I picked up the room key about 17.30 but did not move into the room until about 21.00 by which time reception was closed. On a cold wet, night I could not get the heater to work and the TV I could not get commercial channels. Otherwise everything was ok.

This motel was convenient for our one-night stay. It was good value and the toiletries, tea/coffee supplies etc were generous. More could be made of the back, outside area by cleaning it up a bit and making it pleasant to sit outside. The main drawback for us, though, was the problem with connectivity the night we stayed.

This was very well priced and yet compared to other more expensive places.
The room was clean and tidy and had all the ammenities required.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful.
Parking was directly outside the room.
Only 10 minute drive from Shepparton.
Definitely worth it.
I recommend and would stay again.

Well located a few km south of Shepparton on the main road into town. Only a few km from a small shopping centre. Set back far enough from the road that it was quiet, with a nice outlook over grass to fields. Good value.

Very old. Gardens not done in years. Pool was green enough for frogs to live in.
Beds very old. TV wifi did not work. Had to watch our phones for entertainment. Although wifi and pool looks sparking and everything working on the add, this isnt the case..
If you want customers you need to spend time on the property, update your beds , make sure tv wifi is actually working.
On the plus side, water pressure was great for shower and it was very quiet all night.
I can see it's been a great place in the past but now needs time and money spent on it.

This is another typical Country Motel that desperately needs an update. I cannot speak for all rooms, but room 9 could do with some new chairs and definately new carpet. There were also some pretty nasty water marks/mould on the bathroom walls that could do with a treatment and a repaint. The toilet also had issues with refilling.

The pool itself was ok, albeit lots of debris in the bottom, but the surrounding area was littered with junk and was just generally not very appealing. The Spa had no water in it.There was also broken glass in this area and it just didn't appear to have been regularly maintained. I wouldn't want to take children into this space.

I could not recommend this Motel.

We only chose it for proximity to a function we were attending.

I would not stay again.

Booked a Queen room with kitchenette. Very untidy property & reception area. The microwave was dirty and very rusty inside. The smoke alarm had been taken off ceiling and was in the drawer. The garden areas were untidy and could have been cleaned up to improve the immediate appeal. This is an older property, however, the rooms were clean and neat, bedding was immaculately presented. There wasn’t a hair conditioner in the bathroom, but apart from that, it was neat and tidy, and affordable. We stayed for one night, check in was so easy, and we would stay here again.

Firstly on entry the door lock was falling off on the inside, and the room goes down from there, a list of problems follows.
Cabinetry rotting and falling apart,
Taps in bathroom basin not working,
The smell of stale smoke (in a non smoking room)
Flashing lights in bathroom,
Light not working in room,
Hair shampoo but no conditioner,
Shower floor very slippery (felt slimy, not clean)
Cockroaches running across room
The sign for the motel was not working and no lights to show where the driveway was, which meant that the entrance was very difficult to see / in the dark which makes it dangerous because the entrance is on the main road into Shepparton.
