Our stay was very good. We got in late but the late arrival code was sent to us and check in was very easy. The cabin was far better appointed than i thought it would be. Very comfortable and fairly quiet. Highly recommended

Not much I liked about the property unquie in the fact it was so old badly needed an up grade. Oven didnt work. Even the plastic bin did not have a lid and in where you slept. Nothing to sit on to watch tv Dinning chair small very hard made of metal. Curtains to devide only went half way and old did not match window curtains.Very different that what expected from what I viewed on your site. Expensive for budget cabin worst cabin I have slept in. Have stayed in many.

Clean and comfortable pet friendly cabin

We are a family of 4 with one pet dog. We all enjoyed our stay. Every hung was very clean and bedding comfortable. We stayed in cabin 14, which was conveniently next to the camp kitchen / undercover dining area. I would definitely recommend this cabin if travelling with a pet.

Budget cabin very comfortable but needed upkeep. This park has a large amount of residents and the Holiday travellers section is smaller but fairly well designed. Shame the lovely pool area is in the Residents section of the park.

The heater was that loud and vibrated the wall the bed was on that we had to turn it off for the children to sleep and had to use our own blankets to keep the children warm. Seeing that it was -1 the children woke up serval times during the night to the point that we had to put the heater on at 4.30. This then resulted I no more sleep for us adults. The heater blew out warm air and took 3 hrs befor hot air came out
We left very tired with 3 very upset children

Good for kids, family cabins need renovation

We booked a family cabin and while the heating was good, the cabin needed renovation and had an odd smell. Staff were excellent, and there was enough activity to keep the kids entertained. It was a little expensive for what we got, not quite value for money.

Pre-paid with Wotif. No mention of further $100 required at park. Partner had lost her credit card, so I left mine at home with her. I did not have $100 to spare. Had to find someone who was attending function next day, to borrow $100, to pay at another park, where no additional $100 was requested. Time wasted, petrol wasted, huge inconvenience. Staff at Big 4 very rude. Please refund pre-payment. If refund and $100 compensation not paid within 7 days social media blitz will start against Wotif and Big 4, plus exposure in the magazine I publish. Lloyd Marshall.
