We loved our stay. Very family-friendly and quiet. We were greeted on our entry and departure. Lauren represented you guys well. Very knowledgeable and just an overall good vibe.

Breakfast was also excellent. The omelets and fruit were to my liking and the trays were an added bonus. I wish more hotels would provide them because they were very handy when i needed to take food to the kids that were still sleep. (Can't remember his name, but the gentleman who tended to the breakfast was great as well. He helped me when he saw the need to). We will definitely book again.

I think my only complaint was the parking spaces. I drive a big SUV and the spaces were too tight to fully open my doors. I had to find a parking spot on the end so i could park as close as I could to the line.

this hotel stay was very good at a reasonable price. The staff said that this hotel had burned down and now has been rebuilt and had only been open for 3 weeks. The hotel is very clean, no smell of smoke, beautiful decor, and a very friendly staff. When we arrived to our room and opened the door: we were met with a very nice fragrance. The room was clean, spacious with a refrigerator and microwave, nice decor and it had many outlets and USB inserts. The breakfast was very good with plenty of food, a wonderful server who kept all the food stocked. My daughter and I enjoyed this stay very much and we will return in future stays.

UNACCEPTABLE!

The Hampton inn in Hernando caught fire in February of 2024 & is currently CLOSED. NO ONE from there or Hotels.com contacted me concerning this. I found this information out on my own the day after the cancellation date yet I still received emails saying the trip was just days away.
IF I’d not seen this closure on the website 11 people would’ve been faced with no place to stay for our conference. It’s UNACCEPTABLE that the hotel nor hotels.com did not contact me about this closure!!l

Horrible experience

I was there 3 nights with a friend, my bed was NEVER made her bed was literally thrown together. I called front desk they said because a paper back book was on bed, REALLY? If that is policy, it should be told to people when they check in. Then we come back from a long conference day and there are two yuppie small dogs in the adjoining room alone barking their heads off the entire night. Call down to the desk again. They said they would call the people we told them they are there we heard the phone ringing incessantly in their room and nothing Happened to fix the problem. I called the desk again and they said they have a wrong contact number for the people and there were no rooms available to switch us to horrible experience.

I stayed for 6 days….House cleaning was poor. Stole things out of my bag, left no shampoo or conditioner in my room, never swept or made the bed, and left wet, dirt y towels on my bed leaving my sheets wet. Everything was fine. Not a good value for the price at all.

I breathed that mold in and was sick the entire week on my vacation!

I HAVE PICTURES!
I had a non refundable hotel reservation so not only was I stuck with that room but on my way home after a week of being sick on my vacation I had to stay another night!

The staff were very nice and friendly. The halls and rooms look especially outdated and ours was.not.clean….it was gross…hairs/dirt/dust in different places in the bathroom, hairs on a bed, large stains on a bed skirt, extra large stain on a mattress under the pillow, etc. I literally picked this hotel on the sole fact that it was rated a 9.2 out of 10. I don’t even look at hotels below a 9 usually. We were very disappointed but thankfully just passing through late so only stayed the one night. The staff were very nice and friendly. My husband overheard a staff member really going after a housekeeper the next morning so maybe they are slacking and management is trying to correct that.?. I sure hope so. I didn’t eat the breakfast but some of my family did and indicated it was decent, quite a few hot options. The pool was small but looked clean/nice although we didn’t use it.

The property was clean and neat and they staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms were functional and the outlets all worked (not always true in some hotels.) The breakfast area is very nice and there is a variety of food. Plenty of room for folks to gather for breakfast or relax in the evening. The gym is much nicer than the typical hotel gyms. There is a pool, but we didn't check out that area. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and this will be our "go to" hotel when we are in the area.

You have to be there 3days to get housekeeping. Had to go to the front desk to get towels, washcloths and shower mat. This is the most expensive lodging in Hernando...expected more. Breakfast crew the second day were attentive and kept the breakfast bar filled up. The two ladies were super nice and worked hard making our breakfast a wonderful experience

We stayed at this property from 11/19-11/26. The front desk was always pleasant and helpful. Check-in was simple. The tiles in the bathroom directly in front of the sink were all cracked and moved as you stepped on them. We notified the front desk and she said she would send maintenance. I am not sure if they ever came because the tiles were still moving. We were advised that if you stayed for 5 days or more, they do a complimentary refresh. On our 5th day, we inquired about the refresh and were told by the front desk that they would send someone. When we arrived back that evening, no one had been to our room to clean. My boyfriend went to the front desk the next morning to let them know, and the housekeeper happened to be standing next to him and told him she would take care of it and was going to our room, right now. We returned that evening and once again, our room was not clean. The next morning, we advised the front desk we needed our room clean and this was now the third time requesting it. At this point, our garbage cans were overflowing, and we had pile of used towels in our room. The woman at the front desk provided us with the names of the front desk manager and offered us a garbage bag to empty our own garbage cans. We were advised there was no general manager at the property. We never had a room clean the entire week we stayed, very disappointed in this hotel.

Wasn’t to much to like during our stay. Smoke detector in our room was pulled off the wall and I personally replaced the batteries so it would stop beeping. Whole hallway smelled like weed. Pretty hard to explain that to a 10yr old. Bathroom was dirty, walls, ect. And the police were there most of the night in the lobby. Least the elevator worked

The rooms are very dated as is the bedding
(dust ruffle) on the bed.

The bathroom was terrible. Tile was covered in mildew. Housekeeping was not thorough in the cleaning of the bathroom.

Management was very apologetic and moved us to a different room. However, the shower was not clean in the second room either. A lot of mildew on the shower doors.

I was very disappointed. I have never stayed at a Hampton Inn and experienced anything less then exceptional.

When we checked in, the front desk clerk was very personable and professional, and the staff was very helpful during our entire stay. I was not happy that there were only 2 full size towels in our room, and there was dirt built up in the corners of the bathroom floor. Also, the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall; we had to be very careful not to break it when getting toilet paper off the wall. Overall, the area was very safe and clean and there were shopping and dining options right there so it was a very convenient hotel for our stay.
