly staff and the spa was welcome. Only issue was the TV had to be turned on and off at the power point each time and it wasn't easy to access.
Alison
Bad nights sleep
We had a terrible night. Although the bed and pillows were very comfortable, we heard the people in the next room clearly through the walls and the curtains did not keep out the light. It was like daylight at 4:30am. Also the internet was very poor. It dropped in and out.
Robert
Very pleasant place to stay
Rajeev
Overall experience was good.
William
Extremely clean and comfortable room
Kristie
This was a good overnight stop. There were a few cosmetic things that could be fixed mainly holes in the sheer curtains.
Room was clean and comfortable, only issue was how long the hot water took to get hot.
I would stay here again

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. The room was very clean and fresh. Not cramped either. It was a cold night and there was a heater in the bedroom as well as the living area. TV in living area and lounge. Cooking facilities were clean and pots, cutlery and crockery clean and sufficient. Bed was very comfortable, and a spare blanket was provided. Check in was friendly and efficient. I have had some stays of late in Shepparton and have had some dirty hotel rooms. Finally nice to find one that I was very happy with. Definitely staying here again.
Ross

Comfortable motel unit
Nice comfortable and spacious motel unit. We were disappointed that there was no microwave as was shown in the photos on the booking site. Would rate the room higher if it included a microwave.

Great little apartment, a short walk into central Shepparton. Had everything I need for a week stay.
George
Confirmation of booking. Neat, tidy and clean.
peter
A very clean basic good sized room. Easy checkin but directions to room 43 across the road not made clear. Quiet room, better than expected. Only issue the sliding door to the bathroom dragging on tiles and wearing down. A very simple maintainance issue that should have been done. Would stsy again.
Denise
Property was good. Broken cupboard door in room should be fixed/ taken out

Where Did the Housekeeping Go? A Sweet Stay Still!
Overall, I had a really decent stay. Loved the little complimentary snacks and tea. The only downside was the absence of housekeeping during my stay, which was a bit unexpected. Would’ve been great to have that, but otherwise, no complaints!

Didn’t get clean towels for 4 days
