A warm welcome set the scene for a delightful stay. A pleasant room, secure parking for my classic car and close to parklands and shopping made for a great stay. The room had everything one needed, was clean and comfortable.

Room is noisy. Biggest downside is the noise in surrounding area.

Room wasn’t completely clean, found evidence of previous occupants on the floor and the body wash in the bathroom was empty for 2 of the 3 days I stayed at the property. Filled on the last day.

Parking was easy and secure at night. Check in was very straight forwards and Lily was Extreamly helpful.
We also left a phone charger and received an email to advise that if still in town (which we were, we could collect or the would post for us. Location was also excellent

Good spot and parking. However the room was a little tired hence the renovations going on. Drilling from 8am through the day. Being close to a shopping carpark i awoke to someone doing burn outs in the car park at 2am. Desk draw handle broken, door stop in bathroom broken and shower head dribbling with no water force.
great having a little kitchen with microwave.

Very comfortable stay, lovely staff

Arrived very late on my own and phoned ahead to advise. The man on duty was so kind and waited for me to arrive. He had my room key all ready and made check in very smooth. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was lovely and hot that night but cold in the morning for some reason.

In terms of Quest hotels, of which we are regular guests due to their consistency, we found it to be a little sub par, still, it is preferable to anywhere else in the area

Great stay at the Quest Shepparton

We had an amazing stay and will be definitely staying there again. The room was big and clean for such a reasonable price. The view was nice of the mural across the street, the bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The reception service on arrival and during was 10 stars and very friendly. Thank you so much for making our stay the greatest even if it was for a short while.

When signing in person on desk was quite abrupt and with only a perfunctory welcome. Biggest shock was the absolute filth around the shower door. It hadn’t had a genuine clean for some time. Also the noise from the next room was quite evident (we were in a room that had a connecting door- avoid this).

The cleanliness, or lack thereof, was disgusting. The shower had mold and mildew all over it, and there was SNOT on the shower walls...two of them. Soooo disgusting. And a massive white again on one of the seats. Won't ever stay here again. And Expedia should reconsider advertising this property.

Good Location

The room was small, clean with a small kitchenette which we didn't use during our stay. We had the king bed and it was comfortable. It was not as quiet as we hope for as the room was on the 1st floor facing the street. But we stayed in worse noisy rooms before, so this was not as bad since there were not too many cars on the road during our stay. It was very conveniently located - 5 mins walk to the beautiful Victoria Park Lake, 15 min walk across the park to SAM (Shepparton Art Museum), 5 min walk to the native reserve, and walking distance to the town center (Aldi and Dan Murphy are just behind it).
So, all in all, we had a pleasant stay.. but if we are to stay there next time, I will book for a room in a higher level.

Great hotel, nice & clean with off street parking, although it is first come first served so if you leave and come back there may not be a space.

They have 40 parks but 60 apartments we were unable to get a park. Shower screen hinge broken difficult to shut shower door so water leaks out, light over mirror not working. No-one was on reception during our stay to hear our concerns. We will not stay here again for the price.

Lovely staff, however my king bed was actually two beds pushed together. It made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

A very welcome stay!

It was such a lovely place to stay, but what especially made it lovely was the excellent customer service from the two receptionists we met whilst there for two nights. I am very sorry I didn't catch their names, because I would have liked to give them a shout out. Our stay was check in Fri 6th Sept and check out sun 8th, so hopefully management will know who to give a great recommendation to!
