The staff were friendly and helpful. The motel is close to all required amenities .
Jamie
Everything you need. Comfy bed, clean room, friendly staff, great communications.
Wayne
Bed was a bit hard for me, other than that the room was satisfactory but nothing to write home about.
Graeme
Nice bistro and clean room good location
Debbie
Upon arrival reception was very pleasant & helpful. But at 2 am someone else attempted to enter the room using a second key , saying he booked it also . Key number was the same . If the safety chain was not connected he would have got all the way into the room , with me asleep in bed . Reception Staff the next morning were unaware of the incident & did not show much concern for this incident .
Gregory
Close to everything nice and clean nice rooms good rooms highly recommend
Naomi
Room was clean and parking was great but there were no plates, knives or forks, no hair dryer, microwave, electric blankets and bed and pillows were like rocks!
Brendan

One of the Receptionist is inprofessional, she did not give advise or detail to customer. Ask one question then answer one question, quiet robotic.
In addition, parking space is not enough for guests. I spent more than 20 minutes to find a parking in the surrounding streets. There are lots of druggies around the building and a fire alarm activiate in early morning.
This is not a happy stay.

PROS:
The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, Friendly staff, and I was able to park only a few Meters away from the room I was staying in and also was very spacious..
CONS:
TV was too small for the given distance from the bed, it could have been
Much bigger.(Easier to see for vision impaired people).
No microwave in the room so I couldn't heat up my food.

Check in staff have no personality, a smile and nice greeting goes a long way. Didn’t bother to explain I needed a voucher for Wifi, got to room settled in and had to go back to reception to get a voucher.

The bed room for 2 people was spatious, clean and with all the usual amenities.
The room was well soundproofed as outside activities were hardly perceptible.
The fan for the bathroom might need some TLC. I avoided using it as the noice that thing was making was incredible.

Staff and property overall were good however, reverse cycle heater in Room 3 squeaks and has constant sound of water dripping.
Norman
For the price it could be better. We’re considering an extra 2 nights when we booked and didn’t. Air con didn’t work to heat the room which was a pain but we made adjustments and wore more clothes before going to bed. Had dinner next door which was good but overall the facility is tied and needs a good clean of dust etc.
Aleena
Renovated room and bathroom was modern and bright, which made the room very comfortable. Many electrical plug points at strategic parts of the room which was super convenient. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
Stephen
Friendly staff, good sized room, easy off-street parking included and shower had good pressure.
Hayley
Only real concern is the level of security on room doors. Would like to be able to lock properly from the inside just for safety. Otherwise staff were kind and nice to chat to, the room was very clean and comfortable!

Disappointed that there was no free bottled water for the price paid.. Parking bays were small in size in the 2nd courtyard. Pillows too soft and rather cheapish.Bistro and bar were good.

Much better this time.
I’ve stayed here several times over the years, last time there was issues in the hotel with one of the guests causing problems and the police had to came to settle he down, this time, no problems at all.

Checked in was both easy and friendly. Being attached to the hotel was convenient for meals after a long drive and noise level was vey low after hours for an unimpeded sleep
John
The noise level is not very good with cars coming and going. The room is very dated and smelled very musky. The bed, although had clean smelt a bit like stale urine with a damp spot on the right hand side. I spoke to housekeeping but thats where is ended. On a positve note, it has a laundry for guests and there are reasonable places to eat in close proximity. I woulsnt stay there again as this motel needs urgent renovations and updating.

Check in (on Wed 12th March @ 2pm) was terrible from a young lady who couldn’t even bother to look at us, very cold and non-welcoming.
Lucky this isn’t the normal type of checkin!
Just hope she isn’t on duty next time I stay

Received a great greeting which you always get upon checkin, polite and friendly

Staff were friendly, plenty of parking and nice and clean rooms

We arrived a bit early to check in. The older lady at the reception barked at me “Bit early” quite aggressively. We were turned away and told to come back later. We have previously stayed at this property before and never been spoken to so rudely. Thanks to the nasty lady we will not be staying there again! On a positive note the cleaning staff were wonderful.

Nice place but I had an issue with a guest
I spoke to management about the person staying in room 38, she kept me up half the night with people coming and going, lots of yelling out, swearing, in fact I ended up calling the police, I have stayed here a few times and have never had a problem, but last night was not good.
Stephen
Well maintained clean and close proximity to the city and RSL club
