Fine for 1 night. My room had an overwhelming smell of deodorising spray. Airconditioning didn't work and not super clean.
The bed was comfortable enough.

Room could have been cleaner. There was coffee stains on the counter where the last person made their coffee. But the price was on the cheaper side, so I guess you have to lower your expectations.

Shower and bathroom in general were dirty and mouldy. Was questioned when requesting a wine glass as there were none in the room. Also no teaspoons and a minimum of coffee and milk, not restocked for the following day.

The room was really dated and the bathroom was in a terrible condition. Paint was coming off the wall and it just felt dirty. The walls are super thin and everything can be heard from the people next door and thought i was a good idea to watch an action film at 130am. If you wish a good night sleep, don't stay here

The room was clean, but cutlery could do with a serious washup. Amenities were great (tv, couch, bed, table and chairs) especially for that price point. Property is quiet and adequate number and size of parking spaces. Zero noise from adjacent rooms. Would stay there again.

The first thing I notice of the room was the stale stink of cigarette smoke. I really hated the smell of it but there was no other room as the place was full.
Also, the AC wasn't working properly and had to call for assistance. Even after it was turned on the AC was not giving out cool air, I can't imagine how it would be like in Summer. Don't think I will even go back there.

Ok stay for the money, but was very noisy. Could hear an alarm going off most of the night. Even thought I heard gun shots at one point, but could have been a car backfiring. On a main road so you can hear the local hoons racing past. Parking was full. Found hair in the shower upon arrival. Being bald I doubt my hair flew off and into the bath upon entry so assume it was either the cleaners or left from a previous guest. Staff were friendly and diligent.

Very underwhelmed when we walked into the room. Carpet had marks the outlet in the bath had hair and hadn’t been cleaned properly for a while. Couldn’t get the tv to work initially. The mattress was way too soft for us. Ashtrays bolted to the wall outside the rooms.
The staff were friendly

Unfortunately this motel is lacking the basics. I arrived for check in at around 5:30pm so surely there was no excuse for items being left in the fridge from previous guests and no milk to make a coffee with.
Bed was comfortable, but sheets were stained. Only one side of the electric blanket worked.
There was a god almighty smell in the bathroom all the time which made me leave the window open and exhaust fan on 24/7. I had booked a spa bath room so i could relax after working 10hrs daily .... not a chance I would use the spa!! More hair stuck in the filter then on my head.
Remote controls for the A/C and TV were dirty and sticky.
Im a big believer in you get what you pay for and this is one of the more cheaper motels in Shepparton but still no excuse for basic cleanliness.
Wont be back !

The room was very rundown, maintenance needed in so many areas, very poor presentation, general care and cleaning required on top of required issues like tap just about out of sink mounting, torn lounge, dust & grease on lamp base, empty tissue box etc. General overall, very unclean, desparately needed basic repairs/maintenance. Cannot recommend as basics not completed.

I had arranged for a late check our of 11am, but at 10.40am the male cleaner knocked and entered my room whilst I was in the bathroom half undressed. There is no chain on the door from the inside to stop this from happening, the chain has been removed.
The outdoor area near the pool wasn't very clean and the outside heater had no gas bottle in it so it didn't work, nor did the outside fridge and it was filthy. I wouldn't stay here again especially due to the fact that a male cleaner entered my room earlier than my arranged check out time.

After arranging prepayment 4 days prior to check in there was still an issue.

Room 11 has a mouldy shower, the fan is broken with the dirty cover in a cupboard and there was cobwebs on the overflow drain.

Plenty of other options in Shepparton. Use them.

Reception was not manned. Had to wait 20 minutes for check in to open, staff member was off site, another guest phoned. Lady handed over keys and left again. I saw another guest a couple of hours later ringing for attendance at Reception. Room was extremely outdated, stained bathroom tiles, air conditioner filters filthy impacting heating. Extremely expensive for such poor quality room. A joke really, on us.

This is a nice little motel with all the things you’d expect from a budget property. Kettle, toaster, microwave all clean .. bathroom complimentary soaps, shower caps, etc. We had below zero temperatures overnight, the reverse cycle & electric blankets kept us warm.
The property is right on the main transport road so that made it easy to find, it wasn’t too noisy considering.. All in all a great little motel room.

Motel is tired.

Met our needs for low cost.

Great three night stay

Manager was super helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. All staff were helpful. Room was a bit dated but very clean and the bed was a lot more comfortable than what I thought it was going to be, my back was very thankful. The room was also a lot quieter than expected, being on a major road, I am a light sleeper but had no problems with a restful night. A restaurant just over the road served Mexican style food at a reasonable price, and very tasty, it was so good we went there twice.

Paid extra for a ‘spa room’. Apart from the fact it was tiny and only one small adult could fit it was filthy and mouldy so I didn’t even want to shower in it. Itched all night in the bed too. Very noisy both with people yelling during the night and cars/trucks.

What was unique was that you could look yourself into the adjoining room (which is what my daughter did aged 7 for 30 minutes at least) by just closing the door. The door couldn't be opened or left unlocked, if it closed you were trapped in (reception kept the single key to the internal room) As it was before hours (reception was closed) we had to wait until 8am to get the keys for the door as know one was available to call at reception. Thankfully we were on the ground floor and were able to access the room via a window. Secondly the grouting of the bathrooms needed work. Grout goes in between the tiles. Not all over the tiles like render. Maybe they used a renderer instead of tiler.
